夜の屋外コンサートが夜中1時過ぎまで毎晩あり、うるさくて眠れない。2泊したが、やめた方が良いホテル。 また、周辺環境が悪く、怖い立地であった

周辺の雰囲気があまり良くない。ホテルは良い。

Enjoyed our stay. One of the lifts was broken for most of it but overall great service, location and breakfast. The rooftop bar is fantastic!

We had a great room that was clean and fresh each day. The staff were professional and friendly and above all we had a great time staying at Barceló Raval.

Inside the Hotel is beautiful. The service and food was awesome.

Wir waren eine Woche im Barcelo Raval. Das Frühstück war ausgezeichnet, das Personal war flink, es wurde laufend nachgereicht und abserviert. Wir bekamen ein Zimmer im 7.Stock mit Traumaussicht und herrlichem Kingsize Doppelbett. Die 360 Grad Aussicht in der Poolbar ist ebenfalls hervorzuheben. Etwas getrübt wurde der Eindruck durch die Handdusche, deren Wassertemperatur zwischen brennheiß und kalt wechselte. Nach Intervention erklärte der Haustechniker, das alles normal sei. Das nächtliche Tropfen von der Wasserfalldusche behoben wir mit Hilfe eines Plastiksackerls. Am Abend sind wir immer mit dem Taxi heimgefahren, somit gab es auch kein Problem mit ungebührlichen Anreinern. Untertags war alles easy. Es hat uns sehr gefallen.

The hotel is amazing however is it located in a very bad location lots of crime very unsafe.

Location was dangerous and not safe m. Wife was terrified

Très bel hôtel et bien situé. Hôtel très propre et chambre confortable. Le buffet déjeuner était excellent avec un choix varié. Personnel à la réception très gentil.

Das Zimmer war sauber und das Personal half bei jeglichen Fragen.

Great room and amenities. Will stay again for sure

The room was very nice and comfortable, but I don't believe the hotel has heard of Kleenex. I asked for some and got a couple of small boxes of 3 Kleenex but it wasn't until the last day they put some of these little boxes in the room. The first day we had to tell them the tub/shower drain was stopped up and the temperature of the water went from cold to very how continually. Then a couple of times our room key would not work. I had to go down twice and then they sent someone up that got it to work but we had the same problem a few more times. Maybe the battery for the lock was failing? And I was disappointed that their breakfast didn't start until 7am. I should have investigated prior. 7am is good for the businesspeople but not for tourist. Many of the tours start anywhere between 7 and 8 so you may be out of luck catching the breakfast if you need to meet the tour like we did twice and were unable to use the breakfast facilities we prepaid for. We were offered a box breakfast which we took the first tour but we were not allowed to eat it on the tour bus and there was nowhere else to eat it. It went to waste. I'd say the staff was friendly but not very attentive. I believe I would consider another stay at the Barcelo Raval again now that I'm forewarned.

The interior of the hotel and room were excellent; however, the hotel location leaves a lot to be desired.

Zimmer und die Rooftop Bar sind super und zu empfehlen. Personal ist sehr freundlich. Was nicht so super ist, ist die Lage man fühlt sich nicht sicher und auch die Lokale wenn man noch etwas Essen oder Trinken gehen möchte ist alles sehr Arabisch gebrägt. Kein Spanischer Flair. Hotel super, Lage katastrophe.
