Hostal Gud Salamanca

駅と市街中心の中間くらいで、両方から徒歩１０分以内、周囲に飲食店、スーパーも有り、至極至便。部屋はやや狭いが、清潔で快適。周囲は夜遅くまで人気が多く、深夜に駅から歩いても安全。雑居ビルの１階の１フローのみなので、ビルの入口と１階の受付入口と部屋の３箇所の鍵を渡されるのが唯一の欠点。

Tuve que pedir que me limpiaran el piso y cambiar colcha porque habian hormigas. El cuarto minusculo. Una cama de 1,40 metros y quedaban 30 cm !!! hasta cada pared, NO TE PUEDES PARAR AL LADO DE LA CAMA PORQUE NO CABES. El baño INFIMO la ducha 70 x 70 cm. El lavabo del tamaño de un boul de cocina En resumen, NO volveré nunca Jesús Alfredo

My experience at this accommodation was far from satisfactory. Upon arrival, I was greeted by a friendly staff member who provided me with the key without any issues, which I appreciate. However, once inside, the contactless key did not work, so I had to ask about it while I had the chance. Fortunately, the key also included a physical option, which allowed me to access the room. I booked a single room, which was quite small but very clean. The main issue was the heating—it never worked, which was a serious inconvenience given that I visited in winter, and Salamanca can be extremely cold during this season. I contacted the support number for assistance, but I never received a response. The next morning, I woke up to find that the radiator was leaking water. Additionally, there was another radiator next to the bed (likely because there was a window that didn’t close properly, letting in cold air), but this one didn’t work either. I wrote again to report the issue, but to my disappointment, I was completely ignored. While the location and price are good, the lack of assistance and the malfunctioning heating made my stay an unpleasant experience. Unfortunately, because of this, I would not consider staying here again.

El alojamiento envió las instrucciones solo en inglés. Fue difícil descubrir las llaves en el hostal al lado. No fue muy cortés.

Las instrucciones son mediocres, las paredes son de pladur, se escucha todo lo de las otras habilidades, y no hay personal, ellos solo están unas horas al medio día, y su trato no es muy bueno.

Checking into Hostal Gud was not easy. After calling we got help thru Whatsapp but the person at the other end just delivered his message superfast andcthen hung up without making sure we had understood. It all just seemed strange and anonymous. We never saw a living person there.The bathroom was the tiniest I have ever seen.No aircondition made the small room hot as a sauna and the noice outside continued until 4 in the morning. Never again will i stay at Hostal Gud.

This hostal is part of a chain that is run by one person. Most of the interaction is done by phone. He always answers the phone when needed though. The rooms are pretty small with barely any space left to move around. They are enough for one person but not two.

Tuve problemas para dormir un par de noches debido a que mi vecino tenía el volumen de la televisión a tope y realmente no hay ningún trabajador presente que pueda mediar.

Me gusto la localización, la amabilidad del personal, la limpieza. No me gusto el baño que era la mínima expresión pero justo para todas las necesidades de aseo.

La habitación muy sencilla y limpia. No me gustó que no hubiera recepción física porque eso genera puestos de trabajo y es conveniente que haya alguien por si hay algún problema.

Honestly there was no kitchen or anything, but I haven’t found a room with a bathroom this cheap ever again so it’s a good deal. Room is small but it’s a hostel so don’t expect to much.
