快適にお過ごしました。

Really enjoyed out stay a 20 minute walk along the river to the beaches and attractions, room had everything you needed and the staff were friendly and accomodating.

Séjour parfait, chambre impeccable, personnel à l'accueil sympathique. Mais ATTENTION......... ne pas oublier de réserver votre place de parking, sinon c'est complet et il faudra se garer dans un parking publique, et là c'est plus cher....... Je le saurais pour la prochaine fois.

Das Zimmer war in Ordnung, und dass es einen Wasserkocher gab, kam sehr gelegen. Denn es gab trotz Buchung kein Frühstück für mich, da ich um 8:00 auschecken musste um den Zug zu erreichen:Da wir spontan gebucht hatten, (1 Tag vorher) hatten wir noch keine Nachricht vom Hotel bekommen.1. Ich stand ca. 20 Minuten vorm Hotel bevor mir die Türe geöffnet wurde(Hotel telefonisch schwer zu erreichen).2. Dann stellte ich fest, dass es Frühstück erst um 8:30 gibt. Auf Expedia steht 7:30. 3. und heute2 Tage nach eigentlichen Aufenthalt bekomme ich die Hotelinfos zum Hotel. (Aus irgendeinem Grund bekomme ich noch nicht einmal das Frühstücksgeld zurück, es läge bei Expedia die falsche Zeitangabe) Fazit: schade wäre sonst bessere Bewertung. Und Expedia sollte sicherstellen, dass die Hotels rechtzeitig Infos losenden.

The location worked well for me — close to public transportation and still walkable to the beach. Staff was great, and the room itself was clean and comfortable. The way to the room was a bit confusing at first, but the staff explained it clearly. Unfortunately, the room was very warm due to the lack of air conditioning, and I ended up sweating through the night and sleeping poorly. Breakfast had a nice selection, but everything was cold; a microwave would make a big difference. Overall, the stay had potential but fell short in comfort.

Lovely helpful staff after I made an error checking in. No key cards but an app to use for all doors was really handy! Great position and great parking .

Room was clean, spacious and a good breakfast

Good location though took a little while to find the hotel as it’s not brilliantly signposted. But the staff and the rooms are nice. Quiet, and the bed is comfortable. Walkable along the river to the old town.

La habitación, tenía basura de bajo de la cama,no tenía teléfono x si alguna emergencia, el aire no Hiba,no hay bar,no hay para desayunar,plato de la ducha agretuado.El personal excelente

Good hotel for a place to sleep and park. We could walk into the centre easily and the underground parking felt secure. Note that it's small so the reception is not 24/7 and there's no breakfast. Also only park where there are hotel signs as it's a shared car park with loval residents.

The location was good with an underground garage. The shower door was broken.

Great place with parking, litte of the way of town center but with good transportation, Keys went kaput at second day and would not let me in the garage, called the number since staff leaves at 3pm i beleive, was hable to give me code to go into bldg and get master key to get to room and open garage, people getting there aftter staff have to follow instructions real carefully. Otherwise good for the money i had a car so great plus with the free parking.

El Hotel Colectia fue perfecto durante mi estadia. La persona de la recepcion (Sara) es muy agradable, eficiente, y super competente. La papelera del bano pudiese ser un poquito mas grande.
