The first room we was given on check in on the ground floor was adjacent to the hotels sewage treatment facility & our room had many mosquitoes! We immediately went to reception & told them we didn’t like the room !! They said we could change if we paid an extra 176€ (22€ a night) The replacement room had a sea view & the bed was reasonably comfortable but the other furniture was not.

Kitchen was well equipped and TV in bedroom was nice

The room was clean, the staff was courteous, and the amenities were fantastic.

Great place. Amazing staff, in particular the Italian lady at the reception (gloria? I don’t recall her name), but she was kind, accommodating and considerate.

Spacious room but very basic.

Definitely not 3*. Rooms aren’t cleaned, dust everywhere, no towel or bedding changes, overflowing bins around the grounds, watch out for cleaning staff throwing bags of rubbish/linen over the balconies! Very tired complex in need of a lot of attention, cracked floor tiles, shower head hanging off the wall, rusty metal work mirrors etc, poles in balcony barrier fell out, broken pool lights and water features, vending machines all broken. Rude receptionist, had to argue to be given 1 extra toilet roll. Barman was great but drinks are clearly watered down.

Room was good and clean with a comfortable bed . Kitchen not very well supplied with no bottle opener or small knifes for chopping fruit. The outdoor areas really need retiling as there were lots of broken bits of floor tiles. The pool had a bad mix of salt and chlorine. As my first swim stripped all my silver jewelery and left them tarnished and black. So i didnt use the pool again. Fantastic beaches easily reached by very frequant buses.

Pool view room, sea view from bedroom window. A bit dated, could do with an upgrade. Nice walk into the old town, not too far. Only cleaned once weekly, terrace not cleaned. . Plenty of sun loungers, nice clean pools.

El apartamento en si está bien , piscina cuidada y alrededores. Los chicos de recepción muy amables. La limpieza es un poco escasa, el baño sucio con cal y oxido en tuberías. Las cortinas llenas de manchas y sucias.Todo muy cerca a pie

Se state cercando un luogo in cui dormire senza troppe pretese e la struttura ideale. La pulizia non è delle migliori, mentre la posizione è perfetta

Cuando le pregunté a la chica de la limpieza cada cuando cambiaban las toallas, me dice que la limpieza se hace una sola vez en semana, o sea que en toda una semana no entran a limpiar ni sacar basura ni cambiar toallas ni dejar papel higiénico, etc. Menos mal que me dio un par de rollos de papel y bolsas de basura para poder cambiar y le dejé las toallas sucias y me dio nuevas. Por otro lado cuando llegué todo contento porque había dos televisores de 40 pulgadas en el salón y en el dormitorio, pero mi gozo en un pozo porque el del salón no encendía a pesar de tener el piloto rojo encendido y el del dormitorio solo se veía la 1 la 2 y la Canaria todas las demás se veían mal. Lo dije en recepción y me dijeron que pasarían pero no solucionaron nada. El sitio bien más o menos relación calidad precio.

Das Personal ist unfreundlich und hochgradig unflexibel. Als ob man mit Robotern spricht.

The property was clean and close to shops and restaurants, no air conditioning.

Estuvimos 10 días(9 noches) nos entraba una limpieza a la mitad de la estancia y no solo no limpiaron el apartamento si no que nos dejaron en una bolsa de basura las toallas y sábanas limpias, que encima no se correspondían con las medidas de la cama que había en el apartamento. Comentamos el problema y se nos dijo que se haría el apartamentos y no lo hicieron. En cuanto a la limpieza fatal vaya.

La struttura é dotata di qualsiasi servizio in totale comodità, a partire dal mini supermercato ben fornito, la lavanderia, la palestra, la piscina ed i bar.

Hébergement très bien situé, à 10mn à pied du port et personnel sympathique. Malheureusement l'appartement était vétuste, et tout était en très mauvais état! Nous ne le recommandons pas du tout, si vous n'avez pas le choix pour une nuit, c'est envisageable mais pas plus! Il serait nécessaire que des travaux importants soient réalisés pour rendre le lieu au minimum agréable.

The hotel is quite dated in areas. The seaview room I had was comfortable and had everything I needed. Unfortunately, you can't check-in until 5pm, but the nice man on reception let me put my case in the storage room, told me I could change if I wanted to. As I wasn't leaving until 6pm, I enquired about keeping my room so I could shower/pack etc, but was told that I could keep it just for 2-3 hours. There really was no point, as I planned on relaxing around the pool till 4, then showering etc. Then, unbelievably the charge would have been more So if I had have kept it on, it would've cost me more to have it for 3 hours, than it was to stay per day

Struttura poco curata, letto non molto confortevole. In compenso all interno del residence sono presenti un mini market e un bar. Struttura essenziale per una notte

I enjoyed my stay. The apartment was very comfortable. I just had one minor issue with ants but on reporting the matter to Reception they sent someone to my apartment to resolve the problem. Although the spray provided did not eradicate them permanent I bought “Ant Bait Traps” in the supermarket which resolved the issue.
