２０１８年１月に宿泊しました。夜から朝にかけて毎日スチームの暖房が停止しました。寒かったです。宿泊者が温度をコントロールできるようにして欲しいです。

We arrived early in the morning after a long distance flight ...nobody was available and in the whatsapp call somebody to me that nobody can come to open the door first availb around 10 am . We were happy that on the 2nd floor hostal biarritz could help us with their internet and bathroom facilities...thank you.

Really good location super clean and safe

Das hotel ist klein aber fein, nur für auf der Toilette sich setzen ist es sehr eng . Aber für Ausflüge zu planen Super es liegt mitten in Madrid.

Restroom’s need repairs For adult is very damage Se pasa mucho trabajo para bañarse,la bañadera es extremadamente alta para personas adultas, la taza estaba rajada y eso es un peligro potencial para cualquier persona q se puede dañar, incluso desangrar allí, nos hospedamos 10 días y el dueño lo pensó para cambiarla, al fin lo hizo, el hostal le doy un 4, pero allí no me quedaré más, a pesar q la persona de limpieza es muy nice , y el muchacho q está en la tarde.

Es ist sehr zentral gelegen und alles war super. Würde einem Raucher aber empfehlen, ein Zimmer mit Balkon zu buchen, da man lange nach unten braucht.

This hostel is great, especially for the price. Rooms are very nice and new and kept very clean. Location is great, right in the heart of Sol, everything you need and want is in walking distance, bars and restaurants, stores, clubs. My only single complaint about this place is that they do not have an attendant available 24/7, so one night I accidentally left my key in the room and was not able to get let in until the next morning. Overall great place to stay, but seriously do not lose your room key.

No había nadie en el hostal para recibirme, cuando un pasajero ingresó entre y tuve q pasar toda lo noche sentada en la recepción. Yo envié mensaje q llegaria después de la media noche. Necesito q Expedia o el hotel se haga cargo. Me cobraron en la tarjeta que yo no autorice. No use la habitación. Envíe un e-mail al encargado para q me de una solución pero aun no responde. Necesito q me devuelvan el dinero. Me crearon muchos problemas.

Very good price. Close to Sol station. A lot of restaurant around. It has air conditioner. Toilet is a bit small but alright. Can watch Netflix and YouTube with the tv. On the last day when we got back to the room, the balcony door was opened, asked the receptionist and she said she opened it. It would be great if she can ask our permission before doing that.

It’s not bad. The best thing it has going for it is the a/c. Nice and cool 😁. The bathroom was a big disappointment. They say deep soaking tub but it was basically no tub at all. It’s right by Plaza del Sol and they were concerts every night we were there so it was very noisy. The girls at the desk where is very nice. It’s on the fourth floor There is a lift but very small. Overall I’d say it was a good.

It was great, everyone was friendly and was always keen to help a buddy out. Highly Recommend

Muy recomendable.Ubicación excelente,el personal muy atentas, en especial Katy!! Un amor. Limpieza muy bien. Nos tocó una habitación súper cómoda, doble balcón,luminosa. Volveremos!!

Great location just off Puerta Del La Sol. Clean rooms and very friendly and helpfull staff. Would stay again!!

Reception lady was amazing and very helpful, bigger rooms, central madrid locations.. Everything was perfect..
