This is a complete bait and switch. I did not get the room I reserved. Instead, I was put in a handicap-accessible (felt more like a hospital than a 4 start hotel) "interior room" with zero natural light. I've only heard of interior rooms on a cruise ship, not a hotel. When I checked in, the woman at the front desk apologized and told me that they had no other rooms that night, but I could move to the correct room the following night. The next day I was told that I could not move. Both the property and hotels.com acknowledged that it was not the room I booked, but neither did anything to help me. From the hotel, "We know this isn't the room you reserved, but we are fully booked and it's all we. have." From Hotels.com, "We cannot get a hold of the property. There's nothing we can do but offer you small coupon for next time." I checked to see if they were actually fully booked and they were still selling the room I purchased on Hotels.com. It's clear that they are using hotels.com to sell the absolute worst rooms to hotels.com customers - the ones that they cannot sell to their direct customers. And then, they refuse to answer the phone when hotels.com tries to speak with them. *for context, the photo of the room was taken at 11am, not in the middle of the night like it appears.

Super luxurious room, nice hotel, perfect location… to include breakfast would have been too expensive so I skipped it. A little no frills when it comes to amenities. The gym was basically unusable with very little equipment, no pool… but if you just need a room in a perfect location that stands out in terms of quality and a bit on the luxury side, with towel warmers and lots of other features, this place is a winner. Excellent in every way.

Great location, friendly staff and comfortable bed.

Dejligt velfungerendeværelse. Dog var udsigten til en lukket baggård. Dejlig morgenbord med alt der kan ønskes. Meget lækker seng med super lækkert sengetøj. Sødt og venligt personale. Central/ gåafstand til katedralen og den gamle by. Kan bestemt anbefales.

Fantastic location—only a 10–15 minute walk to the old city, with easy access to the metro and plenty of great restaurants nearby. The staff were incredibly friendly and helpful, making our stay even more enjoyable. Private parking with direct elevator access to the hotel was a huge convenience. Highly recommended!

This hotel was clean, convenient location and modern. Staff were quick helpful and pleasant.

Great place to stay, everything is brand new, good AC, quiet, walking distance (about 10 minutes) to old town.

The hotel was awesome, located away from the city center, so it was quieter and less crowded. The overall condition of the property was superb except for one major issue: the front desk never answered the phone. During check-out, I even saw a staff member mute the incoming calls and ignore them. I had no idea about the parking situation before arriving and tried several times to confirm my reservation in advance, but, as I mentioned, no one ever picked up the phone. It was quite frustrating, especially as a first-time visitor to Seville, Spain. A 4–5 star hotel like this should always have someone available to assist newcomers and guests.

Ruige Lage, nicht weit von Zentrum, Badezimmer ist gut eingerichtet. Sehr höfliches Personal. Leider ist der Eingang zun Hotel nicht sofort zu finden. Im Zimmer gibt es keinen Kühlschrank, nur eine Bar. Kaffee scmeckt nicht so gut, wie in Spanien zu erwarten wäre.

Big very modern room. Huge bed. Excellent air conditioning. A big choice at breakfast. Room was well maintained. Very clean. One large bottle of filtered water in room when I arrived. But this was not replaced. It is on bottle per reservation. As I was there for 6 nights that was poor service. Hotel in a nice quite residential area.

La Chambre manquait, énormément de clarté, aucune luminosité. Sinon elle était spacieuse et propre. J’ai également trouvé le prix du parking très excessif pour un super hôtel sur Granada j’avais payé 375 € parking inclus pour le même nombre de jours avec une super Chambre illuminée vue sur la ville
