Excellent apartments in a lovely neighbourhood. Supermarket just up the road. Beach 2 minutes walk which is amazing and has a large fantastic restaurant and bar. Bus stops at the door of apartments and easy to get around. We hired a car and plenty of parking on the road outside. Would definitely stay there again.

Our holiday lasted 11 days in a quiet, cozy, and comfortable hotel. It felt just like home — a spotless room and bathroom, a fully equipped kitchen with everything we needed. The beach and the store were just a 5-minute walk away, and the bus stop was right by the hotel. The rooftop pool was clean and refreshing. The bed and pillows were as comfortable as at home. Esteban responded instantly to all our requests. The Wi-Fi was a bit weak, but it didn’t affect our stay at all. I highly recommend Artplatinum — and we’ll definitely be back!

Though there is no staff in the property they need to have an option for guests needing towels, blankets, etc. The amenities were minimal.and it is far from the public transport and from Malaga.

The property was of a very high standard, it was very very clean, communication with owner very good. I had a small problem with bathroom door, the domestic assistant helped me and contacted owner who had problem sorted immediately. We had a huge balcony with table and chairs and two sun loungers. There was a fabulous Asian restaurant next door where the staff, food and prices were all amazing. The very impressive supermarket was only about 300 yards uphill from apartment. It was very easy to reach the seafront from where you could safely walk for miles in both directions. There was also a selection of bars nearby. We both loved our stay here and would highly recommend to others. We will definitely come back here.

Great location. Very modern. Tasteful decor.air conditioning was amazing. Kitchenette very well equipped and modern. Roof top pool was great however some broken tiles and loose deck needs attention but it is a good area well mantaned .the room was spacious modern and clean good shiwer and bathrooms with bday.quiet residential area with view of beach and beautiful traditional spainish homes. Many good bars and restaurants all within 10 mins walk and all have sea views .akso near by an outstanding supermarket great prices.the staff were very friendly and helpful. In particular Jorge and Stephen. Guve vey good information about restaurants and directions to anywhere. Near by beaches are small but never overly busy as the more busy beaches vlose to malaga can be. Bus stops are just outside the hotel. Overall our stay was outstanding as we dont like the overwhelming main resorts but this place you can easily travel from.

Nous avons réservé pour deux nuits. Le ménage ne semble pas être fait correctement. Nous avons dépliés le canapé lit les draps étaient sales. Nous l’avons signalé au réceptionniste qui nous a dit apporté de nouveau draps que nous avons dû changer nous-mêmes (le matelas laisse à désirer. Le pommeau de douche était scotché.

Property was lovely and very clean and well equipped, good communication regarding codes to get in, lovely quiet area with beaches and restaurants near by. Buses are regular and cheap going both ways to Benalmadena and Fuengerola. Supermarket just up the road and pharmacy. Would definitely stay here again.

Très décevant. Nous avons quitté l’appartement après une nuit seulement au lieu de 4. Le ménage avait été baclé. Nous avons dormi dans des draps souillés. J’ai demandé un complément de ménage le lendemain mais personne n’est venu. Beaucoup de fourmis.

Attendez-vous à une expérience. Il s'agit d'un hôtel sans réception. Vous arrivez et vous partez de manière autonome. La seule présence humaine est une femme de chambre qui ne parle que l'espagnol. En cas de problème, ne cherchez pas un numéro de téléphone dans le hall, il faut fouiller dans vos mails. Sinon, armez-vous de patience et envoyez un message à un dénommé Estebàn. Que se passe-t-il si l'urgence arrive en pleine nuit ? Je n'ai pas testé. A part cela, l'hôtel est propre et bien situé. Mais attention, il est très bruyant durant la journée en raison de la forte circulation automobile devant l'immeuble.

The apartment was very cozy and comfortable. The wifi wasn't fast enough. I couldn't lower the volume at TV.

The property enjoys an exceptional location, just a 5-minute walk from the beach, bars, and vibrant local scene. A large Mercadona supermarket is only 2 minutes away on foot. Street parking is free, and we always found a spot. The building is well-maintained and clean, with most staff being friendly and helpful. The rooftop pool area is stunning, offering breathtaking sea views. The apartment itself is spacious, featuring a large bathroom and a generous terrace with sea views. The twin beds are comfortable. However, there were some issues: • The beds have wheels, causing them to move constantly, and I often lost my pillow during the night. • The plates were dirty, so I started my holiday washing dishes. • There was no kettle for tea or alternative coffee options, only a Nespresso machine with three pods provided. • The fridge light flickered, which was irritating to the eyes. • The TV didn’t work properly, requiring my husband to tinker with it. • Stained walls were visually unappealing. • No sanitary bags were provided by the bidet, and the hand soap was harsh on my skin. • One morning, while enjoying coffee on the terrace, I was unexpectedly drenched by water from a cleaner on the third floor. Despite shouting to stop, they didn’t hear, and it happened again. An hour later, after changing clothes, another cleaner brushed dust and plant leaves onto me from the second floor. I had to contact management to address this, though they responded promptly.

Happy to have chosen this accommodation. Quiet, clean, local to beaches, supermarket, restaurants, buses, and staff very responsive and helpful via Whats App.

Vi hadde en rolig fin uke på dette hotellet. Herlig med egen terrasse med solsenger. Vi fikk fin oppfølging fra personalet i resepsjonen, som ordnet alt vi lurte på. F.eks. ny håndklær, god hjelp og info da strømmen gikk i hele Spania, og transport til flyplassen. Tusen takk for oss.

A la llegada hemos usado el sofá cama (éramos cuatro alojados) y las sábanas sucias (con pelos) se notaba que había sido usado y no habían cambiado sus sábanas. Comunicado al responsable por mensaje (no hay recepción), tardó más de 10 horas en contestar, solamente que se lo dirá al personal de limpieza para que “tengan más cuidado”, así pasamos las tres noches. Nunca me habían respondido y tratado así, sin solucionar un problema
