ロケーションは最高、写真通りのきれいなお部屋で、スタッフもすごくフレンドリーで感じよく、ほぼほぼ満足です。ただ、バスタブの3分の２くらいまである仕切りのパッキンがゆるいのか、毎回シャワーの度に気をつけていても床がビショビショになり、それがとても残念でした。

ロケーションもプールもスパも朝食も全て良かったが、部屋についているセイフティーボックスを利用するためには追加で料金を払って鍵を借りるというシステムが納得できなかった。

ツインベッドの奥にソファがあり、部屋は比較的広めでした。スタッフの感じも良く、ホテル自体は悪くないと思いますが、もう少し防音が欲しいところです。夜中、音楽や声などがだだ漏れで、何度も起きてしまいました。無料WiFiがロビーのみでしか拾えず、繋がりもあまり良くなかったので、夜中の騒音と無料WiFiが部屋では使えない、という点がマイナスです。

Clean quiet great breakfast

Arrived home from another wonderful stay. The staff make this hotel what it is, everyone is so friendly and the hotel is kept spotless throughout by the hardworking facilities team. The bar and restaurant staff are brilliant. My husband, Juan and Alfredo becoming fast friends. He also thoroughly enjoyed a couple of Spa treatments with Julia. We can’t wait to see you all again next year!

Not great soundproofing but good stop over.

Nous avons apprécié le séjour dans cet hôtel. Il y a le choix au petit déjeuner, la piscine est agréable. Petit bémol pour d’insonorisation.

Big warning for this hotel!!!! I wish I listened to the reviews about unhelpful staff. We did not get the room we expected and also dirty sheets. We tried addressing these issues with the reception staff, which response were "come back tomorrow after breakfast". When we did they couldn't help us. We tried everyday, both early in the morning and later before breakfast but their only answer was to come back tomorrow. Even if the blame is on the very unclear room information at booking, they were clearly uninterested in solving the situation. Their attitude made the entire experience far more frustrating than it needed to be. No compensation in sight even though addressing the situation to multiple staff members. The final straw was when we asked to get a free late check out because of the trouble, and the staff said to come back tomorrow after breakfast (the check out day) and they will solve it for us. Finally we felt like they could meet us a little bit. Want to guess if they gave us a late check out? NO! Just another grumpy lady shrugging her shoulders at us, telling us to check out at 11. I want to highlight that we travel a lot and always meet service staff with respect since we're working the industry ourselves. What should have been a relaxing trip ended up being overshadowed by poor service, lack of communication, and constant disappointment. Unfortunately, the staff single-handedly ruined our entire stay.

We booked this hotel primarily based on location and cost. It represented good value for money and was directly next to the sea which is what we wanted. The staff are excellent as were the standards of cleanliness, so many cleaning staff in public areas and our room was cleaned to a very high standard each day. The only small issues were that the room did not come with a free to use safety deposit box, we had to pay 18 euro for the week which I consider to be unreasonable in in this day and age. Also, I requested a high floor but we were allocated a lower level floor directly above reception so we suffered some unwanted noise from below as well as from inconsiderate guests above us moving furniture and making noise which would not have happened if we got a top floor room. The hotel is a few decades old and whilst it is in excellent condition you still notice signs of age here and there for example every time someone in the floors above us had a shower or flushed the toilet we were treated to a full on waterfall sound effect as the drainage pipes were not soundproofed. The room we had was a 3 person room which was of a decent size and the sea view was fantastic. Overall it was a very good hotel with only minor issues and to be honest I would be tempted to return if it remained a cost effective option. Next time I would make sure I booked B&B because it costs 15 euro per person if you pay on the day which. It would be cheaper to pay when booking on Expedia.

Proper, attentive, & friendly staff.

Het ontbijt was vers en lekker. Grote diversiteit aan brood en beleg. Het complex en de kamers zijn netjes modern en schoon. Personeel aan de Balie is wat wisselend. We hadden een vrij arroganter medewerker die je soms een paar minuten voor de counter liet staan als hij wat aan een collega aan het uitleggen was. Vervolgens liet hij duidelijk zijn ongenoegen blijken dat ik hem aansprak omdat ik al effe voor de balie stond te wachten. Het personeel in het geheel heeft echt een adittute dat ze liever niet dan wel willen werken:

Das Zimmer war bischen klein für 4 Sterne. Wir hatten wohl das schlimmste Zimmer bekommen. Fenster zur Strasse und nachts laut.Da direkt am Generator Oder Lüftung. Es gibt aber Zimmer mit Balkon auf der anderen Seite. Hatte so eins angefragt,aber nicht bekommen.Personal könnte freundlicher und Hilfsbereiter sein.

Rent och fräscht, trevlig personal och bra frukost.
