Adoramos nossa estadia em Prope Mare. Passamos dias inesquecíveis, eu com certeza voltaria a me hospedar aqui caso volte para Mallorca. Apartamento limpo, equipado, espaçoso... não tenho nenhum ponto negativo. Obrigada, Xisca :)

Great place, very central. Beautiful views and right on the beach. Can be noisy in the evenings due to hotels and restaurants. A bit of a struggle to find parking but I assume it is a problem everywhere in high season. Very small kitchen with limited facilities and storage space for food items.

Veldig bra sted hvis du vil være i nærheten av stranden. Litt bråk om kveldene men stort sett rolig etter kl 23. Sengene var veldig gode men sovesofaen kunne vært litt bedre.

Excellent location just a few foot steps from the beautiful Cala Millor beach. Spacious apartment with basic kitchen utilities. Restaurants and shops nearby. In the evening you cannot escape the music from neighbouring hotels but they stop before midnight. Enjoy wonderful sunsets from your own balcony. Suitable for couples, or families with kids.

Beautiful apartment just a stone's throw from the beach. Very clean....easy access....great air con....comfy beds. We would definitely return to stay here again.

Prope Mare is a beach lovers accommodation. The building is a small complex of four levels with apartments and balconies with beach/sea views. If you want full beach front view you must specify and pay accordingly. Otherwise you may face another hotel with pool streetside and remain to have a side view at the lovely sandy beach in Cala Millor. The building is very clean and well maintained. It tends to be occupied by families, friends and some couples. The friendly Xisca is a good representative for this business and she communicates well. The apartment has bathroom with tub/ shower. Kitchenette with two hobs, microwave, sink and refrigerator. Kitchen pans, plates, utensils all clean and provided. Tables/chairs for dining indoor and on balcony. Sofa with bed is uncomfortable and dated. Arm chair is much the same as sofa. Air conditoning and heating are available when you are present in the apartment for wise energy use. Television and average internet is also in place which works best inside of the apartment. There is no swimming pool here because you are practically at the beach! Car park is not available. You must devise your own parking if you are bringing a car. Being beach towels/ parasols with you. It makes for an easy getaway and ideal for the beach-lover. You are also close to the main shopping and entertainment areas. It can be noisy above a restaurant and area hotels entertaining guests. For us, the noise was not a bother.

Ottima scelta x rilassarsi a cala millor , mare stpendo. Struttura perfetta vista mare. Centro e negozi vicini.1 ora di auto da Palma.Xisca la ragazza della reception gentile e sempre disponibile a risolvere eventuali problemini.lo consigio.ci tornerò sicuramente.

Wir wurden freundlich von Xisca am Empfang begrüßt. Alle Zimmer haben einen großen Bakon, Meerblick und Klimaanlage. Der Sonnenaufgang ist einmalig. Das Zimmer war sauber und gut eingerichtet. Die Küche ist zweckmäßig ausgestattet. Töpfe und Pfannen könnten erneuert werden. Die Betten waren gut. Das Bad ist gut, aber schon etwas in die Jahre gekommen.Parkplätze stehen kostenfrei an der Straße zur Verfügung. Wir würden immer wieder ein Appartement im Prope Mare buchen. Die Lage ist perfekt, erste Reihe und direkt am türkisblauen Meer mit tollem Sandstrand. Es sollte jedem bewusst sein, dass es abends in der Hauptsaison lauter ist. Die Animation kann man sozusagen kostenfrei miterleben. Ab 23 Uhr wirds ruhiger.

Wir haben klassischen Badeurlaub gemacht. Das Apartment ist in vorderster Front und nur wenige Schritte vom Strand. Super Lage! Der Empfang ist sehr nett und auch bemüht Fragen zu beantworten. Einzig wers gerne ruig mag sollte ein anderen Ort bevorzugen da die Hotels ringsum das gsnze doch recht beschallen mit ihren Animationen und bis 11 Uhr der Lärmpegel sehr laut ist. Ansonsten tip top!
