Very clean room and friendly staffs. Location is convenient to go anywhere, also within 10 minutes walk to the bus stop for Airport express at Plaza de Cibeles. The building looks old and you may take time a bit to find the small entrance for the first time, but the staff gives e-mail to guide before arriving. You can ask them in advance if the storage space to keep your luggage is available, they are responsible. Facility is not so perfect like 4-5 star hotel, this is Hostal. But anyway the helpful staffs are raising this hostal’s great value.

空港行きのシャトルバス停からは徒歩15分くらい、カリャオ駅から徒歩5~6分。メインの観光スポットへは歩いてアクセス出来ますが、グランビア通りから入った路地にあるのでちょっと分かりにくいかも。 7連泊しましたが部屋も清潔キレイで、スタッフも24時間滞在していてどの方もとても親切でした。ひとり旅や友達との旅行される方にオススメです。

This is a small hostel and my room didn't have a proper window, but rather a highly placed opening towards a ventilation shaft, as is very common in these types of buildings in Madrid. Everything was very clean and felt quite new, the bed was comfortable and the room was spacious. But the walls are thin and I could hear everything going on In the reception area and corridor. Every time someone called the door bell to get in, I could hear the bell through the walls into my room. And since there was no threshold, every time someone passed through the corridor a light went on outside, which could be seen into my room underneath the door. So make sure you bring ear buds and mask if you are sensitive to sound and light.

This place is still a little rough around the edges. It was clean but needs a little more attention to make it feel more comfortable

Fully renovated, comfortable beds, clean, mini-fridge, friendly, and excellent location. Short walk to Gran Via metro or Sol for trains from airport. Highly recommend!! There are numerous hostals in this area, but none of them are updated, modern, and as fresh as this one.

L hôtel est très bien situé idéal pour visite Madrid, la chambre est propre mais extrêmement bruillant , vous entendez à n’importe quelle heures de jours comme de nuit, c est infernal a croire que les gens ne dorme pas la nuit ( bruit de pas lourd à l’étage du dessus,bruit des clés et de porte qui clac dans le couloir,bruit des pas d’escaliers etc ) le pire est au petits matin c est horrible

Hotel très bien situé. Chambre bien aménagée et personnel très accueillant et serviable.

Nunca me recibieron el la Hostal Adis, dijeron que había habido un inconveniente con ustedes y que nos habían cancelado la reserva, incluso que me había escrito a mi mail y a la aplicación de Expedia, cosa que era falsa, a los pocos minutos llegó otro pasajero, así es que le era obvio que le habían vendido nuestro puesto pues el señor en cuestión tenía la reserva para nuestro mismo día, claro que más cara.. Les aviso para que hagan algo al respecto, menos mal era de día y estábamos en España pero en lugar que no conocemos y llegando de madrugada como pasó en Amsterdam hubiera sido terrible. PÉSIMO SERVICIO, aconsejaría que lo retiren de los hospedajes recomendados

Ha estado fenomenal. Una opción excelente para ir a teatros próximos y disfrutar del ambiente madrileño. La entrada al edificio es un poco Antigua, pero el interior de la habilitación está muy bien. Tiene detalles como la cafetera y el pequeño frigorífico. La cama estupenda y el entorno tranquilo. Volveremos. Eso sí, si llevas coche, no hay aparcamiento y te recomiendo el parking público cercano.

From the moment we walked in the host was very friendly and helpful. Room was very clean and the area was perfect. Everything is within walking distance.

It was a great place but the front desk man should have taken care of the wifi situation when it went down. He didnt vother to cqll the company to get it up and running. Also the stairs are a bit dangerous as they as slippery. Please hild onto the bannister because I slipped and fell down three stairs. II pulled muscles in my back and neck. Use the escalator instead, maybe. To be safe.

Foi só uma noite em passagem por Madri para dormir e tomar um banho. Atendimento perfeito. Somente a janela não tinha uma cortina escura e também o barulho logo pela manhã incomodou um pouco.

Everything was excellent. Close to the main attractions.

el lugar desde la calle esta feo ,no parece hotel , muy fea fachada de casa antigua sin pintar en donde esta ubicado el hotel es la zona de las prostitutas y bares lo cual no dejan dormir esta a 2 cuadras de la gran via al entrar subes caminas y entras al elevador al segundo piso en donde esta la recepción y todo cambia esta muy bonito por dentro recien remodelado cama y almohadas buenas la habitacion de buen tamaño solo que no pudimos dormir por el bullicio de los bares la chica de la recepción ( paty ) que es venezolana tiene un excelente trato muy agradecida con su amabilidad y servicio

Took a while for the guy to open the door for us when we tried to check in late at night. Drain for the shower was clogged. The area was a little sketchy. Room was big and looked clean though.

Personal muy amable, ubicación muy buena, la cama muy cómoda y la ducha muy limpia
