Everything was great.

Fabulous hotel in a lovely location. Hotel has pretty much everything you could want with great staff and facilities.

Der Pool war sehr schön angelegt. Der flache Einstieg für Kinder sehr gut. Leider waren die Fliesen am Pool teilweise kaputt und hatten scharfe Kanten. Als Stolperfallen erwiesen sich die im Außenbereich installierten Lichter. Diese ragen im gesamten Hotel aus dem Boden. Hier stolpern Kinder und Erwachsene gerne drüber. Durch die späte Öffnungszeit gab es keine Reservierung der Pool liegen, sehr angenehm. Das Personal war durchaus freundlich. Am Pool leider zu selten unterwegs, so dass man direkt zur Bar laufen musste zum bestellen. Das Essen war lecker, jedoch wenig abwechslungsreich. Obwohl es unterschiedliche Themenabende gab, unterschieden sich die Gerichte kaum. Durch die Bauweise des Restaurants war es dort oft sehr laut. Angenehmer war der Spielbereich für Kinder.

Day 1 we checked into the room and was extremely satisfied, however, this changed after a few hours. My child got a bug bite on her leg. At first we did not think anything of it. Then later she started screaming that there are bugs on her bed. We searched the room and found lots of tiny dark colored insects(I’m not sure if these are ants, but they do not look like the ants from the U.S.) then my other child starts screaming that there are these other white colored bugs crawling on the coffee table next to the beds. I looked closely and these are different from the dark colored ones on the bed. These are white, almost clear and very tiny, they look like some kind of mites. They moved us to another room that. We stayed the night because it was very late and would be very difficult to find another hotel and move with 2 little ones. We slept in the new room. The next morning, in day light, you can see a layer of dust covering the entire room, all over the furniture, baseboards, TV, lamps. This room clearly has not been in use for some time. The condition of this room was also not up to par with a 5 star hotel.I reported this and they cleaned the room. I also asked them to wash all of our clothes because we had unpacked in the first room with the bugs and mites. They did not charge for the laundry, and gave us 1 free dinner at the buffet. I wanted to leave and find another hotel, but my children and husband thought it was too big a hassle since we were only there for 4 nights.

Yes. It is a great hotel

The hotel ticks all the boxes and the facilities and rooms are excellent. There are alot rules that does not feel like a five star hotel and the

Rena rum, städning morgon och kväll. Vatten till rummet varje kväll. Enda minuset är frukosten där ljudnivån är ofattbart hög. Man skulle också vilja kunna sitta ute och äta frukost. Underbart att tennis, paddel mm ingår och man spelar fritt.

Les employés sont extrêmement serviable, ambiance très agréable, buffet très bon et activités pour enfants idéales.

An excellent hotel with lots of activities for the children and also options to dine out. The beach is only a 10min walk

The place is magnificent. Everything great. This is a classic tourist area with little authentic feelings.

The hotel and experience from start to finish was 10/10. We ate most of our meals at the hotel because it was soo good! The staff couldnt do enough for you and everyone is so friendly. We loved that we could get fresh pool towels daily and that we were served at our sunbeds all day! We were even given access to the thermal journery in the spa for free and it was such a lovely and spacious spa, highly recommend using it. Even though the hotel clearly has lots of guests, it never felt full due to how big the hotel is and theres so many different areas to relax.

This is a fantastic hotel, I can't fault it. The staff are fantastic.

Brilliant hotel for families in a great location. Staff were lovely and helpful. Only downside was that the baby slides are for babies and the bigger slides should be for 4years + not 120cm! We only had one lifeguard refuse my 5 year old on our last day, the others allowed all kids on the slides otherwise the holiday would have been spoiled. Siam park allows 110cm for slides 5 times the size! Apart from that, great resort!

Clean the room everyday

Great location, well maintained property with activities for all ages. However, the food in the restaurants and room service was horrible and pricey. Always had to go out for a meal or ordered in. Check out is at 12 noon. At 12:04 we had do not disturb sign on and a cleaning team used the card and still entered while I was dressing up.

Amazing location and perfect for kids. Outstanding breakfast buffet and staff were top notch and very friendly. Really fast to get a taxi and entertainment every night was great.

The hotel is very modern and clean and provides all the services you would expect for a 5*. The service was excellent. I would most certainly return back to there again.
