First stay in a "Capsule". Everything was perfect. Would definitely recommend.

It was very clean, quiet and I used the Spa. My only concerned was that someone was smoking inside and the whole place was smelling

Il personale gentilissimo (ci hanno cambiato da baita a camera in un attimo e senza fare storie con un acconto relativamente minimo (20 euro in più a notte). Metto 4 stelle e non 5 perché la tecnologia è un disastro (se non la sapete usare), water tecnologico che si chiude in automatico, scarico che non so comprende al volo dove sta (a sinistra in ogni caso), il rubinetto andava a fatti suoi sia per il caldo/freddo (manco un bicchiere di acqua fresca mi son potuto bere) e a volte arrivava a 54 gradi e a volte diminuiva il getto. Doccia anche quella un'impresa perché mancavano i pioli per girare i comandi (ma ce l'abbiamo fatta lo stesso), luce nel bagno che dopo 3 GG ancora non abbiamo capito dove si spegneva. Per il resto per il prezzo merita veramente

Se hospedó en la cápsula de a lado una familia con un bebé que lloró toda la noche, además llegaron en la madrugada y estaban pegando en las paredes todo el tiempo, deberían tener restricción para menores por lo menos en áreas donde se necesita respeto por parte de todos para que podamos descansar, deberían recibirlos solo en habitación privada. Por lo demás el lugar es muy agradable y el personal muy atento.

Staff support was good but a pool was advertised, there is none. The price for laundry was shown as €10. They charged €15. Pods were not secure and malfunctioned, locking us out/in at times. The staff showed us how to break in which created concerns about security because we now knew how to break in to other people's pods. Additionally staff was not always available which resulted in us being locked out for multiple hours. Also the safe and plug in my pod were broken. Also the main door to the room did not lock. Spotify in the mirrors was cool though.

If the air con worked in the capsule it would have been top marks. Excellent location. Gaming station is pointless and pretty much unplayable. I’m probably moaning a bit too much for the price if I’m honest

..not honestly..i book private room king size bed..i got capsule..they tryed wanted me to pay 30 euro more for private room. During i talk to reception there was one lady from Germany 🇩🇪 who had the same problem..if you check the reviews on Google then you will see many people are unhappy with this hotel...

There was no spa, no common space, no kitchen, and even nowhere to sit and eat my meal, not even a chair. It was being renovated but nothing said so while doing the reservation. The only place available to sit, was in the gaming room. I had to beg in the morning to access a microwave to boil some water. The person at the reception was very collaborative and offered the staff fridge to put my stuff. As for the sleeping part, it's a close space. If you're not claustrophobic it's perfect. Inside your capsule there's a bed for 2 and you have everything you need. Wifi, electric outlet, charging usb ports, television. I don't know how insonorised it is because it was very quiet when I was there. It's a safe space. Spain doesn't know how to handle big crouds. So if you want to visit anything in Spain you better reserve months in advance.
