飲み物は、部屋にはありませんでしたが、１階のエントランスあたりやプールバーなどで無料で飲むことが出来ます。ビールやワインなど、カクテルなどもあって便利でした。 ホテル全体がいい雰囲気だったので、とっても良かったです。 部屋も広めで、清潔感がありました。お水がしょっぱいと、どこかでコメントがありましたが、全く問題なかったです。

The stuff is very kind and impressed, but the facilities of hotels were .......We feel tap water tastes like salt,,,ocean water...if you would come here with your friends, it would be very nice place. but i dont recomend to come here for honeymoon.

在欧の週末旅で友人と利用しました。オールインクルーシブで、朝食昼食夕食＋バーの飲み物（含むアルコール）、アクティビティ（参加しませんでしたが）が宿泊料金に含まれていました。 部屋はきれいに清掃されていましたが、建物自体は若干古めです。イビザ島の特徴か、シャワーも洗面所も全て海水が利用されておりしょっぱかったです。 部屋のレベルから考えるとお値段は少し高めに感じましたが、空港から近いこと＋有名イベントを開催するUshuaiaやHard Rock Hotel徒歩すぐなのは便利です。 ご飯はビュッフェで各食・毎日メニューが変わるのはいいですね。食事のレベルがすごい高いわけではありませんが、種類が豊富なので楽しめると思います。アルコールも無料です。 良かったのは予約制のダイニングレストラン。人数制限あり・テーブルサービスが受けられるので、落ち着いてリゾート雰囲気を味わうことができとても良かったです。

Firstly, we were given the wrong room, however reception was able to move us to a different room. The rooms are dated but they are clean. The tv doesn’t work for anything, it advises you can mirror your phone to the tv, use Netflix etc, however when asking for advice to get this working, we were notified that it doesn’t actually work. The pool is large and clean and they have a bar at the pool service drinks which is included in your stay if your all inclusive. The drinks weren’t great, so we typically used another bar on site by the pool, which had a lovely seating area, however these drinks are not included with the all inclusive service and everything needs to be purchased. Overall ok if you’re only staying a couple of days. It’s well located

Room was basic. Breakfast buffet was large and had lots of choices. The beach access was nice but the beach side restaurant was expensive.

Pool war spitze, Anlage sehr schön und Lage ausgezeichnet - erstes Hotel nach der Abfahrt, ca 10 Minuten zum Flughafen (sehr praktisch) und nach Eivissa sowie Busstation vor der Tür, viele Lokale und Supermärkte nach norden hin fußläufig schnell erreichbar, selbst über den Strand. Zimmer wurde vom Personal toll betreut, Aussicht top, aber in die Jahre gekommen - Bett hart (für uns aber ok), Türen hörte man auch nachts sehr laut (auch unsere, gingen schwer zu), am Gang auch nachts manchmal Geschrei, ist aber auch eben in der Partygegend und Ushuaia zB nicht weit weg (hat uns nicht arg gestört, für manche sogar super, für manche vielleicht nicht akzeptabel, v.a. in der Hauptsaison). Buffets super und relativ viel Auswahl, Kaffee grottenschlecht (dafür Starbucks an der Poolbar, toll, muss man aber bezahlen, zur Info) und als All Inclusive-Hotel (wir hatten Halbpension btw) muss es natürlich bei der Qualität etwas sparen - warme Speisen werden außerdem schnell kalt. Nachspeisen exzellent. Personal aber von der Rezeption über das Restaurant bis zu Pool und Room-Service spitze, großes Lob (speziell an Mano an der Rezeption)! Alles in allem solide bis gut, aber nicht großartig. Auch top bzgl Strand, Nähe zum Flughafen, Area selber, Nähe zu Eivissa für Sightseeing und Flanieren, Nähe zu Formentera. Haben uns gut aufgehoben gefühlt, ist aber sicher nicht für jeden zu empfehlen.

Buon albergo. A volte un poco fastidioso il sorvolare degli aerei, furtuna non sono molti i voli.

The hotel was conveniently located near the airport and all the major clubs, which made it perfect for nightlife in Ibiza. However, the downsides were hard to ignore. The bed was extremely uncomfortable, and the hotel requires a cash deposit for almost everything, from a beach towel (10 euros) to even an iron. While you do get the money back upon return, the cash only system is inconvenient and unnecessary.

Kept clean & tidy. No where to get alcohol after the pool closes at 7pm. Room was in decent condition apart from the shower floor & bathroom ceiling was in a state. Friendly staff & good value for money. Would stay again.

I liked the beach and pool

Der erste Eindruck wenn man an die Rezeption kommt, ist eigentlich ganz gut. Die Zimmer und Flure sind eine Katastrophe. Alles wirkt veraltet, dreckig und abgerockt - in den Zimmern selbst fehlen die Türen bei den Schränken (zumindest in unserem Zimmer). Schimmelspuren im Badezimmer, kaputte Türen - vom WC möchte ich gar nicht sprechen. Betten sind einfache Betten mit durchgelegenen Matratzen. Für Party-Urlauber mit Sicherheit ok - aber nicht für den Preis. Für 270 € die Nacht absolut nicht akzeptabel. Wenn man die weiteren Rezenzionen liest, dann merkt man schnell, das ich kein Einzelfall bin.

Lo mejor del hotel el personal. El resto un espanto. Es un hotel de la epoca de Esteso y Pajares. Por lo que cobran por noche es realmente un atraco

When checking in to the hotel, the first room we were assigned was covered in bugs when we entered. I went to reception and they were quick to change our room and placed us on the top floor with a view of the sea which was lovely. Whilst in the second room, the door handle broke and we were trapped inside our room for almost an hour. I attempted to call the hotel number 26 times with no answer. My friend finally managed to get through after nearly 30 calls and we waited for someone to come and let us out. Overall the hotel has good facilities, the pool area and bar is great but the rooms are a bit tired and need a refresh.

Die Unterkunft an sich schon eher in die Jahre gekommen und es hat sehr viele Familien was das Ambiente eher laut macht an sich. Wir waren zum feiern hier, daher an sich völlig ausreichend und die Lage dazu perfekt. Essen ist für ein Buffet recht ordentlich. Das Gym kann man vergessen. Auch die Poolanlage an sich inkl. Reinigung des Becken könnte gepflegter sein.

It was next to the beach and all the clubs

I recently stayed at this four-star hotel, but unfortunately, my experience fell short of expectations. Upon check-in, I was assigned a room that lacked Wi-Fi, had a broken couch, and appeared to be unclean. The check-in process was also inefficient, with a 45-minute wait in line. Furthermore, I was overcharged compared to the rate I secured through the app. Given the hotel's four-star rating, I had anticipated a higher level of service and amenities. Hopefully, the hotel will address these issues to provide a better experience for future guests.
