Enjoyed my stay here, the room was great and staff brought us what we needed when asked. The entrance way was through a garbage alley so it was a bit stinky every time we opened the balcony. Also was expensive.

Stayed with my husband and two children for 4 nights and the space was perfect for us! Quiet room located in the heart of the historic area. Within walking distance of the major sights we wanted to see as well as lots of food options. Host was helpful and communication was clear and prompt. Little touches provided like coffee and dish/washing machine products made our stay even easier. Highly recommend!

立地条件、部屋の広さ申し分ない、問題は 受付が居ないので鍵の受け渡しはこちらから電話するのだがhotel.comの案内所では電話番号が海外からでバルセロナ市内からの電話番号が判らないので苦労した。普通の人は判るだろうが私のような年寄りには判りにくい

No recomiendo este lugar , mi familia y yo no pudimos hospedarnos en el lugar ya reservado y pagado y el cobro extra de la tarifa adicional ; ya que homeless que estaban afuera lde la puerta del lugar no permitieron que ingresáramos a lugar reservado ni siquiera pudimos entrar , la zona remodelando las calles , insegura , sucia de muy mal aspecto tuve que pagar otro lugar e irnos de ahí a otro lugar

The location is great and the booking agency helpful, but other than that it isn’t a great place. The apartments get used and abused. The tub was old and rusted and the shower rod kept falling down so we couldn’t use it. A weak attempt at fixing it by putting some nasty looking glue on the wall which didn’t work. We couldn’t wait to leave. Find a better place if you want to enjoy your accommodations. Not worth the cost.

We could not access the hotel as all streets nearby were closed for the popes visit and there was no way to get all of our luggage there. The “host” was absolutely no help, could not suggest a route to take to get closer or even a location to park and walk from- basically giving a verbal shrug. We never made it to our room.

Everything was great. Well appointed kitchen that could have included a dish drainer. I was a bit nervous at night making sure I wasn’t followed into the alley when going into the apartment. I appreciate the hotel was transparent about the construction going on. These windows were quality for keeping the construction noise out. I was concerned that if I went out on the balcony and closed the door that I would lock myself out so I didn’t use it. I wanted to use it but close the door to keep construction dust out. Minor issues. I would tell future travellers to bring slippers because that floors were very cold. I should have thought about that and expected that would be the case with a building that probably has solid stone floors!

We were moved from our original property. In the new one, the AC wasn't working initially. When they came to fix it, the AC was working uncontrollably, the the thermostat wasn't controlling it. Everything was falling apart in this place and it was like a run down place.

The apartment was amazing, very well cleaned and complete of everything you need for a proper stay.
Unfortunately the area is very noisy at night, dirty and smelly. The building front door is on a very rough secondary alley, always full of garbage and urine, and is very popular amongst junkies. We felt pretty uncomfortable especially at night.

Our family booked two Aspasios apartments, which were in excellent condition inside.
Unfortunately, the Gothic Quarter location felt unsafe—surrounded by drug users and pickpockets, with trash, graffiti everywhere, unpleasant odors, loud fights at night, and intoxicated individuals.
It was not a pleasant experience for a family.
