Great hotel with lots to do for children but not too hectic. Staff friendly and helpful.

The hotel is located up a very steep hill that connects to an extremely busy road, which makes both access and the surrounding area quite noisy. Unfortunately, the noise continues inside—there’s little to no sealing on the windows and doors, so you hear everything. Cleaners start working from 8am and can be quite loud, banging mops against walls. Guests who are early risers often chat loudly on their balconies, and due to the poor soundproofing, it’s impossible to sleep through it. The pool is overcrowded, with no available sunbeds and no real space to relax. The poolside menu is very limited, overpriced, and consists mostly of uninspiring junk food. Overall, the atmosphere felt chaotic and not very relaxing. I wouldn’t choose to return, although I can imagine this might still be considered a decent hotel by some, depending on what you're looking for.

Animation war gut. Essensauswahl war vielfältig. Vollständige Küche auf dem Zimmer eingerichtet. Betten war sehr einfach und begrenzt bequem. Spielen im Pool mit Wasserball oder Bällen nicht erlaubt.

Die Unterkunft ist eher günstig. Auf ältere Generationen ausgerichtet. Dies wird in unterschiedlicher Hinsicht deutlich. Auswahl an Speisen ist gross. Vielfach jedoch nicht mehr frisch. Zu oft wiederverwertet. Pasta für die Kids waren teilweise ausgetrocknet oder Meeresfrüchte rochen unangenehm. Kaffee gewöhnungsbedürftig und wässerig. Aktivitäten für Kinder wie z.B. eine Zaubershow, sind viel zu spät angesetzt. (22:15) Flexibilität betreffend Uhrzeit beim Check-In / Check-Out fehlt. Für Abweichungen werden EUR 30.— verlangt. Wäsche waschen viel zu teuer, Maschinen jedoch in schmutzigem Zustand. Gewisse Personen im Mini-Club verhalten sich genervt gegenüber den Kindern. Die normalen Betten in den Zimmern sind „mobile Betten“ mit rädern und sind sehr instabil. Personal meistens freundlich. Die Lage ist gut. Zum Supermarkt sind es 5min zu Fuss. Zum Strand 10min. Das Hallenbad ist in Ordnung. Einige Dinge sind in die Jahre gekommen und funktionieren nicht mehr richtig. Wir würden dieses Hotel nicht mehr wählen. Keine 4 Sterne.

We only stayed one night, nice indoor pool and partial ocean view was great. Room was a bit worn out, but hotel overall was clean and in the nice quiet neighborhood. At reception they did charce deposit from towels, but didn't offer ropes wich woud have been nice to have since it's "spa" hotel.

The staff can never do enough for you. Absolutely fabulous especially in the snack bar. Monica is the best!

A great place for a family holiday. Ideally located close to the beach at the quieter end of the town and only a short ride from the airport. The outdoor pools are lovely and just the right depth for kids of all ages. The pools and deck were cleaned down each morning before use. The organised entertainment and activities both day and night were great fun.. The Friday foam party in the pool was a highlight. Food in general is great, the restaurant is well organised and efficient. There is a huge choice of food at breakfast, lunch and dinner. There is a different theme each night, some of the specialties were a bit disappointing, especially Italian night but still plenty of quality food to choose from. Rooms are comfortable and the air conditioning kicked in quickly to keep the room at a lovely temperature. All of the staff in the hotel were super professional and very friendly.

Great hotel and great facilities for families. Indoor pool a god send for our baby as outdoor pool was too cold and deep for her to splash in. Staff all really friendly and so kind to our daughter. Breakfast amazing, so many options. Lady cooking the eggs so happy and pleasant.

Hébergement plutôt bien dans l’ensemble. Si ce n’est que le restaurant reste limite en therme de qualité de produit… Notre chambre étant situé au dessus de l’entrée cela état devenu une horreur la nuit avec le passage des voitures et le stationnement des bus d’arrivé laissant les moteurs tourner…
