Très bien décoré avec un très grand lit confortable. Il est situé dans une zone de transport routier déconcertante pour un si bel hôtel mais tout s'est très bien passé. Stationnement facile.

Elegimos una habitación triple y era un poquito justa. Las camas, maravillosas, incluso la del sofá cama. El baño perfecto. Quizá le faltaba un poco de luz. El personal de recepción muy amable. El desayuno justito. La leche vegetal está fría y no hay microondas. Y el café descafeinado tiene que ser de sobre, que para tomarlo solo es bastante malo...

This hotel is located far from attractions, located in an industrial area with lot of trucking loading area, not worth the money, definitely not 4 stars hotel! The temperature was not able to be regulated, either too hot or too cold. The breakfast was ok, but the dinner was good food, except the parking garage door was hidden in area that can’t find to open or exit with room key.

El hotel se encuentra en un poligono donde hay mucha actividad, pero no impide que sea un hotel tranquilo , no se escucha ruido .Buen acceso y facilidad para aparcar, justo al lado del hotel.Habitación amplia y bien acomodada.En general , hotel muy recomendable.

El spa.

El hotel demasiado bonito en la fotos, para luego lo que es. Hotel de paso y de camioneros. Mucho que arreglar y mejorar.

Hotel con un buen spa, habitaciones renovadas hace poco, comida muy buena, vale la pena, lo único la ubicación, es un polígono industrial y hay poca cosa que hacer por allí

lugar a las afueras de la ciudad pero muy recomendable,con aparcamiento gratuito , habitaciones y baño muy amplios y equipados

La habitacion estaba bastante bien..la cena en el restaurante genial, nos pedimos jamón ibérico y unas hamburguesas, que por cierto se notaba que eran caseras.... Los camareros bastante simpaticos y graciosos, creo que uno de ellos era nuevo Dani, por cierto, ya que el otro no paraba de llamarle jejejeuna biena velada... Cosas a mejorar, el baño de la habitacion super incomodo, pequeño, la ducha nefasta con un pequeño grifo que al ducharte salpicana todo el cuarto de baño, el desayuno malisimo, lo huevos secos, la bolleria industrial nada fresca, el cafe malisimo, en este aspecto me senti bastante desepcionado , ya que si pagas un desayuno por lo menos encontralo en condiciones, al final nos hemos ido sin desayunar.

Limpieza excelente. Servicio magnífico. La habitación no era la que habíamos sersevado, de una doble con 2 camis de 90 pasó a ser una cama de 135, no estaba adecuada para dos personas. Espacio para una persona no para dos.

No entiendo la categoria 4 estrellas, no le daria mas de 3.... habitación pequeña y por no haber no habia ni jabon de banos, tenias que utilizar el de la ducha... Desayuno buffet muy muy justito... Lo unico positivo que el wifi es bastante potente.

I booked this hotel mainly on geographical location as I was going to be working in Ejea de los Caballeros, in relation to other hotels inside the city it was expensive, so I was expecting a premium property, after I booked I realised it was on an unsightly industrial estate, although the building looked good from the outside, on check in I asked about eating and was told a reservation should be made as it was busy, I said ok can o have 2130 to which I was told I had to go to the restaurant (around 20 metres away) to book, I think this is the first time a 4 star restaurant has told me this, so I did it, the menu was very limited and I expected a better choice from a 4 star restaurant however the food was reasonably well cooked and taste was reasonably good, my room was very dated and tiny, I was expecting a lot more due to the cost of the room, there was no Wi-fi log in details in the room and no information given at check in, on check out I noticed a sign on the wall at reception, surely this should’ve been pointed out at check in if it’s not in the room or on the welcome card ? the following night I decided on a different hotel in the city centre I paid €10 less and had a room 3 times the size with much better customer service, I will not stay here again as the comfort is well below 4 star standard and the cost is well above local prices
