マドリードとトレド旅行のため一泊利用しました。 駅前て立地は最高、清潔で快適に過ごせました。 無料の飲料水は冷蔵庫に配備、希望したら快く追加でくれました。 電気ポットは部屋にありませんが、電話でお願いしたらフロントにて貸出してくれます。 チェックアウト後の荷物預かりは、鍵付きのロッカーでセルフ対応です。 好きなタイミングで出し入れ出来て便利でした。 スリッパがあれば完璧です。 またマドリードに行く際には、ぜひ泊まりたいです。

The room was a simple decoration but clean with comfortable bed. It’s a quite spacious room. The buffet breakfast was good too.

We enjoyed our stay at Acta Piramides. The property was well situated literately at the steps of the metro line, and also close enough for a reasonable walk into the center of Madrid. We really enjoyed that the property was close to the center but still felt quiet. The breakfast was quite good as well and the staff were friendly. We would absolutely stay here again.

Davanti alla metro, dotato di tutti i comfort. Ottimo.

The staff was super friendly and helpful, breakfast was always fresh and tasted great. it is right on top of the subway and train station, and there is a bus stop right up front. it makes the location very convenient but you also get some noise due to the foot traffic. The room were comfortable, and housekeeping did a great job keeping the place clean. Just take in consideration that you will need to keep your window closed as people smoke in front of the hotel and if your window is open it will get inside the room.

Dans l’ensemble c’est un bel hôtel , propre , agréable, la literie est très bien , le petit déjeuner est assez copieux ; il y a pas mal de bruits de portes qui claquent mais cela ne nous a pas empêché de dormir , le métro est au pieds de l’hôtel ce qui n’est pas négligeable . Il y a un manque de communication entre la réception et la salle de petit déjeuner; n’ayant pas réglé les petits dej en amont , la personne très aimable de la réception nous a dit que nous pouvions les payer sans aucun problème au moment du Check-out , ce qui n’a pas été au goût du Monsieur pas très aimable , contrairement au précédent qui nous a accueilli , qui nous a fait remarquer que nous prenions notre petit déjeuner en quelque sorte comme des « clandestins » ; Ce n’était pas très professionnel de sa part ….. Nous avons passé un bon séjour

No heating in room. It was 17C in room and 7C outside, so avoid hotel in cold weather. You could be turn up heat nor TV sound in the room. Nice clean room, nice TV, but missing water in the refrigerator, hot water kettle and tea/coffee bags. Beware reception spoke only spanish, though was helpful. If stay in warm weather, price/quality ratio was fine.

Bra hotell för en weekend i Madrid. Ligger precis vid tunnelbanan som tar en in till de centrala delarna. Vi gick även in till centrum. Tar ca 35 minuter. Det finns bra ”vattenhål” längs sträckan. Personalen var trevlig. Frukosten var bra.

It is easy to get on the metro and go all over the city.

Looking old from the outside but the rooms are very nice and modern. Breakfast could be better but good as well.

Clean, comfortable, and modern hotel. Spacious room and conveniently located next to the metro line 5. Friendly and helpful staff. Would stay again next time in Madrid.

We loved everything about it! The staff is very nice, the hotel is very clean and new, breakfast ist delicious, and the perfect location right next to the train and metro station made it really accessible despite it's location outside the city center. Would totally choose it again!

We had a great stay at Acta Pirámides Hotel! The location is fantastic, with the metro station right next door, making it super easy to get around Madrid. The staff were incredibly friendly and welcoming, always ready to help with anything I needed. We also really enjoyed the breakfast selection on our last day - there was plenty of variety to start the day off right. Overall, a comfortable and convenient place to stay. I would definitely return!

Amazing property, friendly staff, great breakfast!

Hotel super novo, reformado recentemente. Tamanho do quarto ótimo, cama confortavel. Banheiro excelente, o chuveiro era maravilhoso, apenas senti falta do condicionador e hidratante, eles não forneciam. O hotel era literalmente na frente de uma estação de metro e de um ponto de onibus, faz muito o diferencial. Adore o hotel e com certeza ficaria novamente.
