Nice hotel located near the old shopping centre (up many stairs). Small apartment with ok standard. Hard beds and not much kitchen stuff. Very nice view of the valley and beach. Busy with families. Entertainment during the day and evenings. Bare with simple food open all day. Nice sun deck and pool. Be aware that there is no sun until around noon, but it Sun from around noon til sunset.

Flott utsikt, men trange rom. Mye støy fra lydanlegget på hotellet, og dels fra dalen nedenfor til 3 på natten. Hver natt!

Rent rom, hyggelig personale som hjalp til med kofferter, noe kommunikasjonsproblemer da språk var litt vanskelig. Fint bassengområde, og ikke noe jåleri. Minimalt med jåleri med andre ord – kunne gjort seg med noe luksus. Renslig, stille og rolig på rommene om natten selv om det var full party på shopping center. Veldig mange butikker i nærheten, så mange at det nesten ble litt for mye. Mange restauranter og. La igjen mye penger på denne reisen.

From 9am to 9pm this ‘small’, simple and very clean hotel with a great view over the city is highly recommended. But from 9pm to 9am it’s a different story. The entertainment in the evening is of really mixed quality, but the worst part is that it is extremely loud and often goes on until midnight. One of my personal favourites is Dj Domingo who shows pictures of himself as a baby, but also weird pictures of cats and horses on a big tv screen while playing music. The best part is, that the other guests didn’t seem to mind. Felt like hidden camera. There is also a hotel “hype” man who tries waaay to hard and ends up being offensive and aggressive in his behaviour. He likes to shout really loud in the microphone. Also after 11pm. We lived on the top floor and it was super hot in the evening and at night. With no aircon, we had a hard time sleeping. The crazy loud evening entertainment from the pool/bar didn’t help us falling asleep. Last but not least, a lot of the other guest ‘reserved’ sun beds before the pool opened, but didn’t use them until hours later. The staff didn’t do anything about it. A beer is 3,9 euro which is a little expensive compared to the bars and restaurants nearby. Solution for the hotel: install Aircon or at least some fans and stop the loud music at 11pm. It would improve this hotel a lot. Sadly, bad sleep every night affects the rating. 3/5 stars.

Very nice hotel with small pool and sun terrace. Good size flats with large sofa, kitchen and terrace. Friendly staff. Lots of stairs, both in the hotel and to get there. But short walk from the center if steps is no problem. Great view of Puerto Rico and the sea.

Trevligt men sena musikuppträdanden o musik till 02:00 även vardagskvällar. Ensidig hög musik dagtidvid poolen.

Lovely stay friendly and clean. Entertainment most nights but could do with kids party songs to keep them entertained.

What an amazing hotel and the staff were the absolute best that you would find in any accommodation that you could stay in. Stayed helpful and happy tight rill the end of our holiday. This was especially more prevalent in the light of the coronavirus outbreak. Poor staff looked after us with no thought of themselves being out of work 4days after we left. We all wish them all the best for a speedy end to their unknown weeks ahead.

The apartments were very clean, staff were very friendly especially the entertainment guy, pool area was always nice and clean I would highly recommend one if the best apartments I have stayed in

Nice hotel lovely poolside activities guy bar staff lovely but drinks on the expensive side and no happy hour like most hotels.

Lovely place to stay, staff are friendly and helpful, food nice, well stocked bar, nice and clean, going to book for next year definitely.

Snyggt och rent på rummet och på alla utrymme i och omkring hotellet, jättefint poolområde, enda irritationsmoment var att de spelade musik vid poolen och poolområdet så högt att det var inte trevligt att ligga där.

Excellent apartment. High standard of decor and modern. Great walk in shower with endless hot water. Also a built in hair dryer in bathroom which is handy. Beds were comfy. Hanging space ok with hangers. Possibly could have had drawers in the bedside cabinets for a bit more storage but just about enough. Kitchen had what we needed including a kettle and toaster but no more so you would struggle to cook anything but very basic food on the 2 ring hob but we eat out every night so no problem. Good seating area which doubles up as sleeping for any more than two people. TV in room but you need to pay to upgrade to anything watchable in English (we didn't as it doesn't bother us) small balcony with table and chairs, also a pullout drying line. Safe in bedroom at extra cost. Note there isn't any air conditioning but when we stayed (it was hot around 28C) the room wasn't overly hot and you could get a breeze running through by opening front door and balcony that quickly refreshed the room. Housekeeping was excellent, towels every other day, basic cleaning everyday and you could pay for more towels etc if you really needed to. Pool area good and rooftop sun deck with enough sunbeds. Walkable ( 5 mins max) straight down some steps very close by to main centre with restaurants and shops. Walkable back up if you are fit but we preferred a taxi back for less than 3 Euro. Overall these are very well maintained and fresh apartments in a very good spot and should make your shortlist.
