Great stay for a break day after the Camino (apprx 900KM) before catching a flight to Madrid. Clean and closed to the cathedral and places to eat.

The shower is the worse ever. Even dangerous. Someone might fall down anytime in it. Don't know how someone could imagine such shower door on a bathroom. Absurd

Accomodation was central to the end of our very wet Camino walk. Would have liked more hanging options in the room for our wet weather gear butvat least the heater worked well to dry us and our clothes. Breakfast was good with GF options. Would have liked to be able to eat before 8am. Our host was very helpful especially when we were trying to contact the airline for our next flight.

I was well received in the reception that was closed for the night. Good effort to make sure I check-in. Unfortunately, the building is very noisy because of the wooden floors which makes it hard to sleep. Breakfast is not good and missing fresh products (at least bread) and a coffee machine that you can use. For the price is not the best option.

La atención del personal muy buena. La habitación tenía varios desperfectos, la persiana del tragaluz no estaba, el wc todo el tiempo tiraba agua.

El hotel está en un lugar magnífico. Tiene un mal mantenimiento, parece medio abandonado en ese sentido. Los baños tienes muy mala limpieza. El desayuno es pobre. La atención del personal es muy buena, muy amables. Pero eso no compensa la sensación de abandono que presenta el hotel el general. Una lástima!

Mildew in tiny shower

Clim ne fonctionne pas dans la chambre. Odeur d humidité très forte, moisissures sur les murs et plafonds!!!!!

This hotel ticks all boxes. We stayed longer than intended, it’s pet friendly, light and clean rooms, quiet and a great location close to the old city centre and high street shops and restaurants. The receptionist went out of his way to help us and I would highely recommend this hotel.

The location was perfect and easy to get around . Although the staff barely spoke English we managed to get by and they were very helpful . Our room was comfortable and a good size. It’s not fancy . Breakfast was basic but nice. I would recommend this hotel again.

Die Unterkunft ist in einem alten (wie so viele andere Innenstadtzimmer/-Hotels in Santiago) untergebracht. Der Gesamteindruck ist der eines charmanten, geschmackvoll hergerichteten Hotels. Freundliches und hilfsbereites Personal. Die zentrale Lage ermöglicht kurze Wege zu Restaurants und Sehenswürdigkeiten. 10 min zu Fuß zum Parkhaus ( kleiner Sondertarif für 14 EUR die Nacht). Das das Gebäude historisch ist, gibt es Probleme mit der Feuchtigkeit im Badezimmer ( Duschkabine aus Glas auf alter Steinmauer konstruiert, Wasser floss zäh ab). Dadurch entsprechend unerreichbare Ecken mit Stockansatz. Dennoch nur sehr leichter „ Kellergeruch“, in jedem Fall zu lösen mit ein paar mal Fenster öffnen. Ich kann nur von dem einen Zimmer sprechen, welches ich auch erst sehr spät gebucht habe und zu relativ günstigen Preis ; also alles relativ. Wir hätten auch das Zimmer wechseln können; für max 2 Tage war Wechselstress nicht angebracht, zumal beim Stadturlaub das Leben eh in der Stadt auf den Plötzen stattfindet und nicht im Hotelzimmer. Alles in allem OKaye Unterkunft.

Iniziamo col dire che la posizione e' ottima: non troppo centrale ma si raggiunge la cattedrale a piedi in una quindicina di minuti. Personale Gentile e camera con qualche bisogno di manutenzione (bide' che ballava e letti in pendenza). Proprio quest'ultima cosa e' stata la causa alla quale ho imputato dei forti capogiri che manifestavo sin dal primo mattino dopo il mio arrivo. Verificavo che effettivamente il pavimento era in pendenza, mettendo una bottiglia in centro rotolava verso la testata del letto, e lo facevo notare alla receprion. Il secondo giorno, a causa di un forte temporale restavo in camera a lungo nel pomeriggio, senza sdraiarmi ed i capogiri sono aumentati. Inoltre anche il mio compagno di viaggio ha incominciato a manifestare malesseri. Il mattino della partenza i giramenti di testa restando sdraiato erano fortissimi e, a differenza del giorno prima, si manifestavano anche uscito dalla stanza. Pensando alle possibili cause abbiamo notato, entrando in camera, un odore che inizialmente avevo scambiato per disinfettante. Arrivato a Porto mi sono rivolto ad un medico che mi ha spiegato che probabilmente era stato dato un prodotto chimico al legno (era una stanza mansardata) e quella era la causa. Sta di fatto che ho incominciato a stare meglio sin dal giorno dopo senza prendere nessun medicinale. Lo scrivo non come critica (puo' accadere) ma per mettere in guardia altri utenti: se avvertite questi sintomi fatevi cambiare stanza. Per inciso, era la 202.

En general el hotel es muy lindo y cómodo.. aunque nos tocó un dia lluvioso y la habitación se sentia húmeda.
