Apartamentos muy cutres. Aparte te cobran el recargo que les da la gana si llegas después de las 11 y tienes que ir a por las llaves a otros apartamentos.

Beskrivningen av var vi skulle hämta nycklarna som var i mailet från hotels.com stämde inte men stod på hotellets hemsida. Lägenheten var stor och bra, med enkel utrustning. Däremot stod en obehaglig odör från avloppet i duscharna som var så illa att vi fick köpa doftljus. Helt ok för att bo en natt, men knappast en hel vecka.

Antes de salir de viaje pregunté dónde tenía que recoger las llaves, me comentaron que en la misma puerta de los apartamentos Bulgaria, si era antes de las 00:00, que les llamara y se acercaban. Así lo hice, y me comentaron que yo no me quedaba en esos aptos, que me mandaban a Monte Gorbea (zona media-baja), les pedí explicaciones y me comentaron que ellos tenían varios aptos en la Sierra y que me podían enviar hasta a algunos que tenían en la zona alta (la más barata) yo les comenté que lo que yo había contratado no era así, ya que te viene la ubicación de los apartamentos que contratas y era en la parte media, en el edificio Bulgaria. Aún así tuve que ir a otro hotel a recoger las llaves y desplazarme (después de tardar más de 45 minutos en "mal aparcar") al nuevo establecimiento Monte Gorbea, que son apartamentos que ya conocía, que están bastante bien, pero que en este caso ha sido la peor habitación en la que he estado comparado con otras veces. Todo esto desde las 10:00 de la noche que llegué con mucho frío y el responsable de darme las llaves ni siquiera estaba en su sitio. No llegué a la habitación hasta las 11:45. No voy a repetir con "Bulgaria" uno llega muy cansado de un viaje largo y te encuentras con todo en el aire, que te tienes que ir a otros aptos y a recoger las llaves a otro hotel...

Nosotros teneia reserva para Ap Bulgaria pero me mandaron a Ap Monte Gorbea y la verdad que me gustó muchísimo e las tersera ves en el mismo alojamiento pero yo lo recomendó a todos.nosotros fuimos muy agusto y el precio muy bueno

We stayed for a two night stay and we had to wait 45 minutes to get the key in a snowstorm. The apartment was functional but that's about it. The toilet seat was broken as was the table leg. It is a good walk up the hill and it only has oil fired plug in heaters and the heating was insufficient for the extreme temperatures in February. These apts are cheap but not that cheerful.

Muy cerca del telesilla, 1 minuto andando, aunque no tanto del centro centro de pradollano. No hay camas de matrimonio, solo camas individuales y literas. El menaje y las sábanas no estaban muy limpios, y tampoco el suelo. Cocina bien, con lo básico, baño limpio. Acorde con el precio supongo.

The building is dilapidated and looks like a drug nest. There was no reception or lobby-no one explained that the reception is in Hotel GHM down the street. Finally, after 45 minutes of getting there and getting lost, we got a key and headed back to the Bulgaria building. It needs major upkeep and renovation. However the apartments themselves are ok. There was a sewage smell to our bathroom, but it wasn't overpowering. In our "studio for 2 people," we found 5 twin beds. It was a little crowded for such a tiny room and if we had known we would have invited friends to split the cost. The view was outstanding though, directly across from the mountain. The place seemed clean enough, warm enough, and was comfortable enough to sleep in, however the noise level was very high. The partiers were up until 5am and the skiers got up at 7am so you won't sleep much. The location is great though, right next to the stairs going down to the main square and only steps to the chair lift (which you will have to pay for if you don't have a lift ticket). It's in a very convenient location to come and go throughout the day from the mountain, and there are plenty of restaurants, bars, and nightclubs just below the building. There was no wifi. Overall if you're looking for a place to lay your head, this is a good spot. It's clean and well located, but the outside of the building and common areas will turn you off.

I will never stay here again. Horrible, dirty. Looks like a slum outside and it wasnt even cheap.

Had one night stay - 3 of us - great price - a little shabby round the edges but for the money was fine - would go again - just remember you have to pick up your keys from another hotel further UP the hill

The apartment was very basic, but clean. however -there was no kettle or hair dryer.

So I read some of the reviews beforehand but I just want to clarify a few things. The Apartment's reception desk is actually at Hotel Monachil. Knowing this and that in Sierra Nevada all the roads are basically one way, I'd check first because you'll have to go ALL the way around (15-20 mins depending on weather). Actual apartments aren't the greatest but aren't the worst either. Does the trick. Parking in Sierra Nevada is a challenge as well. I'd show up fairly early, even 15€ parking from Hotel Monachil goes quick. They were sold out by the time we arrived. There's a few parking garages/area down at the bottom of hill and I'd recommend them compared to receptionist recommendation at the top of hill. The top parking area is only open from 0800-1800 with no lighting and there was no one parked up there besides 3 RVs that looked sketchy. No thank you!!! It's also quite a walk back to apartments from there.

Cet appartement était malheureusement trop loin de la station de ski car nous avions deux jeunes enfants avec nous. La propreté de l'appartement laisse à desirer. Nous ne reviendrons pas dans cet hotel.

Da vi kom frem, fant vi ingen resepsjon på "hotellet". Vi måtte ringe et nummer på bestillingen og hente nøkkel til rommet på et hotel i nærheten (ca 500m unna). Dette burde det vært opplyst om. Renoveringsklart bygg, for man vel si. Veldig enkel standard. Renheten på rommet var ok. "Hotellet" fortjener vel ikke mer enn en halv stjerne.

Estes apartamentos estão numa localização excelente, a cerca de 5 min das cadeiras (Parador) que nos leva para a praça. O estado dos apartamentos é razoável. Nota-se que são antigos, mas são habitáveis. Ficámos num apartamento para 3 pessoas, o qual tinha um tamanho razoável e confortável. Contudo, reparámos que esse mesmo apartamento estava preparado para levar 4/5 pessoas, e neste caso poderá tornar-se um pouco pequeno.
