Great pool and daybeds. Amazing breakfast. Daily housekeeping. Fluffy bathrobes. Excellent gym and spa. Convenient location to Obeach and Ibiza rocks. Stunning rooftop bar and restaurant. We would have preferred less kids around the pool area as they were a bit disturbing….but i guess i had assumed it was an adults only hotel when i booked it…..but overall a very cool vibe and we enjoyed our stay :)

Amazing great value

Het is een mooi hotel, alleen wij vonden het ontbijt niet echt super, echt engels. We miste de harde broodjes en plakjes zalm ofzo. Het waren vooral bacon & eggs, worstjes en gebak.

This hotel has the potential to be brilliant but it felt "meh". The decor looks unfinished, room design (specifically the shower and toilet, lack of mirrors and good lighting) poorly thought out. Breakfast options were fab. Service was good. Drinks are expensive! Pool was gorgeous but lacked atmosphere. Great location for ocean beach.

Room issues at first but sorted for an upgrade

Die Unterkunft ist optisch wirklich sehr schön, nur verstehe ich nicht wieso auf dem Klo keine Klobürste und auch kein Mülleimer ist, leider ging bei uns auch die Türe im Klo nicht zu. Außerdem ist auch der Aufzug stehengeblieben, haben dann die Treppen bevorzugt. Unterkunft optisch und Pool Anlagen 10/10 Frühstück passt auch Alles andere kann aufjedenfall noch besser werden

Everything was incredible. From arriving until leaving wasn’t a second when you didn’t feel special. Bonita Ibiza will always be my go to place in Ibiza. Everyone deserves the credit

The hotel is beautiful, tastefully decorated, modern, comfortable and really great amenities. Breakfast is also really good and with many options. The hotel looks like a 5star but the service is not. They are all untrained and unexperienced kids running the hotel. They are friendly and always up to help but their lack of experience and professionalism is hard to swollen sometimes. I believe it justifies the price being charged because the hotel facilities are Amazing and if the service improves it can become one of the very expensive hotels in Ibiza. Location is also great! Lots of things to do around and easy to get anywhere. I won’t say for you not to stay there because we really had a great time, just be prepared for the service not being the best!!

Great location and very modern aesthetic. Difficult to find a bed by the pool as people reserve them all before breakfast and non hotel residents and use the facilities. Breakfast was 10/10 though and the hotel was very clean. There wasn’t enough staff at the pool and we never saw anyone at concierge - trying to find staff to help was unnecessarily difficult We were also told that entry to O Beach and a free drink there was included - but O Beach denied this

The best pool area for comfort and atmosphere.

Personal null aufmerksam. Beim check in viele wichtige Infos vergessen. Die haben keine Hotelbänder mehr gehabt und haben uns jedes mal beim Eingang wie Kriminelle behandelt.

Top Frühstück. Gute Lage

Internet péssima, muito barulho ( o som vaza entre os quartos e da pra ouvir o pessoal que trabalha no hotel falando alto desde as 6 da manhã) O hotel é realmente bonito, mas longe de ser um 5 estrelas.

Un très bel établissement très bien placé ! Le personnel est extrêmement souriant, gentil et serviable. Le restaurant de piscine a un excellent rapport qualité/prix. Les petits bémols : les clients qui réservent plusieurs matelas/beds/transats dès 8h du matin ( jusqu’à 1 par personne !)qu’ils n’occupent pas, qui prennent de nombreuses serviettes par personne, les matelas gonflables 1er prix qui gâchent la magnifique piscine. Une régulation serait vraiment souhaitable pour un hôtel 5*. ( regardez sur MX Home les magnifiques bouées qui seraient parfaites dans votre si bel hôtel !) Dans la très jolie chambre vue piscine occupée, vue aussi sur le linge sale et sacs poubelles…ça gâche un peu. Par ailleurs un seul porte-manteau pour les serviettes, pas de « hauteur » pour pendre des robes longues, donc pas très pratique. WI-fi très médiocre dans tout l’hôtel. À l’arrivée avant le Check-in, pas de lieu dédié pour se changer et idem pour un départ après le Check -out. Obligé d’ouvrir sa valise en plein milieu du magnifique hall d’entrée ou dans les toilettes, se changer dans les cabinets, ne pas pouvoir se doucher avant de partir, etc… Conclusion : un nouvel établissement qui doit parfaire plusieurs points pour être au top.
