The room was nice and spacious. The reception’s recommended restaurante for dinner was also fantastic.

Wir waren jetzt wieder im Juni, genau ein Jahr nach unserem letzten Aufenthalt. Es hat sich an sich nichts geändert. Hauptgründe für die Buchung waren erneut die Lage und dass es ein Erwachsenenhotel ist. In der Kombination hat es ein wirklich gutes Preis-/Leistungsverhältnis. Leider immer noch ein massives Problem mit Parkplätzen. Diesmal hatten wir ein Zimmer auf der 6. Etage. Die Lage war schön, aber es war trubeliger als letztes Mal auf der 4. Etage. Direkt unter dem Balkon ist das Restaurant und der öffentliche Weg. Manchmal saßen Teenager unter den Balkonen und haben Joints geraucht, das hat uns am Meisten genervt. Leider kam generell öfter mal der Geruch von Zigaretten und Joints zu uns gewabert, das hat mich aber auch schon im letzten Jahr gestört. Ansonsten war das Zimmer top, vergleichbar bzw. identisch mit dem letzten Jahr. Nur die Bettdecke war mir diesmal viel zu warm. Leider immer noch kein Besteck und Teller im Schrank über der Mikrowelle. Wir hatten nur Frühstück gebucht. Im Ort gibt es so viele tolle Restaurants, da wollten wir nicht Buffet im Hotel essen. Das Frühstück war wieder super mit einer riesen Auswahl. Leider gab es dieses Jahr als Alternative zur normalen Milch nur laktosefrei und Soja, kein Mandeldrink mehr. Frühstück gibt es leider erst ab 7:30. Wir hatten einen Ausflug gebucht, zu dem wir um 8 Uhr an einem anderen Hotel abgeholt wurden, das war Stress. Personal sehr freundlich, bis auf eine paar einzelne Ausnahmen, die eher neutral sind.

Our second stay in 3 months at this hotel, and the reason for this, is because it’s amazing, from the spacious rooms, to the restaurants on site, the spa, the gym and the amazing roof terrace. The staff are always friendly and nothing is too much trouble.

My stay was good but the views we’re definitely my favorite part of the stay.

Un super hôtel, avec une vue imprenable,l e petit déjeuner inclus, la piscine et les bains à remous en rooftop, le personnel serviable et à l'écoute en cas de problème. Un rapport qualité-prix imbattable à Ténérife.

WARNUNG FÜR ZUKÜNFTIGE GÄSTE. Das Parfum meiner Freundin im Wert von ca. 250 EUR (Baccarat Rouge 540), das in unserem Zimmer im Hotel lag, war plötzlich kein Parfum mehr, in der Flasche war stattdessen Wasser. Ich habe den Vorfall dem Hotel gemeldet, aber mir wurde weder ein offizieller Incident Report noch eine schriftliche Bestätigung oder die offizielle „Hoja de Reclamaciones“ (Verbraucher Beschwerdeformular) ausgehändigt. Daraufhin habe ich Anzeige bei der Policía Nacional erstattet. Seien Sie vorsichtig mit persönlichen Gegenständen und dokumentieren Sie wertvolle Sachen direkt bei der Ankunft. In meinem Fall wurde von mir verlangt zu beweisen, was sich vorher in der Flasche befand. Auf Grundlage meiner Erfahrung: nie wieder Atlantic Mirage, nicht mal kostenlos. (Persönliche Daten und Daten der Polizeibeamten wurden aus Datenschutzgründen verborgen)

Back for the second time… which pretty much proves how much we love it.

Everything about the hotel speaks class and luxury, the view is breathtaking, the staff were helpful, we were given a glass of juice as we checked in. The breakfast is far better than anywhere I’ve stayed, the room was well maintained and I’d definitely be staying at Atlantis mirage next time I visit Tenerife. If you have a lot of activities planned within Tenerife I’d advise you to leave a day out to enjoy the amenities of the hotel.

I think for the area, this is one of the nicer hotels. Location and parking are decent. The rooms look nice, but my husband and I found the beds to be a little uncomfortable and felt like the cleaning staff didn’t really clean the room, just changed the bedding and towels. He We only had our room cleaned once and I can tell almost immediately that the bathroom countertops had not been wiped down. You have to pay to use the safe which just feels like you are being taken advantage off. Good drinks at the bar and breakfast was good. I would definitely not recommend the buffet for dinner.

Stunning adults only hotel in an absolutely fantastic location in the north of the island. Spa and hot tubs on the roof terrace are a real highlight and the breakfast in the morning was superb with loads of choices.

Nice hotel, lovely spa but the only issue is you have to pay additional fees even if you’re a hotel guest to use at the spa and that’s excluding treatments!

l'hotel est très bien , chambre spacieuse et calme avec une vue magnifique sur l'ocean . Très bon petit dejeuner . Personnel agéable et serviable . Seul bémol , dommage de devoir payer le coffre fort dans la chambre pour un hotel 4 étoiles ...
