ALEGRIA Palacio Mojacar - Adults Only

This is a fantastic hotel for a relaxing break. All the staff are very friendly, helpful and professional making you feel very welcome. The rooms are spacious and have lovely views. The food is outstanding, fresh, tasty and regularly replenished.

Amabilidad

Lovely hotel and adults only is a bonus (sorry kids 😅). Some areas are looking a little tired (wallpaper seams opening in some of the rooms etc) but the hotel is spotlessly clean, rooms cleaned and towels replaced everyday. Food is wonderful, a very varied selection and all freshly prepared. The staff and service are excellent, would definitely recommend.

El personal del hotel muy amable y siempre dispuesto a ayudar. La comida muy rica y muy variada. La habitación tenía la cama cómoda y era de tamaño aceptable.

We meet my brother there for a couple of nights. The rooms are beginning to look tired. My brothers room the wallpaper was curling up on the joins! The bathroom only had a bath with a shower over head which as an elderly couple is not easy to get into. If we were to stay there again or for for anyone else going I would say to upgrade the room to one with a large terrace. Most of the other terraces are a waste of time. If you sit on it you either look at a brick wall of the rooms glass door. Plus you couldn’t open the door very wide. The night that Spain had tithe blackout was handled very well by the hotel. Food very good but needed more staff at the bar so that they could clean the area by the pool. Food and drink left all day which encouraged the sea gulls to come and finish the drinks and food, plus have a dip in the pool! There are no tea of coffee making facilities but reception will give you a kettle if you ask them.

Clean and tidy

El hotel esta muy bien las habitaciones muy conodas y el personal muy amable. El hotel tiene donde enchufar el coche y si tiene un span que esta muy bien lo recomiendo.

We had a lovely 1- night half board stay at the Alegria palacio Mojacar. The food exceeded expectations. Staff lovely, drinks prices reasonable. We watched some Flamenco dancing in the hotel bar with a cocktail. Spa quite unique,2 saunas, a steam room and many different jets to discover in the pool €15 each for 90 minutes slot. Only downside is that nothing much else is in walking distance apart from the beach and a small supermarket.

From the welcoming smile at reception, with a complimentary glass of cava, everything about this hotel felt special. The friendliness of all the staff, the cleanliness of all rooms and communal spaces, the spaciousness of the bedroom, the quality and quantity of the food on offer and the value for money all helped to make this a truly wonderful experience. We definitely intend to repeat our visit next year.

Excesivo ruido, imposible echar una siesta. El ruido provenía también del exterior. Respecto a la comida de pena, incomible. Mis felicitaciones al personal en general y destacar la profesionalidad de Amalia (spa).

El buffet algo mejorable con el ruido del restaurante cuando hay mucha gente, las terrazas con pocas mesas para ver espectáculos, la gente estaba de pie y la musica del jardín se juntaba con la del espectáculo. La piscina bien, aunque el agua un poco sucia. Lo demás está bastante bien :)

"El alojamiento está bien, es tranquilo y cuenta con buenas instalaciones. El personal de recepción y del spa es súper amable y encantador, lo que hizo nuestra estancia muy agradable. Sin embargo, la experiencia con el personal de la piscina fue todo lo contrario. Una chica con un tatuaje de araña en el codo fue muy desagradable y parecía no tener ganas de trabajar. Una actitud así te amarga las vacaciones

No nos fue posible disfrutar de la piscina y terraza por falta de tiempo. Si contratamos el desayuno, donde te hacían las tortillas y crepes a demanda. Mucha variedad de productos para desayunar, un acierto todo lo que probamos.

Great food for breakfast and dinner, exceeding our expectations by far!

Todo bastante bien salvo por una infor macion telefonica no correcta y que nos mermo un poco el fin de semana.El per sonal muy amable.Hotel con gran apar camiento y todo tipo de servicios.Muy bonito y limpio.Enorme zona de piscina.

The lobby furniture was in a very poor condition with significant rips and tears In sine seat cushions and arms. A diffuser filled the air with an overpowering scent and the grounds needed work. The buffets had a good variety of food but it was middle of the road at best. Not particularly hot or tasty, merely adequate. The staff were pleasant but did but go out of their way to be extra helpful or welcoming. We were quite disappointed, given the reviews we had read and upon which we based our selection of hotels.

Me a parecido un sitio ideal para descansar y pasar unos días además de muy limpio y con un personal encantador

Sehr schöne, neuwertige Zimmer und Bäder, sehr gute Betten. Besonders zu erwähnen ist die hervorragende Essensqualität, die unserer Erfahrung nach einem 5-Sterne-Hotel entspricht. Auch die Getränkepreise waren während unseres Aufenthaltes eher als günstig zu bezeichnen. Der Gartenbereich mit Pool war während unseres Aufenthaltes (April 2024) fast verwaist. Wir hatten freie Auswahl und verbrachten angenehme Stunden auf einem der beiden Sunbeds. Leider war stundenweise in diesem Bereich ein sehr unangnehmer Güllegeruch wahrnehmbar. Woher dieser Geruch kam, konnten wir nicht ausfindig machen, und da wir nur 3 Nächte in diesem Hotel verbracht haben, hatte es für uns keine Priorität. Das Hotel liegt nur einige Gehminuten vom Strand entfernt, zu anderen Lokalitäten oder zu Geschäften muss man schon 15 bis 25 Minuten laufen. Ursprünglich hatten wir nur 2 Übernachten/HP gebucht und haben dann - nicht über das Hotel sondern ein Buchungsportal - um eine weitere Nacht verlängert. Für diese eine Nacht mussten wir leider in einer anderes Zimmer ziehen, weil wir eine günstigere Zimmerkategorie gebucht hatten. Das fanden wir von Seiten des Hotels unflexibel, zumal das Hotel nicht ausgebucht war und wir keine frische Bettwäsche bzw. Handtücher und auch kein Room-Cleaning benötigt hätten.

First time in this hotel but certainly won't be our last! A very friendly welcome. We arrived early but room was ready for us. Good selection of food and plenty of it. Very clean and tidy inside and outside areas. Very helpful staff.
