部屋がとても広く、朝ごはんが美味しい！

Family trip for 18 days went great, thank you!

We absolutely loved this hotel it was so clean! We had a room way larger than expected overlooking the beach it was perfect we couldn't have asked for more . The food every morning and evening was a different menu so we didnt feel the need to eat anywhere other than the hotel all week. Over all id rate this hotel a 10/10 from our experience. The staff are all amazing and friendly aswel

Our room was nice, however when we got back after an evening out and tried turning on the air con, the panel was locked. After phoning reception and unsuccessfully getting through, I had to walk down to reception to get it turned on, upon which they told me the doors had to be shut and only they can control it and that he would turn it on. I went back to the room and noticed there was a tapping sound coming from the air con, I phoned down and couldn’t get through. I tried to ignore it but it was very hard to ignore so after not sleeping for a couple of hours I called again, to which the night porter came and looked at it and said I could either have the noise or have the air con off. For context it was really hot still and the air con on was barely taking the edge off and the noise was very annoying and the night porter agreed there was clearly an issue. I ended up just not really sleeping. It would be helpful to mention on check in that the doors have to be completely closed for the air con to work. There was no wifi in the room either which I mentioned a few times and got dismissed as a non issue, I am tech savvy and your systems coverage just didn’t work in the room and neither did the backup, they did work in the lobby. When I mentioned the issues on check out I got the impression your receptionist didn’t really care

Points positifs : emplacement à côté de la mer, chambre spacieuse et silencieuse (vue mer et donnant sur la rue) lit énorme. Buffet du soir très bon. Kids friendly (salle de jeux extérieure et intérieure !) Points négatifs : odeur de canalisation par intermittence quand on rentre dans la chambre. Piscine assez froide, et accessible uniquement à partir de 10h, ce qui est tard

Chambre silencieuse et spacieuse avec vu sur la piscine au 1er étage. Service parfait. Un petit souci avec la serviette de la piscine que nous pensions devoir rendre chaque jour. Mais rien de grave en soit À 3 minutes de la plage , une rue à traversé. Le petit déjeuné presque parfait. Cela manque de jus de fruit frais. Jus de pomme, orange et ananas en concentré dommage. Omelette minutes extra. Le personnel parle français et est impeccable.

The Blaumar has everything you could possibly want for a quiet relaxing family holiday. I’ve been here twice in the last year with different ages of kids and adults and it caters for young and old. The staff are amazing from the reception staff to the staff at the pool. Fantastic entertainment. The only reason we left the hotel was to use the hotels beach bar across the road at the beach. We will be back

La chambre était correcte, mais plusieurs points nous ont déçus. Le buffet n’était pas bon et la qualité des plats laissait à désirer. La piscine petite et la piscine pour enfants était sale. Impossible de profiter des transats, car ils étaient occupés toute la journée par des serviettes bains . Enfin, la vue de notre chambre partielle sur mer ne correspondait pas aux photos indiquées sur le site Expedia. Très décevant.

Overordnet tilfreds. Men hotellet havde desværre ikke samme

Muy bien situado, tiene parking por 20 € que no se puede reservar. Las habitaciones una pasada, grandes, bien decoradas, con terraza grande... tiene hasta luz nocturna para encender si vas al baño, una mini nevera, secador, ducha grande... agua de cortesía en la habitación, tb en la recepción y otros detalles q me han parecido chulos y ya descubriréis. La piscina es grande, no podimos disfrutarla pero muy chula. Como peros, cierran el bar muy pronto y abren tarde, si quieres tomar un café con algo más antes de las 10, o vas al desayuno completo al restaurante o no puede ser. Y la almohada q no era de mi agrado, pero ya es personal. En general me ha gustado bastante, volvería!

Hôtel très bien situé à 50 mètres de la plage. Des l’arrivée la prise en charge des clients est parfaite, boissons fraîches et gentillesse. L’hôtel est entièrement refait avec beaucoup de goût. Les chambres sont immense avec un dressing très complet. La piscine est immense et les transats suffisants. Les buffets de petit déjeuner et de dîner sont très complets et diversifiés. Les plats changent tous les jours. Petit bémol: pas de yaourt au repas(pour les enfants) alors qu’il y en a au petit déjeuner. Dans les chambres il manque aussi un plateau avec café et bouilloire. Très bonne idée, de s’être doté d’un véhicule électrique téléguidé pour enfants, il a fait la joie de mon petit fils. Merci à tout le personnel pour cet agréable séjour.

The Hotel was very good. The Breakfast was great and offered everything. The staff were excellent and very proffesional.My only problem was the hotels veiw on Drinking Water. 2 bottles given on arrival but nothing after that, not even if you paid for it. Its the only hotel I've ever stayed in worldwide where drinking water was not readily available for Guests, so stock up before you go to bed.

The room was beautiful, great location. Breakfast was delicious.

Sejour excellent : on a séjourné pendant le black out, et tout le personnel a réagi de façon formidable pour limiter les conséquences de l'absence de courant.
