ロケーションも良く、広々とした空間で快適に過ごせました。 ホテルの方もとても親切で質問にも快く応対して下さいました。チェックアウト後も荷物を預かって頂けます。 部屋の玄関の鍵の解錠が難しいです。

2ベッドルームにダイニング、リビング、キッチンも付いた広々とした部屋に3人で宿泊。 折角だから近くのコンビニ・スーパー、ハム屋、八百屋で食材を買って自炊を楽しみました。 ホテル入り口はちょっと判りにくく、インターホンを押して入るのですが中は非常にモダンな空間が広がっています。車の駐車は近くの24時間地下駐車場を20€で利用できます（5€割引）。駐車場の上は市場になっていて美味しい魚介類が楽しめますのでお勧めです。 何処へ行くにも便利な場所にあります。チェックインの際にフロントの女性が事細かに周辺の案内、バスの利用の仕方などを教えてくれましたのでそれを基に効率的に行動できたと思います。

La douche laissait partir de l’eau dans tout les sens, le meublier n’est pas de très bonne qualité, je n’ai pas eu de réponse à mes e-mails pour bien préparer mon arrivée

Sadly, coffee machine broken and not replaced but there was an espresso machine there which I used. Also cushion in living room chair ripped. Everything else wonderful! Lovely people at the front desk which made our stay even better.

Perfect location. Spacious apartment with kitchen.

The apartment was close to many points of interest and in a quiet street. The room had various furnishings that are broken or torn apart. The property didn’t have an elevator so it was difficult to get our luggage up and down the stairs. The staff was not very helpful when we asked about the air conditioning remote that was not in the room and they didn’t see to find one for us.

After multiple calls and emails more than 2 weeks before arrival - no contact whatsoever. Needed to know how to check in and code. Had to book another hotel as no contact 18 hours before and traveling internationally. I had no code or info. I spent twice as much money as had to book an alternative hotel last minute. They also did not respond to any contact from expedia directly. SCAM!

Apparemment bien équipé, confortable et très bien situé. L’aménagement extérieur pourrait être bien mais est mal entretenu. Nous étions à distance de marché de plusieurs beaux attraits

It was everything we were looking for for a group of 5. Very comfortable, easy to walk everywhere. Just outside the more touristy area. Clean. Staff were super helpful!!

Very clean room and very spacious. Hot water was available, lots of restaurants and halal food near by. The receptionists were very friendly

On the first day everything was great, until we returned to the hotel and discovered there was no hot water and the toilet wasn’t working. That same night, I sent a message to reception, and they replied saying someone would be sent to look into both issues. The next day, I followed up and told them we’d be out all day, returning in the evening, and needed everything fixed by then. They assured me it would be taken care of. Later in the day, I checked again, and the receptionist informed me that a part was needed and repairs wouldn’t be completed for a few days. He quickly offered us another room, but it was on the top floor with no elevator. Since I was traveling with teenagers, I didn’t want to carry luggage up three flights of stairs. I declined and asked for a ground-floor option, similar to our current room, or something in a building with an elevator. They eventually found us a room not far from our original location. The new room was clean and quiet, but one of the air conditioners wasn’t working properly. When temperatures are close to 40 degrees, this makes a big difference. I complained about it, but never received a response. I would stay again as the room was lovely and the area was nice.

El hospedaje está bonito y bien ubicado, en una calle con restaurantes y tiendas con el estilo arabesco. El contra, me tocó que no hubo agua caliente y desafortunadamente esta crítica la leí en los comentarios de hace ya meses, eso significa que no han hecho mucho por reparar esta avería de la caldera. Ofrecieron agua caliente en otro hospedaje no recuerdo cuántas cuadras más lejos, que desde luego no aceptamos.

No hot shower in two days. Horrible experience!

Beautiful apartment. The manager was honest and told us to the water heater was not working when we arrived. The price found on Expedia was excellent so we aggres to stay anyway.

Fantastic location and excellent base for exploring the city. Beds really comfy.

O apartamento é confortável, bem localizado, tem supermercado quase em frente e fácil acesso às principais atrações de Granada. Ficamos 4 noites e não houve serviço de limpeza/arrumação nenhuma vez, o que causou o acúmulo de lixo, já que utilizamos muito a cozinha. Houve um problema com o aquecimento de água, mas foi resolvido em poucas horas. Bom custo-benefício.

Good location. Easy access to/from bus station via 33 bus and walkable to the Alhambra if you don't mind the steep hill. Excellent communication with the apartment managers before and during our stay. Apartment would feel more homely with a few pictures on the wall. One of the comfy chairs was splitting but bed was comfortable and overall we enjoyed our stay.
