プールは質、量ともに最高でしたが、客室が狭く、シャワーの水が漏れることが気になりました。通常の価格のホテルであれば気になりませんが、1泊6, 7万円を払っていることを考えますと、客室は残念と言わざるをえません。日中ずっとプールサイドで過ごすのであれば最高だと思います。

Alles perfekt, wir kommen wieder

The good: It’s a beautiful resort, so tastefully appointed. Service is very good, everyone is very attentive. Buffet breakfast is great - loads of options. Free entry to Pacha and the Destino party is a bonus. Free parking. Great hairdryer in the room. Comfortable beds. The bad: poor communication at check-in. We had half-board, which means breakfast and dinner is included but we weren’t told this. We didn’t find it out until halfway through the stay. Housekeeping didn’t clean the room everyday. We weren’t told that the cans of water in the room were complimentary. We were told we needed to reserve beds by the pool in advance, which we did but when we turned up, there was no booking. I wound still stay here again though, now that I have all the details figured out.

I regret staying here. The room was tiny and there were lots of ants in it as it was on the ground floor. Design errors in the room like there were no hooks or anywhere to hang a bath towel was annoying. Also, the location was great if you want to hang at the pool w a nice view but it was too far to walk to any town or beach. I’m bummed we wasted our time there & missed out on the beaches. My biggest complaint is the scheme they run with alcohol there. You can’t get alch drinks via room service (we all love a drink while getting ready or a night cap!!) the pool bar closes at 8pm, and the alcohol bottles they put on display in the room to entice people cost hundreds even for cheap basic brands. prices are only written in fine print in the back of a booklet. Literally a tiny less than 750ml bottle of Ciroc ($25 in the US) costs $300!! HA!! I can easily afford that but it’s the PRINCIPAL. They know people are going to be desperate and get robbed without realizing it. It’s unethical. Sure certain bottles like Clase Azul are always expensive, I get that price, but the majority of them were literally priced hundreds over retail. Sketchy. Also, we ordered room service and they got our order wrong not once but 3 times in a row. And it was so simple. I’m bilingual so there was no language barrier either. We had to wait hours before we got the right items. Because of this we missed our plans and our whole night got screwed up. The pool service was very slow & unorganized too.

Cherry suite was great and "free" entrance to Pacha as well. Breakfast however is far below expectations for €45 per day per person price/quality wise. Besides that, on top of every order a 10% tip is automatically charged. We were charged an extra €450 at check out for 6 cocktails and 1 breakfast (2 people).

Very nicely refurbished, standard rooms are still very small but nice, service not impeccable, long waitin reception for check in even though there were many people available, I am though very upset because I forgot two items in my room, my fault of course, I have sent several emails and made several calls with very long waits where I was told I would be called back, so far no answer at all. Also when you get connected the line drops very often which results in having to wait again. That’s not a 5 star service in my opinion

Absolut disgrace, full of staff and Managment but nobody cares. Had two Nights booked, cut it short because of unbareable noise from in room fridge. Complained no action all day, moved out early explained reason, no reaction. Than was charged for 108€ for use of Minibar, which we never did. wrote conplain, again no reaction at all. Absolute great set up with absolute noone taking care… very disappointing…

Front desk staff specifically Martha was awesome Our only on concern was the high prices this year at the hotel

Hotel has so much potential, but it doesnt function in a way that makes yourbstay seamless. Twin booking wasnt available, we had to chase for our rooms to be cleaned, the bathroom is very small and slippy, and staff arent always attentive particularly around the restaurant.

Great short stay including free entry to the club. Expensive but then you expect that here. Will be back

Nice hotel, great pool area, food is very good but overpriced. Rooms are quite small. My stay was good but overall I think price/quality level was not the best. I paid less in the past for hotels like Hard Rock Ibiza and Oku and think these hotels are as good or better.
