Very central place. Very convenient. The manager was extremely helpful. If I get an opportunity, I will stay again.

Excelente ubicación, amabilidad, limpieza.

The room was very clean. It was also very small. The bathroom was also quite small. It is very centrally located and was a great location for walking the city. It felt more like a hostel as but all the rooms were individual. Cleaning staff came around regularly. If you are only looking for a place to sleep it was great. The square outside only had a couple of small cafes so we didn't hear the late night noise that Madrid is famous for.

Even though the room was in the small side it is extremely clean. Like very clean. Some of the towels were a little crusty perhaps needs some softeners. But bedding smelled fresh and clean all the time. We love that it is steps from everything major i.e. Plaza Major; Puerto del Sol; Gran Via; Mercado de San Miguel. Easy access to Metro and Renfe trains. Lots of restaurants all over the place. A Carrefour Express in the Square across from the hotel. Of course lots of American fast foods nearby. Will definitely stay here again. Oh and love the mini glass enclosed balcony in our room.

Otelin konumu şahane, genel olarak her yere yürüme mesafesinde. Oda çok küçük ve cam balkona sahipti , meydan manzaralı. Çalışanlar gayet güler yüzlü, gürültüsüzdu.Hemen altında bunanan kafe e çalışanlarına bayıldık, gönül rahatligiyla biseyler sipariş edebilirsiniz. Carrefur hemen caprazindaydi. Metro ve otobüs duraklarına çok yakın.Plaza Mayer in yani başi. Yine gitsem yine orada kalirdim

Love this place. Walkable distance to so many attractions and public transportation. Endless restaurants and shops nearby, yet still relatively quiet.

Perfect for a weekend break. Excellent location right next to Plaza Mayor. Rooms can be noisy at times, but to be expected in middle of a city. Clean and comfortable accommodation. Would definitely stay again in future.

Check-in perfetto, check-out ho trovato difficoltà nel trovare la persona all’accoglienza per pagare la struttura. Consiglio: se dovete pagare in struttura chiedete come fare già al check-in perché poi c’è il rischio che non troviate nessuno all’accoglienza. Per il resto è un ostello discreto, ma molto comodo per raggiungere le vie e le piazze principali del centro a piedi. È ben collegato con i bus e la metro.

Todo muy limpio y perfecto

Hotel antiguo pero bien conservado muy céntrico ideal para dos o tres días

Llegamos el viernes pasado a última hora, éramos dos parejas y habíamos reservado dos habitaciones dobles con baño. Cuando llegamos solo tenían anotada una de las reservas, pero tras darles el identificador de la reserva perdida la localizaron y admitieron que había habido un error. El hostal estaba lleno y únicamente nos pudieron ofrecer una habitación individual SIN BAÑO, indicándonos que nos harían un descuento por los inconvenientes. Como entendí que todos cometemos errores y vi que la persona que nos estaba atendiendo estaba pasando un mal rato, sin ser quizás responsable del error, acepté esta habitación, a pesar de ser la primera vez en mi vida que me quedo en una habitación SIN BAÑO. A parte de no poder ir al baño en toda la noche, ya que no me siento cómoda usando un baño compartido y, mucho menos, saliendo al pasillo de madrugada, la habitación que se nos asignó estaba en la recepción, con lo cual, desde las 7 de la mañana no pudimos dormir debido al timbre que sonó algunas veces, la gente haciendo checkout o consultando sus dudas, ya que se oía absolutamente todo. Finalmente, el descuento que nos hicieron “por los inconvenientes“ fue de 20 euros: no pudimos deshacer maleta la primera noche ni ir al baño en toda la noche y tuvimos que dormir dos personas en un cama de 120 cm. Es decir, nos cobraron 75 euros por una habitación individual sin baño, mientras en su página el precio de una habitación individual con baño es de 60 euros.
