El apartamento esta muy bien, está en una zona con un centro comercial cercano en el cual se puede comprar y comer, hay varios supermercados y aunque yo no fui al spa ni al gimnasio es un punto tenerlo tan cerca. La única pega que puedo poner es que están muy mal insonorizados y se oye todo, todo lo del vecino

Súper cómodo el departamento , descansamos muy bien . Tiene todo lo necesario para estar agusto con la familia y si te gusta entrenar excelente el Gym . Gracias por todo

Empty apartment, just a few utensils, limited towels, bedding dirty. The worst apartment we ever stayed. I had to beg my wife and kids to stay there, since it was late. They want to clean the apartment when we left otherwise they will charge $50 on credit card. The nice picture of the spa on their listing, well you have you pay $15 euros to access it. Terrible area, no dinning around, train track behind the building, far away from the main areas in Santander… Never again, and please make yourself a favour and don’t fall for the spa picture from the listing , not worth it, and the buildings are in a industrial zone.

Mala insonorización, se oían incluso las conversaciones de los vecinos

nos gusto muchísimo lamentablemente siempre hay una borde en recepción pero de lo demás sobresaliente

El departamento muy limpio y con lo necesario para nuestro viaje, buen parking pero muy lentos los elevadores para dar servicio a tantos departamentos. Tiene cerca supermercados y opciones de compra y un spa que desafortunadamente no tuvimos tiempo de disfrutar

Las paredes son de papel.se escuchan los trenes y a todos los vecinos hablar

it was lovely, very clean and big enough for a night, the only suggestion would be for the apartment to provide some coffee and milk or tea to ge able to make in the morning but it was really nice.

Appartement dans une résidence

Unfortunately, we were only at the property for a few hours and it was night time, so we didn't really see anything other than the room and the front office. But what little we saw was promising. It's just unfortunate that they close the facilities early. My son wanted to use the gym and I wanted to get a massage but everything closes down at 10pm and we arrived at 9:30pm.

El apartamento está bien aunque no funciona el wifi. Pero el edificio está muy mal insonorizado por lo que se escucha a los niños de otros departamentos llorar, todo el piso cruje, lo que ya complica dormir y está empeorado a las 5 de la mañana comienzan a circular los trenes, cómo está cerca de una estación es continuo el paso y las bocinas.

No complaints, clean, excellent staff, shopping nearby, love the place that I stay one more night.

El wifi no va bien le falta ventiladores a los apartamentos

Prima uitvalsbasis om Santander te leren kennen. Wel 20 minuten rijden met de auto om het centrum of de stranden van Santander te bereiken. Als we meer dan de 4 nachten waren gebleven, hadden we zeker gebruik gemaakt van de wellness van het bijbehorend zwembad/sportaccomodatie. Ons verblijf was nu te kort daarvoor. Ook handig dat we de auto onder in het appartementencomplex konden parkeren. Niet echt veel last gehad van de nabijheid vliegveld. Op loopafstand winkels aanwezig. Wat echter wel ontbrak was een waterkoker (stond in uw omschrijving dat dit aanwezig zou zijn) en een normale koffiezetapparaat (wel een percolator aanwezig). Was ook handig geweest als er een infomap aanwezig was, waarin ook bezienswaardigheden Santander en omgeving plus reistijden van de naburige buslijnen en treinstation, inclusief de exacte lokatie van het treinstation en de bushalte. Het zou ook fijn geweest zijn als bij een verblijf van meer dan 2 dagen een extra handdoekenpakket aanwezig zou zijn en dat naast een afdroogdoek ook een normale handdoek voor in de keuken aanwezig is.

Brilliant place to stay. Spa a gym top notch and staff very friendly. All you could need in the apartment is included dishwasher etc. More towels be nice but it seems to be the norm these days. Will definitely go back and stay again.

Las distintas personas que nos atendieron en Recepción tuvieron una actitud muy positiva y educada. Se agradecería una hoja con horarios de trenes i/v de Santander así como de la parada de Autobus de la entrada al recinto. Para ser facilitada a la llegada a los huéspedes.

The apartment complex is big and offers a wide variety of sports and wellbeing services. There are a few eateries around and two big, good restaurants around with different service hours set up, which are not so easy to follow. The 2 bedroom, one bathroom apartment is spacious and faces the swimming pool. It was closed at the time. The kitchen is well equipped. The parking is on site and secure. This location was the base to travel around to bigger cities with a one week rental, more affordable than hotels in those cities. Reception services are offered at the Spa Center, and it was OK. It wasn’t warm, just “matter of fact”, cold. It seems that they feel is too much to do. We recommend this property if in need of a comfortable, clean place to drive around exploring the Cantabria
