We had a very enjoyable stay in Puerto Pollensa. The hotel is in an excellent location, close to the beach, restaurants and local amenities. The staff were friendly, welcoming and always helpful throughout our stay. The breakfast offered a good selection and the quality of the food and drinks was very good. The restaurant and bar staff provided excellent service. Our only criticism was that our initial room (401) was extremely small and not what we expected. However, after speaking with reception, we were moved to room 405, which was much more comfortable and made a significant difference to our stay. Overall, a pleasant stay in a great location with excellent staff, and we would happily return.

The property and staff were amazing, 5 stars. The mountain view room double was a joke, I felt like I was at a 3 star hotel and expected upgraded amenities for paying 550 a night. There was a small window, room was tiny and bathroom was small and normal aesthetics.

The property is lovely and on the quieter side of Puerto Pollenca. There are lots of lounge areas to relax in and the staff are friendly. My room was ready early which was much appreciated. There were, however, some maintenance issues: door did not close properly and a crazy toilet flush noise. Also, there was no water in the room, no duvet, and no full length mirror. The issues that could be remedies immediately were done so. Breakfast was good and lunch was great - best tuna sandwich ever! However at times service was very slow (one lunch I had to get up and call a waiter and drinks too a very long time to get to the rooftop pool). Overall a very pleasant stay.

Rooms were very clean, the staff were all fantastic. The breakfast was terrific, so hard to make a choice because everything was so good. The position is brilliant for us as we do not like being right in the heart of everything and after dinner it gave us a short walk back to the hotel. We would always opt for the sea view, we really couldnt fault any of it. This is our second time at the hotel and have recommended it to lots of our friends who have all loved it. Fantstic for a walk or run along the beach in the mornings, cycling is safe and lots of places to go. We even did a hike to Cala Sant Vincen this time which was well worth the climb.

The hotel is beautifully designed and stylish and smells great. All the staff are very friendly and helpful, especially the ladies behind the reception desk. The rooms are small but perfectly formed - such a great use of space with lots of storage, every detail has been thought of. There is a choice of pillows and the towels are lovely. Everywhere is super clean and you can request your room to be clean every day, if you wish. We paid extra for a sea view and it was worth it, though it's in shade in the afternoon. However there is plenty of seating in the communal areas. I didn't use the pool as it was too cold in April, but it looks great and there's a dipping pool in the roof. The breakfast is self service and varied, which can be eaten at tables outside looking at the sea view. A perfect retreat for adults.

Das Zimmer war wirklich schön und liebevoll eingerichtet. Der Smart TV hat leider nicht zuverlässig funktioniert, vermutlich wegen der schwachen Internetverbindung. Trotz täglicher Reinigung war es noch leicht staubig, was wahrscheinlich am frisch gestarteten Saisonbetrieb lag. Insgesamt war das Preis‑Leistungs‑Verhältnis für einen Kurztrip aber sehr überzeugend.

Uncaring staff

Probably our favourite stay while travelling the island. The decor was awesome, breakfast was solid and we enjoyed hanging out at the property as well as using it as a launch pad for exploring locally.

Our stay at Hoposa Pollentia was nothing short of magical! From the moment we arrived, we felt genuinely welcomed by the warm and friendly staff. The hotel’s elegant design, combined with its unbeatable beachfront location, created the perfect romantic atmosphere. Our room was spotless and stylish, with a balcony overlooking the sea — waking up to that view was unforgettable. We loved the delicious breakfasts and evening drinks overlooking the beach and sea, all served with such care. Every moment felt peaceful and special. We left feeling completely recharged and can’t wait to come back — it was the perfect couples’ getaway!

Excellent hotel, located right across the cycling path, breakfast included in the morning with a variety of fresh juices, daily smoothie, coffee etc. They also have a bike storage garage with a hose to clean your bike. Overall had a great stay and would recommend!

from the time of arrival to the time i stayed, the hotel has an excellent view, waterfront, everything LOOKS modern & updated. I did have an issue with the air, for them to offer another room, if i had to pack up, i would just check out. Why was the room not prepared before arrival. AC only works when key card is inserted. The room did not go below 22 degrees celsius, to be told thats european laws. The price for the room is to expensive for what they offered. I was attending a function at a near by hotel, that was sold out otherwise i would have checked out immediately to stay there. Spanish is the language for the area, i had language barrier issues. i have photo & video if expedia would like to see

Fantastic hotel in a great location. The staff were super friendly and helpful. The views from the balcony every morning were great. Everything you could want for breakfast. Will definitely go back.
