Stayed September 2025. The staff are very welcoming, everywhere was clean and the overall feel was very relaxed and friendly. Would stay again.

Hemos disfrutado poco del Horel porque estábamos fuera todo el día , pero el desayuno es abundante y de buena calidad , la cena también todo bien elaborado. Las habitaciones limpias, y con vistas agradables , bien climatizadas , El personal del hotel muy atento. Al igual que el del Restaurant, Aunque no tiene parking al lado del hotel hay una amplia zona que se puede aparcar.

Great location, a tip for the reception is to be a little more friendly. Explaining where you can eat and when en to wish a nice stay. Do your job with a smile and you will get a smile back, so easy 😇

The male receptionist was unbelievably unhelpful and rude I had been robbed on my way to Ibiza and lost my passport credit cards phone and money in Majorca on June 4 2025. I had booked to stay at the Hotel Moon dream Atlantic in Ibiza and had managed to get a temporary passport from the British Consulate in Ibiza that day. So I had ID However the receptionist and his female manager refused to register me as i had no credit or debit card with me. I asked to ring my bank to transfer monies but they said that I couldn't use the hotel phone as I was not a guest. I then telephoned my ex-wife by borrowing a phone from a hotel guest from Amsterdam, and my ex- agreed to guarantee payment using her debit card; but the hotel refused that option also, telling her to book my room online which she couldn't do as the guest from Amsterdam wanted his phone back. The reception staff then claimed that no rooms were available which I assumed was a lie. I then asked them to call me a taxi so that i could go to a more cooperative hotel, but they refused. I said that I wouldn't leave unless they called me a taxi. Instead they called the local police who beat me up and left me on the sidewalk with my suitcase rucksack and a dead leg What do I think of your hotel? I think it is an utter disgrace. I think your manager and male receptionist should be dismissed for discrimination. The policeman who beat me up (I am a 77 year old retired doctor) is being prosecuted.

The hotel has a distinct 90s style, which may feel a bit dated to some, but it comes with a major advantage — space. The rooms are impressively large, airy, and extremely comfortable, which is something you don’t often find in more modern hotels. Although the property is currently undergoing renovations, it’s clear that cleanliness is still a top priority. Everything was very well maintained, and we felt comfortable throughout our stay. A special mention goes to the rooms — they truly are the highlight of the hotel. Spacious, quiet, and well-equipped, they made our visit very pleasant. Overall, a solid choice, especially for guests who value comfort and room to breathe.

Resultaron dos noches tranquilas y utilicé varios servicios, muy recomendable.

Lovely hotel in a great location. It has a beautiful pool and new-ish sun loungers. The room was functional. We hired the safe for €3 per day. The maid visited daily and tidied the room well. A relatively minor grumble...the beds were not the most comfortable. Our stay was in late October so the hotel was very, very quiet and many bars, restaurant and shops in Es Cana had already closed or closed while we were in town. If you hire a car don't leave it too late to park up otherwise you may find you will have to park a fair walk away.
