This hotel truly exceeded expectations. From the moment I arrived, everything was spotless—the level of cleanliness was exceptional and immediately noticeable. The staff were outstanding: warm, professional, and genuinely eager to help at every turn. Any request was handled quickly and with a smile, making the stay feel effortless and welcoming.
The atmosphere of the hotel is calm and well cared for, which made it a pleasure to return to each day. It’s clear that great pride is taken in both service and standards here. The staff were great, but the hotel itself is a little tired in places. For example there was no plug for the bath (so you could only shower, defeats the point of the bath), there were areas of the room that needed a bit of love (like the edges of doors), and the bathroom had a bit of a weird smell some times. It was good enough for a two night stay, but not sure I’d say it was a four star hotel.

the best feature is the breakfast, second comes the room is very clean and comfortable. The hotel is a bit noisy - one hears people in their own bathrooms...Staff was pleasant but I had to wait for my booked room for 90 minutes because I came in earlier. I had travelled 22 hours with 9 hours of time difference. I had asked to no avail.
