La ubicación en el casco antiguo es excelente así como la atención de la persona de recepción. La arquitectura y caracteristicas de una casa antigua hace que haya que tener cuidado con los escalones de acceso a primera planta, pero sobre todo que se oigan todos los ruidos de los vecinos, deambular, puertas, etc...esto es difícilmente mejorable, pero a tener en cuenta si buscas no molestar y que no te molesten. Lo peor con mucha diferencia es el mantenimiento y conservación de los servicios, que son pésimos. La climatización frío/calor hay tenerla apagada dado que desprende un olor insoportable en la estancia, signo evidente de falta de limpieza y desinfección. El baño igualmente huele mal posiblemente por el desague de ducha que no funciona bien. La segunda noche cayó de la rejilla de ventilación del baño una enorme cucaracha que tuvimos que perseguir por todo el dormitorio, si es en invierno no quiero pensar que será en pleno verano. La relación calidad precio podría ser buena si no fuese por estos últimos detalles absolutamente inaceptables.

War unser zweiter Aufenthalt, aber auch der Letzte. Natürlich ist die Lage sehr gut, die Zimmer schön und es gibt ein paar schöne Annehmlichkeiten. Aber saure Milch zum Frühstück und das darauffolgende Theater mit der Angestellten…nein danke. Generell sollte man vom Frühstück Abstand nehmen. Das Brot war in der Mitte noch matschig und das Ei flüssig (nicht das Eigelb, sondern generell).

Mycket rent och fräscht. Personalen var väldigt hjälpsamma och tillmötesgående.

We were so pleased with our stay at Canavall. The room was lovely, clean and very central. Nadia was very welcoming and attentive. Thank you for a very pleasant stay.

Very charming hotel right in the city center. The staff were so welcoming and breakfast was great! Perfect location, very walkable to many amazing restaurants, beach, and train station. We stayed in room #1 which was perfect us since it was in the first floor. Very quiet little alley way which was literally just steps from the center of town. I secretly want to gate-keep this property as it was a true value without sacrificing quality. I would definitely stay here again and recommend to anyone staying in Mallorca.

Brilliant location. Lovely terrace. Spacious. Comfortable bed. Well equipped. Everything about the place was superb and we will be returning.

O local não parece um hotel, e sim o Airbnb, não tem recepção 24h o que dificulta o contato. A localização e o café da manhã são as únicas coisas positivas que achei. O quarto que ficamos estava sem ar condicionado, improvisaram um ar condicionado portátil o que impossibilitava o fechamento da porta do banheiro, o cheiro de esgoto no quarto era muito forte. O Wi-Fi não funcionava direito e nem a televisão. Enfim, não ficaria novamente

Such a nice hotel, in a great location near lots of cool bars, cafes and restaurants. Staff were very friendly and helpful. Room was nice and comfortable. Would highly recommend!

Overall was a good stay. Staff was great and the location was perfect. Deducted one star because of too many spiders and webs in our washroom and then there was a cockroach on our last day there. Would definitely come back again tho.

Overall, it was fine. I was in Room #1 on the ground level. The internet was very spotty and I couldn't get any work done. I don't know if that's an issue in the other rooms. The room itself was clean, comfortable and convenient to lots of restaurants and shops.

Spændende hotel med perfekt placering midt i centrum. Yderst serviceminded personale.

Veldig stille, sentralt, koselig og hyggelig. Utmerket service!

Hotel curato in ogni particolare in centro città. Posizione ottimale. Camera 8: ampia, pulita, letti comodi, molto luminosa e arieggiata, bagno con bidè, doccia con buona pressione dell'acqua, con fornitura di sapone, shampoo e persino balsamo. Colazione buona, con frutta fresca e vera spremuta d'arancia. Arredi e mobili sia della camera che degli spazi comuni belli e moderni. Davvero un bel posto, ci tornerei volentieri. Per raggiungere la nostra camera c'erano due rampe di scale.

This is a lovely find in the old town, tucked away just off La Rambla, so extremely well placed for the sights, shopping and transport links. The attention to detail is second to none, and you can tell that the family really care about the service they provide. Good continental breakfast with great fresh bread. Would definitely stay again.
