Das Hotel ist über alles in Ordnung, gut gelegen, sauber - jedoch ist es ein Unding, dass die Qualität der All Inclusive Getränke bei den Cocktails dem billigsten Fusel entspricht. Zudem muss man nach 22 Uhr die Getränke bezahlen. Das Essen ist Ok, aber geschmacklich eher mittelmäßig. Zudem ist die Öffnungszeit des Pools( recht schön und sauber!) gewöhnungsbedürftig. Vor 9:00 und nach 19:00 darf man ihn nicht mehr benutzen. Alles in Allem ein ordentliches Mittelklasse Hotel mit deutlichem Potential nach oben.

Amazing hotel! Renovated, clean, modern, super service. Had a room without seaview first and it was great. Decided to stay longer and received a new room for 2 more days with seaview, which was even greater! Breakfast and dinner food choice was amazing! Location is basically "on the beach". 10/10! Definitely coming back.

Matratzen waren etwas zu hart. Ansonsten alles super

Very clean and nicely decorated. Cleaning of rooms is hit and miss - if you put a 'come back later' sign on your door you may not get your room cleaned at all that day.

Beautiful hotel. Breakfast was excellent, lots of selections. Pool was nice and chilled.

Hotalanlage an sich sehr schön. Super Lage und neu. Personal eher unfreundlich und nicht wirklich hilfsbereit. Vorallem an der Rezeption wirkt das Personal etwas lustlos. Die Reinigung des Zimmers ist okay, könnte aber durchaus besser sein. Eine frische Rolle Toilettenpapier sollte möglich sein.

This hotel is in a great location for the beach, bars and restaurants. The staff were friendly and efficient. Overall it is a lovely hotel.

Das Hotel wurde nach dem Umbau sehr schön. Die Zimmer sind recht klein, aber sauber und es fehlt an nichts. Das Morgenbuffet ist riesig und sehr fein. Alles was man sich zum Frühstück vorstellen kann.

Lovely hotel in a great location near the beach. The food was decent but the all inclusive drinks options were very limited. Lovely rooms, everywhere in the hotel was very clean and the staff were all very nice.

Staff were good regarding change of room which I appreciated ( room had an adjoining door) yuk . Room itself could have been cleaner , shower wasn’t very good, over bath shower and shower head was atrocious. Tired basin and taps. I could go on …

Sehr schönes Hotel in idealer Lage. Die Sauberkeit in der gesamten Anlage ist einwandfrei. Die vielen Pflanzen schaffen eine tolle Atmosphäre. Auch der Poolbereich ist schön gestaltet und, wie die meisten anderen, rauchfrei gehalten.

This place is new and spotless The beds are really comfortable and the rooms are clean ( with a mini fridge that actually works ) It was probably the time of year but there was nothing going on at this hotel Its more of a hub if you are going to be going out and about, vety centeral to the beach And yes i would stay here again

Super clean, less than 100m to the beach, friendly staff, decent fresh options at the buffet, comfortable modern room, pleasantly surprised.

We loved the look and feel of the hotel but we had a badly smelling bathroom that smelt like rotting sewers and drains but the hotel were good and moved us and we loved our new room with no issues. David, the lifeguard, was the stand out though with his attention to detail and going above and beyond the care for my mum to make sure she had assistance in and out of the pool due to mobility issues and was keeping an eye on her being in the sun too much in case she got heat stroke. Lovely and funny guy that loves his job and people.

Stayed with my three adult daughters in August 24, hotel very nice, clean, good facilities, friendly helpful staff, good choice at buffet and all inclusive adequate. Hotel was central so great location, would definitely recommend and stay again.

Alles in allem eine Tolle Unterkunft. Modern, sauber und sehr ruhig. So wir wir bewerten konnte, auch eines der „neueren“ Hotels in der Gegend. Es ist alles nicht all zu riesig, so dass immer eine angenehme Atmosphäre herrscht. Ein Riesen Pluspunkt ist natürlich die Nähe zum Strand. Es sind nur wenige Meter und man hat von Hotel aus einen Blick auf das Meer. Auch gibt es direkt am Hotel viele Einkaufsmöglichkeiten (SM und Shops) so wie einige Bars und Restaurants. Das Essen ist sehr abwechslungsreich und vollkommenen in Ordnung. Geschmacklich leider typisches Hotel-Buffet Essen aber dennoch immer frisch und von allem etwas dabei. Der Aufpreis für Getränke (Abendessen) bei HP ist moderat, dennoch nervig, da das bestellen beim essen recht lange dauert. Das Personal ist steht’s bemüht, dennoch nicht immer all zu freundlich und entgegenkommend. Oft haben wir patzige Antworten bei der Rezeption bekommen und das einchecken war auch eher unangenehm und nicht so reibungslos wie erhofft. Leider wirbt das Hotel auch mit einigen bezahlbaren „Extras“. Wir hatten einen Late-Checkout gebucht (anstatt um 11 Uhr, wollten wir um 14 Uhr auschecken) am Tag der Abreise sagte man uns dann, es sei nicht möglich da alles gebucht sei. Leider kamen kaum neue Gäste an dem Tag an! Auch muss man beachten, die Putzfrauen kommen ab 8 Uhr morgens ohne zu klopfen einfach in das Zimmer! Wir wurden leider jeden Tag unsanft geweckt! Also immer abschließen! Generell lässt die Reinigung zu wünschen übrig.
