Unique and cool property

There is no wifi connection in some of the rooms. The hotel is very old and poorly maintained. It does not even deserve one star.

What an amazing hotel in the heart of Sevilla. The staff were incredibly helpful, warm and friendly. The hotel was clean, in a great location and well kept. Would recommend this hotel to all those staying in Sevilla.

Avevamo prenotato per 2 adulti e un bambino, non ci aspettavamo un solo letto matrimoniale. Odore di muffa dell'armadio che ha impregnato i nostri vestiti. La macchinetta del caffè gratuita non ha funzionato per la maggior parte del tempo. Personale sempre gentile.

Apesar da cama de casal ser pequena e do wifi não ter funcionado em um dos dias, a estadia foi confirtável. Localização muito boa. Cafézinho gratuito é uma raridade. Água cortesia muito boa.

The hotel is in a perfect place to explore Seville on foot. The staff are wonderful and the rooms comfortable.

Lovely staff, when we reported a problem it was fixed when they said it would be.good location. Room was a little small, and the emergency exit light above the door illuminated the whole room and kept us awake!

We stayed in room 1 on the ground floor, it's very noisy and the bathroom stinks!! When we first entered the room, we smelled strong fragrance so much so that we had to open the window, later on we realised why! The bathroom sink stinks like dead animal. Room 1 is very noisy, it's close to the street, can hear late check in at reception and the coffee machine around the corner, don't recommend. The handle on the main gate is also broken, and fell off when we pulled it. Thank god we only stayed one night before flight, it's just terrible. The reception did not inform us about the noise or the smell before checking in.

The hotel staff were all very friendly and helpful and gave us useful information on places to eat and to visit. Extras like free drinks from the machine and a water jug left in the room were lovely touches. We would have no hesitation in recommending this hotel. Thank you for a lovely stay.

Upon immediately entering the property, you are greeted with a beautiful lobby and courtyard. Alejandro was super friendly and helpful with recommendations on places to eat. Enter your room and you are punched in the face with an overwhelming smell of orange blossoms mixed with the smell of sewage. This place literally STINKS!!! We had to leave our balcony door open because of this. The smell was so bad!!!! The room itself was small and not updated. Everything was old looking. They leave you a carafe of water, but no thanks as I don't know how long the water has been in it. Bring your own corkscrew, because if you decide to bring back a bottle you'd like to drink in your room, they don't have an opener. I was thankful to leave. This was my least favorite place to stay in Spain.

Nicely renovated hotel, with a kind and effective reception. However, trafic noise is a problem due to cobble streets outside the hotel and a busy street below, you hear it even on the 2nd floor. No free parking available, as it is impossible to find any spaces in the street, we were lucky due to a handicap parking with no time limit being just outside the hotel entrance, which we could use, having a licenfe for this. Otherwise the hotel offers parking against payment, I think. The room is lovely, and the terasse is nice as well.
