Great location and wonderful clean apartment. Bed, pillow was comfortable.

The room was27 C in the evening and It was impossible to sleep as the air-conditioning did not work and leaving the windows open was extremely noisy. the next day when I asked the reception about the failure of the air-conditioning. I was told that it is now winter season in the air condition does not work. I have rarely seen the front desk staff care so little.

Very clean and comfortable room. Linned very good. Nice bed. Good bathroom.big TV's. Only missing to be able to connect ny phone to the TV. That wasn't possible. Only improvement I can think about. A região tem muitos bares e restaurantes, ideal para aproveitar a vida local. O quarto conta com cozinha, ótimo para quem vai ficar mais dias e quer preparar o próprio café da manhã. A estação de metrô fica muito próxima, mas também é fácil sair caminhando — e essa é, sem dúvida, a melhor forma de conhecer a cidade.

Best location in Madrid, the apartment it is modern and has an amazing balcony. Highly recommended

Fantastic service and property. The staff at the front desk is super friendly and accommodating with any needs. The area is very safe and there are many dining options as well as supermarkets close. The Trafalgar square is super lively at night and a great place to hang out. The room itself was very clean with every amenity I can think of. Great views from the balcony too. Overall 10/10, one of the best places I've stayed in. Would definitely come back.

El Be mate Trafalgar ofrece todo lo que yo necesite. Ubicación excelente, confort, seguridad , impecable equipamiento. Lo recomiendo ampliamente! Nos encantó!

La unidad superior que elegimos superó nuestras espectativas. Una vista espectacular de esquina a esquina con dos balcones. Tiene todo lo necesario para estar en una estadia cono si estuvieras en tu hogar. La cocina (nevera estufa y accesrios de cocina) y el baño tiene todo lo necesario. Tienen lavanderia y Gym. La seguridad del lugar es muy buena y el personal fue muy atento y amable ante lo que necesitas o preguntas. El supermercado super cerca al igual que la estación del metro. Tiene muchos lugares cercanos para cenar. De seguro volveriamos en mas ocasiones y recomiendo el lugar.

We recently stayed at Be Mate Trafalgar in Madrid and were very satisfied with our experience. The hotel is in an excellent location, just a 5-minute walk from the nearest metro station, which made it easy for us to get around the city. The entire property was clean and modern, with everything looking new and well taken care of. Our room was comfortable, quiet, and provided everything we needed for a pleasant stay. The staff were friendly and helpful throughout, and check-in and check-out were quick and efficient. Overall, we had a very good stay and would recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a clean and conveniently located place in Madrid.

Excellent location, well equipped, comfortable and very clean studio apartment. The staff at the reception was wonderful. Very good price/quality ratio. I would stay here again.
