The hotel is lovely and in a great spot. The check in was a nightmare and I found the 2 ladies on the desk very ignorant and not helpful at all. I had asked for two travel cots as there was 2 babies with us and assumed they were included in the price but I had to pay an additional €84 for 2 travel cots which I wasn’t expecting. And when you don’t speak the same language and the 2 girls start talking away in Spanish and you know fine well that your the subject of their conversation is very disrespectful…

Was placed in the older building as there is 2! Beds really uncomfortable and rooms smelt had to buy bleach

Great pools, very clean, great location, great staff. Cant comment on entertainment as it was on far too late as didnt start till 10pm. A bit disappointing as my son was in bed by then . Would ve been better if started an hour earlier . Only down side is the food. Be prepared to eat out a bit lol. Still good value hotel .

Lovely hotel with all required amenities. Only issue is that Hotels advertises “4 single beds” which we expected but was actually 2 double beds.

The restaurant was far too small for the amount of people staying there…we missed two breakfasts because the queues were too long. Also evening meal started at 7.30 which I think is far too late when you’re planning on taking children out afterwards. Apart from that, everything else was good.

Nicht zum empfehlen. Die Mitarbeiter, vorallem im Emfang sind so unfreundlich, können kein Deutsch nicht einmal Englisch können sie richtig. Also es kann niemand Deutsch in diesem Hotel obwohl es drinen steht das es ein deutschsprachiges Hotel ist. Die Zimmerkarte funktionierte nicht wie sie sollte. Wir mussten 1-2x von fünften Stock zum Empfang gehen um sie neu zu kodieren. Die Inneneinrichtung ist sehr alt und sehr schmutzig. Das Bad hatte Schimmel bei den Fugen. Die Klimaanlage war immer auf 25 Grad eingestellt und man konnte nichts verstellen, nur ein und ausschalten. Bitte nehmt keine SPA-Angebote. Da kommt ein Masseur von extern in das Hotel und massiert euch. Er betatschte meine und von der Frau die Intimzone. So etwas haben wir noch nie erlebt. Das Hotel empfehle ich niemanden.

Friendly, clean and tidy Hot food was not hot

Adequate facilities for a 3* hotel. Food options could be improved. Altho’ the public areas have been modernised our room was quite drab & would benefit from a facelift. Staff were polite & mainly efficient, hotel seems geared twds Spanish clientele, no English tv channels in room & entertainment quite poor.

Cannot fault the Staff, cleanliness and rooms. Housekeeping was fantastic. The only downside for us was that the breakfast was not anywhere near hot enough, we were also expecting a separate section to dine in as we had booked a penthouse room but this was not offered on any occasion as described. We would recommend this hotel to others because of all its positives they just need to re look at the breakfast service, we cannot comment on the other meals as we were only bed and breakfast

Great hotel. Good location, close to the shops, restaurants, beach. Big room and bathroom, fast wifi. Many options for breakfast. Nice pool area.

Standard hotel, staff helpful. Food average at best and waited far too long at all the coffee machines in the restaurant. Very frustrating and an easy fix. Overall ok

The hotel was Great and The food okay with a good choice.But sometimesha ing to qué because part of dinning area closed off for a group.like al hotels in Spain they need a attended to allocate sunbeds on first come first served basis as many people put towels on beds around the pool.Then only spend 2 hours laterin the day.So sun beds empty mist of the day taken by selfish people .If all hotels had the life guard allocate beds and no towels allowed to save beds.It would solve this problem in all hotels so why don't they all do it. The rest of the hotel was great but no entertainment at night in this hotel

Just back from a great week’s holiday. Pool area was just right for our family, two great pools, sun beds all around, poolside bar and pool tables to keep kids entertained. All was lovely and clean. We went full board and there was a great selection of food for all meals. One downside was that there were no drinks offered at lunch and dinner so had to buy bottles of water / other drinks at the bar. There were plenty of water / juices / hot drinks on offer with breakfast though. Rooms were cleaned daily and were fine for what we needed as a base. Staff were all very helpful and easily booked us a taxi at reception on the morning of our flight which arrived within minutes to take us to the airport. The location of the hotel was perfect - one of the closest to Portaventura so an easy 10 minute or so walk there and then about a 10 minute walk in the other direction to the beach, restaurants and nightlife. Had a great stay and would definitely return again

Loved the pools, family friendly vibe, friendliness and helpfulness of staff (imparticularily the reception and restaurant staff) clean and good location. Food was ok i felt the breakfast let it down. Overall a nice stay
