Wow this has been such a great surprise for us. We thought it would be a great hotel/ apartments they turned out to be way better than expected. The breakfast is spectacularly delicious, and the portions are gigantic for Canadian standards. To the point that I'm only having breakfast and then another meal throughout the day. I would highly recommend anyone to include the breakfast with their stay. The other five-star rating is the staff, they are the friendliest and nicest people we have had during this trip to Europe. The property itself has everything that you need and more. The bathrooms and rooms are big for European standards. And the location cannot be beat. I would highly recommend this place and would definitely consider coming back. Shout out to Caty, Ana, Alicia, and Ady.

Amazing location right on the beach, lovely staff, super clean, fab garden with plenty of sun beds. It was perfect for our short break! The kids loved it too

The beach close to the appartements is a very nice beach perfect for families. The reception was very reactif ans easy to join ! very welcoming and nice people ! you have the essential you need in the appartement to have a nice stay in Alcudia.

Trevligt och lugnt hotell med fantastiskt läge på stranden.

1. The Bonavida Pines building is, at best, a 2.5-star property—not the advertised 4-star standard. We booked this hotel based on photos of Bonavida Palms; had we seen the actual images of Pines, we would not have chosen to stay here. This is clearly misleading. 2. There is no view at all—the “partial sea view” claim is simply untrue. 3. The bathroom sink has had a foul smell since we arrived. 4. The kitchen hob takes around 20 minutes to heat up, which is unacceptable. 5. We feel obliged to share this experience publicly so others can avoid being misled in the same way.

The check in process was smooth and everyone was really friendly. Cannot fault the customer service or the location at all. However, once we saw the one bedroom apartment we realised it wasn't for us. The rooms are far too small for a family of 4. We found other accommodation, a 3 bedroom villa 1 mile away for the same price.

The location was just perfect including the view from the room. Excellent service and very clean property.

Wir waren eine Woche im November hier und es war traumhaft. Die Unterkunft liegt direkt am Strand. Das Wasser ist türkis und klar. Das Personal war sehr freundlich und wir haben uns sehr wohlgefühlt. Wir fanden das Bett bequem und haben gut geschlafen. Zustellbett für unsere Tochter wurde uns reingestellt. Ausstattung der Unterkunft war auch in Ordnung, ein paar Kleinigkeiten in der Küche wären noch gut gewesen (mittelgroßer Topf, Schäler oder kleineres Messer). Wir kommen hoffentlich wieder :)

Nous sommes ravis de l’appartement, il était propre, bien situé. Le personnel est accueillant. Nous avons pu stationner dans la rue ( mois d’octobre)

Very friendly staff, good location, even though i would prefer to stay in the other building which is beachfront. I didnt realize there were 2 different building. Good brrakfast too. One thing to remark was a bad smell in the toilets that i believe it was a punctual thing.

I had a very good time. The location and employes were wonderfull. I will definitely come back :-)

Uns hat die Unterkunft extrem gut gefallen. Man merkt, dass hier mit Liebe zum Detail gearbeitet wird und es den Menschen wirklich wichtig ist, dass es den Gästen gut geht. Die Lage der Apartments ist wirklich hervorragend und die Zimmer sind großzügig und gut gepflegt und in einem modernen Zustand. Es gibt Spielsachen für die Kinder, Duschzeug in den Zimmern, Strand- Handtücher, tägliche Reinigung und all das mit einer persönlichen Note. Wir haben uns wirklich sehr wohl gefühlt. Das Essen haben wir nur ein oder zweimal ausprobiert. Wir fanden es recht lecker, allerdings vielleicht etwas teuer und wenn wir nach einer perfekten Woche in diesem schönen Hotel eine Sache bemängeln müssten, dann wären es die Kissen, die für uns zu hart waren. Aber das ist ja sicher sehr individuell. Weiter so, liebes Team. Wir kommen wieder

We had such a great holiday and Bonavida Pines, which was one of two properties. This one had a pool but set back from the beach by about 50 metres. This was definitely not a problem as we got to use the beach from property (Palms) whenever we wanted. Rooms were clean and reception and staff so very helpful. It felt very private which was also a plus. Blanca at the reception and bar was great and sorted out our airport transfer last minute. I’d highly recommend this place because the location and apartment itself were exceptional.

Dejlig beliggenhed tæt på stranden. I et roligt kvarter. Gode restauranter i området.

Beautiful grounds and view of the beach and right on the boardwalk. The apartment had all the amenities we needed and a very helpful check in experience. The onsite restaurant breakfast is very nice and cute. We had breakfast here both days of our stay. Would definitely stay here again!
