Great place to stay for Porter del Carmen old town and harbour. Accommodation is great value for money as a whilst the food in the restaurant was limited choice, it was fairly good for all inclusive buffet. We enjoyed our stay here but was mainly a base for us. Be warned that the property is on s hill with lots of steps so if you have mobility issues then this isn't the property for you. Otherwise give it a go, it's good value for money and plenty of bars and restaurants within a few minutes walk. The main resort strip is about 15 minute walk.

Great staff and good value for the price we paid. Room dated but clean, dining options limited for all Inclusive guests.

Chambre vétuste, toilette cassée, pommeau de douche ou raiseau sans pression sur eau chaude, tringle a rideaux qui se decroche ... Heureusement que le personnel est reactif pour resoudre les problèmes qui peuvent etre resolu pour le reste une bonne remise en etat s'impose. Restauration peut variés mais reste correct avec du personnel de salle tres serviable. J’espère que ces petits commentaires seront pris en considération par l'établissement.

A great base for spending your holiday in Lanzarote, just minutes walk from a great selection of restaurants and bars in the old town and along the harbour, you also have the option to dine in the Belleview as all inclusive or pay as you dine on a casual basis. Staff were very pleasant and helpful to deal with.

All great.Only one thing I contacted property before I got there that my sister will stay with me for 4 nights and days and they charged me for a whole week…Even I have paid for entire apartment before hand…A bit not nice…

Turned up early, the receptionist advised for us to have lunch, then he found us and said room ready. Two hours early. Room was a little dated, but clean. There are many steps. Food was basic, some was good. Others were cold, advised but nothing done about it. Cold next day. There was a microwave to heat it up though. So many of the dishes were full of bell peppers. No need for so many. Staff were very helpful and friendly. I would stay there again but not all inclusive.

Lägenheten hade både sovrum och vardagsrum, eget kylskåp och möjlighet att laga mat + en uteplats med härlig utsikt. Inredningen var enkel men funktionell. Frukosten var prisvärd och innehöll det mesta man behöver, t ex frukt, yoghurt, flingor, varmrätter mm Stor bassäng, trevlig personal vi fick bra valuta för pengarna

Fantastic location in the old town with an amazing 180 degree view of the harbour, sea and mountains. The food was great as was most of the staff. Cleanliness was very good. But what let it down was the horrible old furniture, curtains with holes in the blackout curtains. The worst of all was the old uncomfortable, worn out beds. The apartment was like something from the 1980s . The pool was fantastic, but the bar and restaurant badly need to be refurbished. Which is such a pity as the Venue commands the best views in the old town.

Staff on check in was very helpful. Condition of our room was dirty and alot falling apart. Coukd not fault any staff . Needs a good update

Got what we expected having stayed before, EXCEPT the complete lack of concern/effort the hotel put into getting WiFi fixed in our area of the hotel. It was not available from our arrival until 26 days later. In the most part the staff were brilliant apart from the lack of action getting WiFi fixed.

Apartment was old and tired and in great need of a massive re-vamp. It was dirty, lacked the basics for cooking and cleaning, no hot water at kitchen sink, nor plug to enable us wash delph. Fridge had no shelves on door to allow us stand a carton of milk on etc. Had to request a toaster and a rack for the oven. Not for anyone with walking issues - i.e. we had approx. 45/50 steps to take to get to our room each time we left it. Very neglected.

The hotel was filthy, walls were chipped, beds were dirty, either the filthy swimming pool or the dirty bed sheets gave my 4 year old a sty on his eye for the rest of the holiday, After the first 10 seconds of walking into our room we were hunting on our phones for somewhere else to stay. Due to limited availability we had no choice but to stay there, now coming home we are unwell and just feel overall dirty. Limited food / all inclusive was NOT all inclusive as it had a time limit and you have to PAY for water. Not happy at all will be raising a higher complaint. Not value for money. I’d rather sleep in the bins outside the complex.

Anlage in sehr schöner Umgebung, aber offensichtlich dringend renovierungsbedürftig. Möblierung überholungsbedürftig, Türgriffe und Schlösser verschlissen. Bad mit Schimmel in den Fugen, Badewanne mit Abblätterungen, Schwimminpool unbeheizt und mit vielen fehlenden Fliesen. Frühstück hauptsächlich auf englische Bedürfnisse abgestellt. Kakalakenbefall.

Reception staff were helpful. Restaurant staff could have been more attentive to understanding potentially harmful allergies and cross-contamination. Hotel room could do with some updating.
