4月に、大人二人と子供一人で１週間こちらのホテルに滞在しました。 飛行機の関係で早めに到着しましたが、ウェルカムドリンクとともに、チェックインをしていると、すぐに部屋に入れると言ってくださりました。 施設は写真で見るよりも素晴らしく、素晴らしい景色と光をうまく取り入れて、よく考えられたデザインに感心しました。 プールは加温されており、外の気温が20度〜25度であっても快適に泳ぐことができました。 スタッフはみんな親切でよく働き、子供にも優しかったです。オーナーの女性がよくホテル内を歩いていて、ホテルの滞在は快適かどうかなどを聞いて回っていたのが印象に残りました。 食事は朝のビュッフェも夜のディナーコースも美味しかったです。夕食は毎日内容が違い、見た目の色彩や盛り付けにもこだわりを感じました。日によってオープンエリアで鉄板焼きをしてくれる日もあり、長期滞在でも飽きません。 清掃が行き届いていてよかった。1日２回の清掃で常に綺麗でした。滞在中に一度、排水溝の流れが悪くなったので、それを伝えると、すぐに清掃してくれて改善していました。 予想していたよりもずっと素晴らしく、子供は帰りのタクシーで号泣するほど楽しかったと言っていました。 おそらく、多くのヨーロッパの高級リゾートホテルでは日本人にとって満足のいくサービスに達っしないのではないかと感じますが、ここのホテルはとてもよかったと思いました。

Beautiful pool, lovely large room with terrace. Fabulous breakfast

So happy with our stay at Casa León Royal. Super great service, quiet and calm - exactly what we were looking for. The breakfast buffet was really good (only thing missing was a really great coffee). We had fab weather in February (25 degrees and not a cloud in the sky) with no wind whilst it was quite strong winds down by the ocean. If you're looking for a few calm days away on Gran Canaria, this is your place.

Relaxing stay in a pretty location but over priced for what it is. Vegetarian food options are limited. Spa options are also very limited as staff not available all the time. Daily activities include one activity per day so one morning so yoga, one morning is a walk etc - these are not available everyday which is misleading in the advertising. Water only provided on day 1 and after that you are charged which is ridiculous given the base per night cost. Most of the staff are very nice but the cleaning service was erratic and far below the standards that one would expect at this price point. You need a car for accessibility if you are going to venture out. Nice place but won’t be rushing back.

Super views - lovely pool and good facilities for the size of the hotel. Lovely staff. Food excellent but restricted meno options apart from the lovely barbecue (twice a week). Nothing much to do in the evening and you need a car if you want to get around. One shuttle to the beach and a local trip is all there is from the hotel. But for ambience and relaxing super.

Nous avons tout apprécié! L’accueil, le calme, le service, le site. Nous recherchions un hôtel en retrait de Maspalomas pour se poser pour la nuit. Nous avons décidé de quitter plus tard le jour de notre départ afin de profiter de ce site. Je recommande et j’y retournerai sans hésiter mais la prochaine fois, ce sera pour plus d’une nuit.

Sehr nettes Personal, Anlage sehr sauber und gepflegt, aber etwasabgelegen. Allerdings idealfür Ruhesuchende. Vom Essen waren wir etwas enttäuscht, nach den vielen guten Bewertungen haben wir eine bessere Qualität erwartet. Aber alles in allen hatten wir erholsame Tage.

Casa León Royal Retreat is quite simply the finest anywhere, superb location, peace calm tranquility a Shangri-la. The comfort and ambience was first class the cuisine high quality and staff incredible, warm ultra friendly totally professional. We had one of our most enjoyable breaks anywhere. Highly recommended.

A perfect place to relax in a calm & peaceful environment away from the hustle and bustle of Maspolomas. The food was outstanding & the staff friendly and attentive. Definitely somewhere we would be happy to both recommend and return to.

Ett koselig lite hotel. Normalt så prater jeg ikke med andre gjester, men her var vi så få og alle snakket med alle. God mat, god service og alt var perfekt. Parkering rett utenfor hotellet. Det finnes ingenting i nærheten. Men med bil eller sykkel så er dette ett fint utgangspunkt.

Casa Leon is a lovely hotel in an excellent location for a relaxed, away from it all, holiday. The staff are superb - friendly and attentive without being overbearing. The only issue of note is the requirement for men to wear long trousers in the evening, a change from our previous visit, and one the isn’t publicised. Totally unnecessary in my view. It’s not the 1950s !

Casa Leon är en fantastisk, lugn och vacker oas där vi fick ladda batterierna på bästa sätt med mycket omtänksam och utmärkt service. Vi njöt av den mycket goda maten och möjligheterna att röra på sig genom diverse pass, gymmet och de sköna morgonpromenaderna i de backiga omgivningarna. Vi längtar redan tillbaka och kommer absolut bo på Casa Leon igen.

I like the location, being in the mountains away from the madness of the sea front town area I like that there are only 20 rooms meaning most of the time there are more staff than guests and that means even when the hotel is full it still seems like there is hardly any other guests which in turn makes for a a very relaxing, peaceful, de stress, wind down holiday. I have been here before and this time I did not like that some of the sports equipment was not being maintained, the bicycles were not in very good condition this time and I had to carry out some minor repairs and adjustments myself to the bicycles we used and it was the same story in the gym, one piece of equipment the cross trainer was completely unusable and another, the multi gym was in a poor state of repair and could only bused with caution. The gardens which are normally beautiful were obviously not being maintained as fastidiously as previous visits and some of the walk ways were quite over grown and at least 50% of the lights on the walk ways were not working at night. It was also obvious that they were short staffed on this visit which was probably reason for the short comings we found. I hope the management team can restore Oder and bring Casa Leon back to its former glory as a wonderful oasis in the mountains of Gran Canaria.

Diese Unterkunft ist herausragend, von familiären, netten Service geprägt, in ruhiger Lage und mit einem fantastischen Blick auf Maspalomas. Das Frühstück, wie auch das Abendessen von sehr guter Qualität und abwechslungsreichem Genuss. Es hat uns an nichts gefehlt.
