賑やかなランブラス通りからは少し離れていますが、静かできれいなホテルでした。部屋は申し分なく広く、清潔。ベッドもすごい大きく大人2人ではもったいないくらいでした。最寄りのディアゴナル駅までは少し歩きますが、街並みを楽しみながらホテルまで帰ってました。少し離れてるからこの値段でとても広い部屋なのかなと思います。利便性をとるか、少し離れても広い部屋をとるのかで悩みましたが、広い部屋でくつろぎたいと思いここに決めました。

部屋は広くて、ゆったりくつろげます。コンセントも多く、充電もしやすかったです。お風呂場、トイレも快適です。シャワーの水圧も問題ありません。 部屋は間接照明なので、やや暗めです。

改装を行っていたようだが工事の出来栄えが凄く悪く壁と壁の間に隙間があったり床がふわふわと浮いていた。お湯をバスタブに使うとシャワーでお湯が出なくなる。お湯のタンクが空になる？但し、部屋の広さと場所、値段を考慮するとそれなりのホテルと思われる。

最寄りの地下鉄から徒歩10分。部屋は一人には広すぎるくらい。受付の対応もよく、近くにスーパーもあり、マイナス点は、たまたまロビーが改装中でビックリするほどうるさかったこと（部屋の中までは聞こえませんでしたが）、部屋は広いがフローリングの床は掃除が行き届いていない感じがしたことですが、総合的にはおすすめしたいホテルです。

very reasonable, clean, good location and great staffs. I stayed there with my 20yrs old son and his friends. 4 of us are all satisfied. very safe area. down to beach Balceroneta only 12euros at midnight taxi fare and takes less than 30 minutes. reasonable cafe bar, Chinese restaurant, loco super market. you don't need to worry about your food budget. I'd like to stay there again. Bettinapadma

O quarto, os funcionários e a localização.

Hyggelig personale. Frokost var ok, men står til max 3 stjerner. Rommene var slitte, også 3 stjerner vurdering. Lytt mellom rommene. Balkong er innglasset og ikke mulig og sitte "ute". Er egentlig et karnapp.

No replacement of facial tissues, coffee capsules. Breakfast not 4* standard. Staff not helpful and not motivated, seemed disinterested. No questions wheater stay was comfortable or so… Room was nice.

The Guitart Grand Passage feels like an old hotel in need of a refurbish. On the plus side the staff was friendly, the location was good and the AC worked very well during our summer stay. But the beds only had sheets--no blanket or duvet, and when we requested a pillow for a rollaway bed, we were told that there were no extra pillows on the property. There was a stain on the sheet, the bathrooms need updating and the room could have been cleaner.

Staff was really helpful and nice, bugs everywhere. MASSIVE COCKROACH. Scared the life outta my daughter. Says it’s the biggest one she’s ever seen in her entire life. Random socks on the coffee table. Wasn’t ours. Random black stains in the bathtub. Blanket didn’t have a cover… never seen before. But I appreciate the staff for solving this issue.

We love the facilities and customer service and breakfast was excellent!

Hotel is well located close to many bus stops. There are many restaurants, pubs and supermarkets nearby. On 5th floor there was no hot water or its pressure was very very low. Breakfast just normal. Got no answer about early check-in.

Very well located hotel in one of the best Barcelona neighborhoods. Amazing helpful staff. Very comfortable rooms. It’s my second stay in this hotel. I would definitely stay there again and highly recommend this property.

Soggiorno di famiglia. La camera spaziosa divisa dal salottino, dove c’era il divano letto, da una porta scorrevole che dí fatto rendeva la camera perfetta per noi. Capsule acqua caffè e the di benvenuto. Personale gentilissimo. Varia e buona anche la colazione. Peccato x la pulizia nn da 4*s.

Some aspects of maintenance need attention. Staff are friendly, Anna is an asset to the hotel!

Very nice area. Access to bus and subway. Walking distance to casa mia and batilo. Many cafes and bars around. Spacious room. Nice staff.

Room was huge but could do with some updating

The 1st room allocated was directly above the car parking gates which made extraordinary noises during opening and closing ( that is the motors doing their job). This meat i got woken up early morning or in the middle of the night. A new room was allocated to me before the 3rd night. This room had an equally noisy air conditioning system. Compensation was free parking, I was disappointed as I was tied and sleepy during the day time (3 days and 4 night stay) and couldn't enjoys as much with my family. The whole property is completely run down and it seems nothing has been refurbished or redecorated for decades. If you request any special dietry needs for breakfast it will be ignored. The rooms are spacious and the balconies are decent with side street views. The property has no other facilities apart from parking and breakfast. It's basically a hotel converted from old apartments. The area surrounding the hotel is run down. Mostly the staff are pleasant and professional. There are a couple of staff members who are not supportive if you are having issues infact they become rude and angry when help is requested.
