Personal null aufmerksam. Beim check in viele wichtige Infos vergessen. Die haben keine Hotelbänder mehr gehabt und haben uns jedes mal beim Eingang wie Kriminelle behandelt.

Top Frühstück. Gute Lage

Internet péssima, muito barulho ( o som vaza entre os quartos e da pra ouvir o pessoal que trabalha no hotel falando alto desde as 6 da manhã) O hotel é realmente bonito, mas longe de ser um 5 estrelas.

Un très bel établissement très bien placé ! Le personnel est extrêmement souriant, gentil et serviable. Le restaurant de piscine a un excellent rapport qualité/prix. Les petits bémols : les clients qui réservent plusieurs matelas/beds/transats dès 8h du matin ( jusqu’à 1 par personne !)qu’ils n’occupent pas, qui prennent de nombreuses serviettes par personne, les matelas gonflables 1er prix qui gâchent la magnifique piscine. Une régulation serait vraiment souhaitable pour un hôtel 5*. ( regardez sur MX Home les magnifiques bouées qui seraient parfaites dans votre si bel hôtel !) Dans la très jolie chambre vue piscine occupée, vue aussi sur le linge sale et sacs poubelles…ça gâche un peu. Par ailleurs un seul porte-manteau pour les serviettes, pas de « hauteur » pour pendre des robes longues, donc pas très pratique. WI-fi très médiocre dans tout l’hôtel. À l’arrivée avant le Check-in, pas de lieu dédié pour se changer et idem pour un départ après le Check -out. Obligé d’ouvrir sa valise en plein milieu du magnifique hall d’entrée ou dans les toilettes, se changer dans les cabinets, ne pas pouvoir se doucher avant de partir, etc… Conclusion : un nouvel établissement qui doit parfaire plusieurs points pour être au top.

Beautiful hotel, was given a lovely upgrade too which was lovely. Staff great. Food gorgeous. Cannot recommend highly enough

The property was clearly not ready to have opened. The faucet in my room leaked liters of water a day despite complaints to management every single day of my stay. It was never fixed and I never had enough towels to clean it up, despite daily requests for more towels. I wasn’t offered a new room until the last day of my five day stay, less than 24 hours from checkout. The terrace is still under construction and an eyesore. The hotel is grossly under staffed and the stress of which is clear in the disgruntled staffs attitudes. I stood at the concierge for 10 minutes without either person looking up from their screen to acknowledge my existence. I said hello and I got a look of disdain. I left and waited for a staff change before I found someone who was willing to help me find a ferry to Formentera. One day, we spent five hours at the side pool without seeing a single staff member. Another day we spent six hours at the main pool without getting service from a single staff member. Yet, the young girls flirting at the pool got service. The hotel was lovely and had great potential. They’re connected with O Beach Club, but completely misinformed us about their services. The O Beach staff was also frustrated with the hotel staff telling guests out right misinformation. Overall the hotel is beautiful, with great food and drinks, in a fantastic location, but we will not return, and do not recommend anyone stay there, until the hotel is under entirely new management.

It’s a decent and nice property. However the staff was overwhelmed and it was very difficult to get across to them when needed especially reception and guest service

Hippes Hotel für entspannten Urlaub

Nouvel hôtel très sympa, spacieux, plusieurs piscines, les extérieurs et la chambre sont très jolis. Plusieurs choix pour la restauration également.

The hotel is absolutely stunning and the facilities were great however the staff weren’t too well trained yet and therefore we had a few mishaps with checking in and getting service. We had the pool side room which was stunning however people could take the spots by the pool right out the front of your room anyway.

Staff very helpful and friendly. Hotel clean and fresh, albeit a teething issue or two in coordination of taxi arrival and provision of enough towels.

Nice hotel but the rooms at the back of the hotel it is too noisy you can not sleep, majority of the staff is poorly trained ...! The only good thing is the breakfast which was not to top.

It was a beautiful place to stay, the staff were attentive and the food and drinks were amazing. Breakfast included which was very very nice. Lunch was also tasty. Be aware of a €500 euro deposit fee which u get back end of stay. The only thing is i booked a city room and the view was actually building works - this did effect sleep for 2 mornings. But we just got up a bit earlier than we would have liked to.

Wir haben diese Unterkunft bewusst gewählt, da ich meinen 40. Geburtstag dort verbracht habe. Angekommen im Hotel, sieht es optisch sehr schön aus. Die Begrüßung war freundlich, wenn man ein Willkommens Getränk bekommen. Als wir das Zimmer erhalten haben, ich habe extra eine bessere Zimmer Kategorie gebucht, da ich eine schwangere Freundin dabei hatte und selber 40 geworden bin. Ich hatte ein Zimmer mit Pool Blick und Balkon gebucht. Als ich das Zimmer betreten habe, war dort weder ein Pool Blick noch ein Balkon vorhanden. Stattdessen habe ich auf gebrauchte Handtücher geschaut und Mülltonnen. ich bin daraufhin sofort zur Rezeption und habe mich beschwert. Es wurde mir mitgeteilt, dass die Seite EXPEDIA dies falsch verkauft hätte. Es würde keine Verfügbarkeit der Zimmer mehr geben. Da ich einen Tag später 40 geworden bin, hab ich mich schon sehr darüber aufgeregt. Wir haben allerdings mitgeteilt, wir bekommen am nächsten Tag ein neues Zimmer. Bei einem zweitägigen Trip, war das ohne Ende Zeitverschwendung.Ich habe dann rein Interesse ehh. Habe auf der Homepage direkt geschaut, ob noch Zimmer verfügbar wären. Es waren Zimmer in allen Kategorien verfügbar an diesem Tag. Da war die Aussage schlicht und ergreifend gelogen. Am nächsten Tag sind wir dann an die Rezeption gegangen. Dies war mein Geburtstag. Wir haben sodann ein anderes Zimmer erhalten. Als wir dieses betreten haben, haben wir auf die Straße geblickt. Es war zwar größer und hatte eine Terrasse, aber eine Straßenblick

Hotel muito bonito. Novo. Moderno. Piscinas sensacionais. Ambiente alegre. Café da manhã muito bom e variado. Está em clima de inauguração, sim, alguns detalhes de acabamento de obra, mas super aceitáveis. Muito bom custo benefício

⚠️ Don’t be fooled by the photos or the hotel’s design – the reality is completely different. This place is nowhere near a 5-star standard and feels more like a construction site than a holiday destination. We booked 7 nights for €1,700, but left after just one night because the experience was so disappointing. On arrival: •Direct view of a construction site with cranes, tractors and noise. •The pool is overcrowded, no loungers available, and blaring music makes it impossible to relax. •At breakfast, there aren’t enough tables for all guests – you either wait in line or squeeze in uncomfortably. In the room, it’s unacceptable: •A huge gap under the door lets in all the noise from the hallway, making it impossible to sleep. •Broken toilet paper holder, toilet flush coming apart, and worst of all: the smoke detector is still covered with plastic, so it wouldn’t even work in case of fire. I normally never leave negative reviews, even when places are slightly disappointing or have a few flaws. This time, I waited 6 days before posting anything because I believe it’s always better to speak directly to the hotel rather than venting online. However, after sending an email on the first day and receiving no reply at all, I feel I have no choice but to warn future guests. 👉 At this price point, this is completely unacceptable. The only positive: the building’s design (credit to the architect). But that’s not enough. This hotel is nowhere near 5-star quality. Avoid at all costs.
