Very clean and kitchen was well appointed. We had a ground floor unit so there was street noise in the evening (night was fine). We also had a patio instead of a deck so no views and only somewhat private (upper units had windows onto our patio). The entry foyer to the building and one of the bed rooms had a hint of a strange odor that we couldn’t place, but it wasn’t unbearable. The location was walkable to tourist areas but not in the tourist areas.

Appartement très bien agencé, d’une propreté irréprochable et parfaitement équipé : tout ce dont on peut avoir besoin est présent dans chaque pièce. La décoration est très design, soignée et agréable. Le lit est particulièrement confortable, ce qui est très appréciable. L’accueil distanciel a été parfaitement organisé, simple et efficace. Petit point d’amélioration : le bruit de la climatisation, perceptible par intermittence. Nous avons également beaucoup aimé le petit cadeau d’arrivée, une délicieuse spécialité locale, qui a été une attention très appréciée. Nous y retournerons avec grand plaisir. Merci encore !

In walking distance to many places ! Safe area

The hotel should initiate WhatsApp connections right after the booking otherwise it would be a bit messy. My code became invalid during my stay. Though WhatsApp and the correct contact number this problem was solved but it did take me a while to get contact information right.

Très bel appartement spacieux. Les principaux sites touristiques sont accessibles à pied (environ 1/4 d heure de marche). Grande terrasse très agréable avec vue sur Giralda. La rue est un peu bruyante mais cela ne nous a pas dérangé pour dormir.

Great location, within walking distance of pretty much everywhere (except the airport, get the EA bus and walk 25 minutes to the accommodation). Apartment was clean and tidy and had everything we needed. Cannot fault the place to be honest. Definitely stay here!

We were very pleased with the cleanliness of property. Not knowing the area at all, it was the absolute perfect location. Walkable to everywhere we ventured. Very happy we chose this place.

Half way between the train station and the cathedral. Clean and spacious apartment. Bonus points because we were allowed to check in early and checkout late.

I wanted to share my feedback about my recent stay at your establishment. Overall, I had a very comfortable and pleasant experience during my visit. The accommodation was well-maintained and provided a relaxing atmosphere that made my stay enjoyable. However, I would like to offer one suggestion for improvement. I noticed that the pillows provided were made of polyester material, and I believe upgrading to higher-quality pillows would significantly enhance the guest experience. Better quality pillows with more supportive and breathable materials would contribute to improved sleep quality and overall comfort. Despite this minor point, I appreciated the comfortable environment you’ve created and would consider staying again in the future. Thank you for providing a welcoming place to stay.

整體住宿感覺很舒服，附近生活機能方便，離各個旅遊景點點徒步可達。淋浴間比較小，沒有置物架，不方便放沐浴用品，是唯一的小缺點。

The apartment was good and clean. All about the accommodation was fine, what I didn’t like is the checkin process and seeing another customer in the same situation than me, told me that it was not just my fault. Fortunately I had internet service in Spain, if not, I don’t know how I would do it. I have to thank the team for letting us checkin earlier, as we arrived to Seville before the expected time and we didn’t have anywhere to be until 3pm. If WhatsApp is the way to do it, please reach out to your customers 3 days before checkin and send the instructions and forms to fill by WhatsApp well ahead of time. I had to call just to find out that I had to fill forms for my whole family, so there we were in the front door filling forms and waiting for the code to enter the building. I read afterwards that somewhere in the reservation says to reach out the apartment 72 hours before, but honestly I did the reservation months before and I would have appreciated to be reminded that we needed the forms and the WhatsApp requirement to obtain the codes.
