アパートスタイルホテル HSM ラゴ パーク

All the hotel staff are lovely, very pleasant and helpful. The hotel itself is in a good central position for shops and restaurants and has a good, secure bike storage facility with limited tools, a bike wash station, a shower, a toilet and drinking water. The room was specious with a seperate bedroom, 2 large single beds pushed together but made up separately, a shower room with hairdryer, dining/kitchenette/living area and a small balcony. Utensils a bit battered and burnt but ample pans ect. A coffee machine, toaster and kettle all provided. Cleaners almost everyday baring twice a week and although it was nice of them to straighten the beds and empty the bins, not much cleaning took place! Although the hotel states there is wifi in the rooms, we were unable to access it at all during our 12 night stay at the beginning of October. The pool was freezing as it doesn't get the sun all day and not all the sunbeds are able to be in the sun but, again, it was October. The bar is cheap enough and you are allowed to have glass round the pool area. The only bad thing to say about the hotel is the extremely annoying background music played constantly in the reception and pool area. It was like being put on hold on the phone only you couldn't hang up! There are prettier locations to stay, like Pollenca but Muro does have lots going on and the hotel is literally just accross the road from the beach. Altogether, a pleasant stay for what we paid. Definitely a 3* plus.

Great location in Platja de Mura, just a block from several great restaurants and small shops, and only two blocks away from a lovely, sandy beach. Our two one-bedroom-apartments (1203 & 1204) were in building one (of two), and they were well equipped and comfortable for a weeks stay. The beds were just as firm as I like them, the cleaners respected the do-not-disturb-sign, the water pressure was almost like home, and there was plenty of hot water as well. We would have wished that the pools (we tried both the main pool by building one and the smaller pool by building two) were heated a bit more (travelling in October), but 21⁰C is standard water temperature, I guess. The reception staff was more than happy to order us a taxi to the airport when we asked the day before departure, and it turned out to be cheaper than the taxi we took from the airport (not prebooked). All in all a great stay, and we would be more than happy to come back to Aparthotel HSM Lago Park another time.

Le séjour c’est bien passé, mais l’hôtel est très bruyant, quasi pas d’insonorisation.. Le brunch est bon et le personnel très agréable par contre

Siamo stati bene. Lo staff è gentile, le camere grandi e pulite. La piscina divertente. Buon brunch. Purtroppo però la prima notte siamo stati mandati al Lago Park II (nonostante avessimo appartamento Premium), una struttura fatiscente e distaccata dal Lago Park che non rispecchia le foto del Lago Park pubblicizzate. Questo ci ha rovinato il primo giorno di vacanza. Fortunatamente il giorno dopo lo staff ci ha trovato una sistemazione nel palazzo di Lago Park principale. Nonostante il loro errore si sono rifiutati di darci un minimo rimborso per la prima sera. Se non ci fosse stato anche quest'ultimo problema del rimborso la valutazione sarebbe stata più alta, perché errare è umano ma bisogna correggere i propri errori.

I liked the breakfast buffet and the pool area. The hotel is conveniently within walking distance to the beach and restaurants/shops. The staff was very friendly and took the time to answer questions.

Enjoyed our 8 day stay . Will come back again

I was there with my teenage daughter and we had a fantastic time here. From check in to check out we felt right at home. Loved the vibe, the friendly guy who both checked us in and out, Marga in the bar who made awesome drinks and the super cool DJ who played music every afternoon. It was quiet at night, and the apartment had basically everything you need (a drying rack for dishes and a pair of scissors would have been a great complement though.) Loved the long pillows. Both me and my daughter would love to stay here again.

Nous avons eu un logement rénové, bien isolé, donnant sur la piscine. Accueil agréable, prêt de parasol. Petits restaurants/bars à proximité.

Rooms are clean and staff were generally pleasant. This was our second visit as we enjoyed the central location of the hotel. Lovely renovation to pool area at main hotel. The annexe pool isnt so nice. Sadly no longer any evening entertainment and bar closed at a very early 7pm.

Upon check in, reception didn't have my name down on the list nor did they give us any information at all about facilities. We booked this hotel as we believed there to be a gym - we never found it.

Le ménage est fait mais vite fait L hôtel est un peu vétuste Pas beaucoup d ustensiles pour faire la cuisine

Notre chambre etait sur un boulevard principale très bruyant de matin au soir et egalemet sur un garage de voiture qui commencé de nettoyer les voitures des 7h le matin avec un aspirateur très bruyant et ils parlent très fort.

Vi hade en mycket bra vistelse på HSM lago park. Vi fick ett rum i deras andra byggnad, vilket man kan tro är en nackdel. Men för oss blev det en fördel! Det var ett lugnare område med ett poolområde som också var lugnt och betydligt mindre folk än vid ”main building”, så vi hade aldrig problem med att hitta solstolar och barnen kunde hoppa och plaska som de ville utan att störa någon. De hade mycket trevlig personal som var måna om att vi hade det bra. Maten i buffén var helt okej. Helt och hållet vad vi förväntade oss. Sängarna var hårdare än vad vi är vana vid hemma men det var inget som störde oss under vår vecka som vi var där. Vi kommer gärna tillbaka till detta hotellet!

Våra vistelse vår toppen! Vi rekommenderar hotellet. Alla personal är trevliga, poolområdet är jättebra, drinkarna är fantastiska! Rummet var inte så nya som entreplan, men ändå bekväma. Om det renoveras blir då perfekt!

It was noisy and the bed not too confy but overall it was ok

Facilities outdated but well maintained. We stayed at the flats/studios in the second building. The unlimited buffet deal was great making the price affordable for breakfast and lunch. The building is right under a terrace bar so it can get quite loud until late making sleep quite difficult for the young ones.

The apartmant/hotel has two buildings with their own pools. The main building is great, nevly renovated inside and out. Staff is very friendly and helpful. Only problem is only one bathroom with a sliding door that can't lock and the door get's stuck when closed so children get trapped. Helped several kids out of the bathroom. Easy fix if prioritized by staff. Otherwise great. The second building which we were stationed, was old and not that great.
