ハロ ブティック ホテル

Standard Double Roomに2泊しました。オープンしてまだ3ヶ月とのことで奇麗でした。カテドラル、アルカサル、スペイン広場など主な観光地のほとんどが徒歩圏にあり、かなり便利です。カテドラル周辺にはたくさんのバルがあり、それらへも徒歩で簡単にアクセスできます。また、2日とも夜中に歩いてホテルに戻りましたが、特に危険な感じはしませんでした。なお、ホテル前にはタクシーは入れません。観光の合間に疲れたらホテルで休むという使い方も出来ると思います。但し、El Divino Salvador周辺のお店での買い物やバルが主な目的である場合、少し遠いと思います。冷蔵庫の飲み物はお酒はありませんでしたがフリーでした（宿泊代金に含まれています）。かなり満足な滞在でしたが、前もってメールでフラメンコの予約をお願いしたところ、提携先のところしか受け付けてくれなかったことが残念でした（結局当日お店まで自分で行ってチケットを購入しました）。

We paid extra for a room with a patio to enjoy the warm weather, but it has a large plant living wall that smelt so bad of stagnant water that we couldnt even open the door.

Hotel was beautiful and in a safe area close to the cathedral and palace. Our room was excellent, having a rooftop balcony was brilliant. Staff were very polite and attentive.

Upon our arrival and check-in the reception smelled weird like a bathroom. The air conditioning did not cool our room, I reported it to the lobby and it got better. Also, there were spider webs on the walls in our room, the room TV did not work. When I reported these series of issues to the lobby staff they told me that they do not have a cleaning company for the hotel anymore. I went to eat something at the hotel and received plates that were dirty. On top of that, the next day when I woke up I found my bed sheet stained. I reported this issue to the hotel management. As a result of those issues, I had to cut my stay short and left the hotel the next morning. I informed the lobby staff about my reason for leaving.

Emplacement parfait,belle chambre,bon petit dejeuner, accueil trés bien, trés beau rooftop. Trop cher pour les prestations, parking annoncé, finalement il faut trouver une place dans les parkings publics aux alentours ,pas facile un dimanche soir tard. Pas de chaussons ni de cape de bain,pas de seche cheveux, penser à le demander avant de vous laver les cheveux

Hotel und Zimmer sind gut. Die Zimmer sind geräumig und gut ausgestattet. Die Lage ist super, sehr zentral. Da die Zimmer aber null schallgedämpft sind kann es sehr laut werden. Das Bett ist total durchgelegen und äusserst unbequem. Wir haben wirklich schlecht geschlafen. Das Wlan im Zimmer ist schlecht bis nicht vorhanden. Die Qualität beim Frühstück ist gut, die Auswahl aber mager.

The staff was very friendly. The location is excellent walking distance to everything. There is a pool but no pool bar. I reported a plumbing issue that was resolved on the morning of our last day. I also reported that our frig was broken, unfortunate for me all the food I had placed in there spoiled. The frig was never replaced. It would have been nice to have a cold juice or water in the morning but that was not the case. For the amount of money I paid, I would have expected an operational frig. Not the hotels fault but should be mentioned, several street walking tours (day and night) meet up at the cafe just outside the front door. Every day we had to fight to get past a LOT of people standing in the narrow street, it is extremely loud during the day and in the mornings because of all the tour groups that gather. Some nights the street noise was quiet and others are extremely loud.

Staff was very kind & accommodating. Helped us call our next hotel and were willing to translate for us. Rooms were clean and spacious. Great water pressure in the shower and big fluffy bath towels. Great location.

Excelente hotel, muito limpo, perto de tudo. Excelente equipe de atendimento, com particular destaque para o Carlos, sempre muito atencioso, cordial e pronto para cooperar. Parabéns pela equipe de colaboradores.

Lo mejor fue la excelente atención y trato de todo el personal , las personas de recepción excelentes

Lovely venue and locatiobn

O atendimento da equipe do hotel Halo foi excelente, com destaque para o funcionário CARLOS, por sua presteza, cordialidade e simpatia. As acomodações excelente. Tudo muito perto e prático. Com ressalva da limpeza do quarto que deixou a desejar, por vezes sem trocar lençóis e toalhas.

The hotel is a lovely environment, Staff were exceptionally helpful , Front desk manned 24 hours Views from the roof terrace straight onto Seville Cathedral amazing (Especially at sunset) Plenty of small shops and restaurants in the surrounding streets... Lovely small squares with trees less than 20 metres away. We will come back again
