Very clean, worth the cost, good location. Bit away from Balcon Europe but only 15 min walk max. There are shops, restaurants & beach all within 5 mins of apartment. Overall recommended - nice big apartment in good location! I’d book again!!

We booked a one bedroom apartment and it was on the ground floor, alongside a pedestrian walkway...so no balcony but a patio instead. The apartment had plenty of space for two and the kitchenette had everything we needed. Satellite TV means you can watch some telly in English if you like! There is a washing machine and line for drying in a private courtyard at the back of the apartment. Handy if you've been on the road for a while. The check in went fine, Ana speaks good English. Its not so far to walk to the main touristy areas and there are plenty of bars and restaurants to choose from. The beach at the end of the street is small pebbles and fine sand...much of this coast seems to be like this.More

Overall good experience. Good communication with the manager. She facilitated our check-in as early as possible and accommodated our check-out with our transport pick up time. Excellent job by the cleaners, the apartment was very clean. A few things could be done to improve our staying such a small bottles of shampoo, shower gel, etc… to save you rush to the supermarket to get it for a shower, after a long day of travel in a hot day especially when you coming from abroad and have limited suitcases. We stayed by the end of the high season and the apartment was busy, that could explain the little things that need an maintenance such the light of our bedroom didn’t work, the door handles in our bedroom was loose. I am sure with the quite season a head they will have a chance to look after small details like that. The apartment are facing North which in a hot summer it is really help to cold down the apartment. Also the AC was a pleasure to have. We definitely would considering to stay again if we come back to Nerja. Thank you very much for all your help.

Clean, great location and all mod cons!

Close to beach and restaurant areas. Both bedrooms were spacious and owner responded promptly to any questions we had.

I booked two penthouse apartments for myself and my family. Clear instructions for directions and key collection where given. Staff were welcoming and apartments very clean and spacious. Good location for beach, shops, restaurants and local bus. The apartments faced north so we had very little sun on the balconies and due to windy weather we didn’t use the terraces so I would not pay the extra for a penthouse during the winter months. In the Summer however it would be perfect for sunbathing during the day and enjoying a drink in the evenings.

We had a nice relaxing stay. The apartment was exactly as pictured. Clean and comfortable. Wifi was good. Plenty of street parking around. A small pool out the front we didn't get time to use. Nice and secure complex. Very close to the beach with a path nearby we could run along, and a short walk into the main area. Washing machine, balcony and clothes hanger were greatly appreciated as was the large kitchen with everything we needed. Big apartment. Easy checkin, just a quick call to the manager to let him know we were there.

Lovely apartment with all would need appliance wise if you were self catering ideal for small family as second bed ideal for two kids. Just was a pleasant surprise that for the very good cost how high the standard was of this place.

Just returned from a week's stay in these apartments, and it was great. They are basic but spotlessly clean and within walking distance to the centre and all the shops, restaurants etc. Antonio, who runs the apartment block, is an absolute gem of a man. Nothing is too much trouble for him and he is always cheerful and friendly. I have no hesitation at all in recommending these apartments to anyone.

Fantastic appartment. very clean. 3 mins walk to beach. Pool small but that is the only negative thing. Staff very helpful even thouh not english dpeaking. Lots of small independat restaurants nearby. Excellent!!!!!

Absolutely amazing stay once again! This is the fourth stay at the Fercomar and yet again so impressed. Unfortunately the pool wasn't filled with water which was disappointing as we weren't told about it, but it was due to it being early season I assume. The apartments are so clean, well stocked with microwave, washing machine, airer for the balcony, all cutlery and kitchen items you can imagine as well as air con! I would highly recommend the Fercomar, it's a lovely walk up to the Balcon and is nice to be close to the beach.
