Only one good point is simply cheap!!! It has no restaurant and bar (always closed and no service), i.e. hotels.com information is incorrect. Bathroom is shared.

I was doing a checking, they don’t have my reservation, didn’t offer any solution. The guy who opens the door after 15 minutes come with inappropriate (shirtless ) wasn't friendly...

Lovely stay! Only negative is that it’s right next to the train line - can be a bit loud between 5am and 11pm but I quickly got used to it. The train station is a 2 minute walk away, brilliant convenience for exploring the city! Thank you so much for a lovey stay

The drainage system is not good enough. And there is no independent washroom for the room.

It's a hostel with a tiny room. A bed, table, TV and a fan. Oh boy it was hot but it was nicely located and I had fun at the irish bar next door. I'll def stay here again :)

숙소 옆으로 기차가 수시로 지나가는 소리가 엄청나게 시끄러워서 깜짝 놀랐고 쓰레기차 수거 소리, 자동차 소리등의 소음과 공동 욕실 물 빠짐이 잘안되어서 불편을 겪었습니다.

No se acerca en nada a las fotos puestas en internet baños muy sucios muy ruidoso y muy desatendido sin ningún personal. Ningún servicio de cafetería agua o recepción.

With price in mind, it is an okay hotel. Relatively good communication with city and staff is friendly, but they speak only spanish.

Habitaciones individuales muy pequeñas pero acogedoras y cómodas, con tv y armario. La habitación se encontraba en un estado excelente de limpieza y calidades. Duchas y baño compartido adecuados.

The area is very nice, but there is a train that pass through every half and hour until pretty late... and the bathroom sound also much. The room is very simple but clean and ok. Parking is about a block away.

Está bien pero al tener un lavabo compartido. El lavabo estaba sucio y con muchos pelos por el suelo

Fue muy agradable la estancia, y más la atención de los propietarios, nos atendieron muy bien, tanto así que estoy pensando en repetir...

un séjour très mal passé c'est pas un hôtel c'est une pension, l'hygiène est nulle par fois y'avait même pas du papier toilettes les rebords des WC avec des traces d'urines...... une toilettes pour 9 chambres, les serviettes et les draps ne sont pas changée au quotidien Madame la proprio fait juste les lits et remettait les serviettes à sécher le comble dans l'histoire est que ma femme à était piquée par des punaises de lit qui lui ont fait des grosses cloques, nous avons donc passé une bonne partie de la nuit du 2éme jours aux urgences de sans joan de spi. les trains passent à une fréquence de 5 à 7 minutes jusqu’à 00h puis ils reprennent à 5h la voie ferrée est moins de 10 mètres Contrairement à sa femme le proprio ne vous dit même pas bonjour, JE SUIS TRÈS DÉÇU et de cet établissement et du site web hotels.com qui met ce genre d'établissement dans sa base de données.

Nous avons séjourné dans cet hôtel une nuit avant de prendre la route. Hotel sympa et accueillant.

Many discomforting reasons of Fonda Chavarria: 1) Disturbance of sound of trains on the Railway Track for every 30 minutes for hiurs together. 2) No attached bathroom nor attached toilet which is to be shared by 8 Roommates simultaneously. 3) Very far and remote from many city attractions. 4) Taxi fare is very expensive. 5) Not much frequency of availability of Taxis. 4) No Metro and No bus station nearby. 5) No hotel or restaurant nearby. The nearest McDonalds is 1.6 KM away from the hotel made me and my 11 year old daughter to walk almost 6.4KM everyday to eat our lunch and dinner. The only consolation is the cheap price of €47 per single day occupation. I prefer never to visit this hotel again in my life.
