バスターミナルから歩いて15分くらいの場所にあります。最初は捜すのに困りましたが、慣れたら大丈夫です。前もってメールでホテルの入口の暗証番号と部屋番号を教えてくれるのでチックインはとてもスムーズです。部屋の鍵はドアノブの部屋側に挿し込んであります。タオル類も綺麗ですし、コーヒーマシンもあり、久しぶりにドリップコーヒーが飲めました。水やウェルカムチョコレートもありました。レストラン街なので食べ物には困りません。12時近くまで客がいますが、窓が三重になっているので、うるさく感じません。この街は魚介類がとても美味しいです。

場所はフェリーからとても近く、おそらくこの街の旧市街の中心地。 ホテルもきれいだが、チェックインの最終時間が15時のため要注意。 私たちはモロッコからきたため、時差で一時間遅れてしまい、入れないまま数十分。隣のお店の方に電話してもらい、暗証番号を聞いてホテルの中へ入れたものの、伝えられた部屋は使った後そのままで、違う部屋に宿泊しました。 チェックインからチェックアウトまで誰にも会わず、 日本人からしたら不思議な感じでした。 おそらく15時までだとスタッフがいるのか？ ホテル自体は快適で場所も最高です。 スペイン語または英語が喋れない方はくれぐれもチェックインの時間に注意してください。

Restaurant under room very noisy but great room

Beautiful clean room in a perfect setting. Surrounded by restaurants and bars and just a few minutes from the port and beach. My only slight complaint was no mirror on the wall in the bedroom and the light not good in the bathroom for putting on make up etc.

Walkable to the ferry. Great location. Worked with our late arrival. Nice.

Sehr schön, sauber und im Herzen der herzigen Altstadt von Tarifa.

Good quality guest house, with good facilities, clean and very comfortable. It's also very central and good for an early morning start to the port. Good value for money too. BUT: Two problems. The first is that at most accommodation, check-in will open at 3pm but at Benali it closes as 3pm. Having travelled from the UK, arrival before 3pm was not going to be possible. But therefore the second problem. As required by the small print, I had contacted the hotel to inform them we'd be arriving late. No reply. Just a few days before travel, I got an email saying that there's a problem with the payment and asking me to provide details. Nonsense and no chance: I hadn't given card details as we'd opted to 'pay at hotel' and am never going to email them to someone. I replied to that effect. The day before we travel I get a note saying that the room is confirmed after all. I replied, giving 8pm as ETA. But when we got there, no-one in sight. In fact, we never ever saw anyone at this hotel. A kind passer by phoned the hotel: apparently they had emailed me a code for the door and our key was in the room!! The email was sent the previous evening and we were already on the road, without access to email. We ended up leaving 80 Euros in the bedside cabinet as payment and then a bizarre message back saying they had refunded my credit card!! I've never known a hotel with such poor communication. Don't offer 'pay at hotel' if you are not going to be there.

Very conveniently located in the old town, room was very comfortable

In the busiest area of Tarifa but highly quiet one inside the property. Very convenient, close to all amenities, shopping, restaurants and beaches

Soggiornato per due notti qui e siamo stati benissimo Autogestione per il check-in/out e tutto alla portata di mano tra ristoranti, bar e negozi. Stanza pulita e accogliente

Im Benali Guesthouse habe ich meistens gut geschlafen. Die Kaffeemaschine mit Pads wurden immer aufgefüllt. Der kleine Kühlschrank und die Klimanlage haben zum Wohlbefinden beigetragen. Die zwei Pralinen wurden bei Bedarf täglich erneuert. Die Inhaberin Monica sprach auch Englisch und mit Aiana habe ich mich mit etwas Spanisch auch gut verständigt. Ein sehr schöner Aufenthalt!

Todo muy bien. A pesar de estar en el centro,el ruido de la calle no llega a la habitación.

Mycket trevligt med fantastiskt fina och rena rum. Bra läge i gamla stadsdelen. Dock ligger ett mycket populärt torg precis utanför med flera serveringar som är öppna fram till sent på natten.

**Bewertung für Benali Guesthouse** Das Benali Guesthouse liegt direkt im belebten Zentrum, mit dem besten Thunfischrestaurant der Stadt vor der Haustür. Trotz der zentralen Lage und einem Zimmer zur Plaza-Seite war es super ruhig. Alle Restaurants und Bars sind ebenfalls in Laufnähe. Ein perfekter Ort für einen entspannten und dennoch lebhaften Aufenthalt!

Ha sido una visita rápida y muy tranquila

What a delightful find in the Old Town, it's an easy walking distance to the beach, shops, restaurants and bars. Highly recommend One small issue it would be best if hotel could send check in details ( door code)to my email as I missed the text maybe it's because I have loaded a travel sim in my phone and didn't get it. Anyway only a small problem as the bar owner next door rang the manager for me.
