Das Hotel hat eine sehr gute Lage. Man ist schnell am Meer und bei den Dünen, und direkt nebenan befindet sich ein Markt. Auch in der Umgebung gibt es viele gute Restaurants. Das Restaurant im Hotel selbst ist eher etwas gehoben, aber sehr gut. Die Bushaltestelle für Ausflüge ist ebenfalls gleich um die Ecke. Die Hotelanlage ist schön und gepflegt. Bei den Zimmern lohnt es sich, etwas mehr Geld auszugeben. Die günstigeren Zimmer befinden sich im unteren Bereich. Sie haben zwar eine Terrasse, bekommen jedoch den ganzen Tag keine Sonne. Die Zimmer sind geräumig, allerdings fehlen Ablageflächen für das Gepäck und auch beim Lavabo ist es ziemlich eng. Die Dusche ist dafür sehr gross, während beim WC und Lavabo eher wenig Platz vorhanden ist. Das Hotel ist insgesamt sauber. Etwas überrascht war ich jedoch, dass eines Tages meine rosa Happy Plugs, die auf dem Nachttisch lagen, plötzlich nicht mehr da waren.

Hyvä aamiainen, hyvä siivous, henkilökunta ok. Mutta se huone: Paljon pienempi kuin(osittain feikatut) kuvat antavat ymmärtää. Ei vaatekaappia,ei varsinaista laskutilaa paitsi pyöreä vanha sohvapöytä,ei yhtään tuolia, ainoastaan vanha sohva missä oli niin paljon koristetyynyjä ettei mahtunut istumaan. Kaksi vierekkäistä pyörillä olevaa sänkyä jotka liikkuivat niin että sai pelätä niitten väliin putoamista. Kummallisin WC-suihkutila mitä koskaan nähty. Kokonaisuus suoraan 1970-luvulta! Parvekkeelta näkymä roskatynnyreille ja pensasaitaan.

Dvölin var frábær, hreinlæti gott og starfsfólk var frábært. Mongunverður var mjög góður. Ég kem örugglega aftur.

We stayed here this week nearly 10 years after our first visit.The hotel has added an extra sun terrace and 2nd gym room. The staff are still fantastic. Overall good value and nice vibe. That said...do bring earplugs...a couple of new bars have opened in the previously near-derelict La Sandia centre next door, including one on the terrace above a swinger bar and the music was loud/bad/late on a couple of nights.

Super Hotel, tolles Personal - mehr geht nicht

The room was very clean. The staff went out of their way to help. Breakfast was very good.

Tolles Hotel, sehr freundliches und aufmerksames Personal. Zimmer sehr gut ausgestattet und sauber. Wir hatten ein Zimmer in der 9 Etage mit einem herrlichen Blick auf die Dünen. Das Hotel liegt mitten in Playa del Ingles, es ist alles fussläufig zu erreichen. Trotzdem war es dort nicht laut. Wir fliegen 2026 wieder hin. Alles top.

Mooie grote kamer op 8ste verd met terras. Ontbijt was perfect,tot schuimwijn en vers appelsiensap,meer dan voldoende keuze. Onze kamer lag aan de achterzijde waardoor zeer rustig om te slapen. Uitstekende keuze voor een rustige vakantie

Excellent staff who couldn’t do enough to help. Great pool with no shortage of sun beds. Easy service at the bar with no queues.

Amazing hotel , ideal location , adults only pool space was amazing , food was fabulous for breakfast , lunch & dinner . Would recommended to anyone. Only fault is the twin beds were slightly uncomfortable and had wheels on .

The hotel was really nice, the rooms were very clean as was the pool area. The staff were very friendly. The breakfast was great, so much to choose from every day.

Very nice hotel, well located, not far from the beach and some very good restaurant (such as 360 degrees, Lux22…) we loved the atmosphere around the différents pools,, all the sunbeds, very nice colours. Staff very helpful and welcoming. The even organize a meeting with the customers and the director on Mondays (with cava & olives, crisp, etc. The room was comfy and we did appreciate the balcony Breakfast with large range of food One regret, very small bathroom, toilets and opened to the room, Some paintings needs refreshing.

Last minute holiday and so glad we picked GOLD. Perfect hotel with a nice vibe. Adults only so very chilled. We loved the long pool with the cabanas. Perfect sun trap for tanning and dipping in the shallow pool and when you wanted a bit of shade the cabanas provided just that. Breakfast was brilliant especially being available until 12. I am not usually one for breakfast but ate it everyday it was so good! The food outside of breakfast is also delicious. Loved the Pad Thai and Prawn Tacos. Conveniently close to the Yumbo and beach for dining and drinking options. Also close to bus stops for trips to other towns and beaches. Supermarket right next door with everything you need for you room or day trips. We stayed in a terrace room and was excellent being able to nip in and out from the pool and lounge around in the afternoon sun. Having never been to Gran Canaria I was really pleasantly surprised and will definitely book to stay again at this hotel. Many thanks to all the staff for a great stay!

Hotellet har en god beliggenhed tæt på stranden og gode transportmuligheder med Bus. Hotellet er i sig selv et dejligt stille hotel, dog er der nogle aftener meget høj musik fra nabohotellernes aftenunderholdning. Har de 2 gange vi har været på hotellet aldrig oplevet problemer med at få plads ved en af de 2 pools, ingen der står op kl. 6 for at kapre solstole. I forhold til mad på hotellet er det skønt at morgenmaden serveres til kl 12. Det giver dejlig rolige morgener. Værelserne er også udstyret med små thekøkkener der gør det nemt og selv lave morgenmad og frokost hvis man ikke ønsker hotellets morgenmad. Gode indkøbsmuligheder lige ved siden af hotellet. Vi kommer gerne igen 3. Gang.

Gold by Marina rappresenta la modernità, la pulizia, il comfort e il relax. Camera ampie e nuove, sempre pulite. Una piscina bellissima con un fantastico bar/ristorante. Un eccellente colazione. Uno staff ineccepibile, sempre disponibile.

Authentic Review: Stay between the 14th and 21st of June We stayed at this hotel during mid-June. Although the hotel classifies itself as four-star, I would personally rate it more as a three-star property. The staff were friendly. However, we requested a late checkout and were advised that we would need to pay €50 to stay longer. Breakfast was of good quality, with a decent selection. The hotel is extremely well located, especially for those wanting to enjoy the Benidorm experience—it’s within walking distance to the beach. I can only imagine that during peak season, the hotel would be very busy and it might be difficult to find available sunbeds. That said, it was refreshing during our stay to see no one reserving sunbeds with towels early in the morning. There was a good mix of age groups staying here. Fortunately, there was no loud music around the pool, allowing people to sunbathe and relax in peace. If you’re looking for a more upscale experience in the same general area, I would highly recommend checking out Lopesan Costa Meloneras Resort & Spa, which is a genuine five-star hotel. It’s about a 7–10 minute taxi ride away (€10). As for our current hotel, Golden by Marina markets itself as a freestyle experience but it’s not a full four-star as advertised. The room had a basic electric stove, fridge-freezer, and cooking utensils, making it more suitable for self-catering.
