Fantastic hotel at the edge of the resort. The staff were friendly and the food and drink excellent lots of choice and something to suit everyone. Our room was spacious the beds very comfortable and plenty of room for the three of us. Animation team were great over over powering but suited all ages. Enjoyed the location with a shopping centre next door an a lovely walk into the centre of the resort along the coastal path takes around 15 minutes. Close to the airport taxi just 15 euros. Will return again here for sure.

Unser Aufenthalt war einfach perfekt. Die Suite hatte einen mega Blick aufs Meer und den Pool. Die Terrasse war so groß wie unser Zimmer. Das Frühstück sowie Abendessen ließ keine Wünsche offen. Jeden Abend gab es etwas anderes. Fisch und Fleisch wurden immer frisch zubereitet. Der Parkplatz war zudem kostenfrei und groß genug.

I arrived feeling very stressed as my plane had been cancelled and had left my phone in the car. I had to book the hotel on the bus from the airport. Roberto and his 2 colleagues on reception were so kind and helpful

Stayed at Elba Sara for 5 nights, from the arrival the staff were excellent. The hotel was lovely, room large, clean, and we had the treat of a sea view. We ate in the restaurant every day, and there was so much choice of food. Last year we stayed nearer the harbour, but loved our stay here. Thankyou

OK - hatte Halbpension, beim Essen merke man dass alles auf All-Inc ausgerichtet ist.

Personal es un 10. Amabilidad extrema de todos ellos que te hacen sentir realmente cómodo. Habitación perfecta, con colchón muy cómodo y ducha muy agradable. Vistas desde la habitación tal y como indican sus fotografías de habitación con vistas al mar. Puntos para mejorar: la calidad de la comida es bastante regulera, muy cuestionable que esté a la altura de un 4* y del precio que se paga por noche. El todo incluido no lo recomiendo, el hotel si, pero la baja calidad de la comida hace que cojas de mucho y no te guste casi nada, es la calidad que no es buena. Por la tarde, en el bar de recepción no puede haber todos los días bollería y sándwiches de jamón y queso. Algo salado como frutos secos, aceitunas, algo de fruta fresca… Volvería al hotel pero solo escogería desayuno y habitación.

If you’re looking for a calm and quiet family holiday, far from the typical all-inclusive crowds, and prefer places with a bit more peace and order — this might not be the best fit for you. The hotel has definitely seen better days and could use some freshening up. That said, the staff are doing their absolute best — they’re incredibly kind, helpful, and really go out of their way to assist. However, it’s important to set the right expectations: this doesn’t quite live up to a four-star standard. There’s a lot of noise throughout the day (and night), and it can be difficult to unwind if you’re sensitive to that kind of thing. Also, towel changes aren’t done daily, so don’t expect hotel-level routines when it comes to housekeeping. All in all, if you’re okay with a bit of wear and tear, lots of activity, and truly lovely staff — it could still be a decent stay. But if you value peace, quiet, and a more polished experience, you may want to consider other options.

You notice that the hotel is not the newest but you quickly forget that because of the friendliness and professional staff. Always willing to find a solution. I can only recommend it.

Dans l ensemble un hôtel bien avec animation

Room cleanliness good, breakfast and evening buffet fine. No water provided in the room though and all-inclusive is poor unless you live by the bar and drink lots of alcohol. Pool area very average and water cold. Treadmill in the gym didn't work, mini-golf and jacuzzis have been removed. Never had a pool towel when I went to ask for one. Conveniently located for the airport and golf courses as long as you don't mind aeroplane noise overhead.

WE FOUND THE STAFF WHERE VERY FREINDLY AND VERY HELPFULCHECKING IN TO ALL THE BAR STAFF AND OF COURSE THE RESTURANT.THE ROOMS WERE VERY CLEAN .I WOULD LIKE TO COMMENT ON THEOUTSTANDINGENTERTAINMENT IN THE LOBBY BAR .THE ONLY THING I WOULD ADVISE IS FOR THE TELEVISION WHERE THE PEOPLE ARE SINGING BE TURNED OFF .WE WILL BE BACK AGAIN THIS YEAR ALTOGETHER WE SPENT 21 DAYS OF ENJOYMENT.

unkept. unfriendly staff. animation for kids (10-15) was good. booking for external samba bad was cool. generally resort is dirty and not well maintained. room cleaning is really bad.

Das Hotel hat einen schönen und gepflegten Garten. Keinen Strand. Das Essen insgesamt ist reichhaltig, aber leider immer KALT. Das Special Dinner ist sehr schlecht organisiert. Wir wurden als Letzte hineingelassen und somit war das 1. Gang Buffet bereits leer und zum Hauptgericht gab es keine Beilagen mehr. Eine Beschwerde an der Rezeption brachte - ausser dem Versprechen, man melde sich bei uns - rein gar nichts. Das Zimmer wurde nur einmal gereinigt (am zweitletzten Tag), ansonsten nur die Badetücher und einmal die Bettwäsche ersetzt. Alles in allem verspricht das Hotel auf dem Prospekt mehr, als es hält.

I recently stayed at the hotel and unfortunately it was one of the worst hotel experiences I've ever had. The room itself was in a terrible state, with peeling wallpaper, dirty carpet, and a musty smell that made it hard to breathe. The bedding was stained and uncomfortable, and the pillows were flat and offered no support. The bathroom was not cleaned properly, with hair and grime in the shower and dirty towels. To make matters worse, the staff were unhelpful and unprofessional. When I brought the issues with the room to their attention, they were dismissive and unresponsive. They were not willing to help or make any effort to improve my stay. The overall atmosphere of the hotel was rundown and uninviting, and it was clear that they did not value their guests' comfort and satisfaction. The hotel was also far from any tourist attractions or restaurants, making it difficult to enjoy my time in the city. I would not recommend this hotel to anyone, and will not be returning. I have stayed in many hotels before and this was by far the worst experience. I would advise anyone looking for a place to stay to avoid this hotel and look for a better alternative.
