The property needs some maintenance. I understand by the ocean more maintenance is required. Our room said partial ocean view there was none. Only facing the other balcony in the opposite building. Curtains were stained the room had an awkward design the door to the balcony could not be open totally it hit the bed.

Ausserordentlich freundliche und hilfsbereite Mitarbeiterinnen an der Reception. Die defekte WC-Spülung wurde umgehend repariert und die Receptionistin offerierte uns für die Umtriebe eine Flasche eisgekühlten Prosecco. Super, danke! Das Frühstücksbüffet war für unsere Erwartungen und die doch eher hohen Preise enttäuschend. Da sind wir auch in Spanien Besseres gewohnt. Es war für die grosse Anzahl Gäste nur eine einzige Kaffeemaschine im Einsatz, die immer wieder wegen zu wenig Wasser oder Milch nicht funktionierte, so dass sich am Morgen eine Schlange vor der Kaffeemaschine bildete und es lange dauerte, bis man seinen ersten Kaffee trinken konnte. Die zusätzlich vorhandene Nespresso-Kaffeemaschine funktionierte nicht. Das Frühstücksbuffet schien uns nicht optimal gepflegt. Die Thalasso Einrichtung haben wir nicht besucht, da es über das 1. Mai-Wochenende viele Gäste im Hotel hatte und wir es eher ruhig mögen.

Employees were really helpful, loved the little touches like the bottle of cava in the room and the free 90mins in the spa - though find it weird you have to wear a swimming cap!

Super séjour à l’Hôtel & Thalasso Villa Antilla à Orio ! L’emplacement est parfait, juste à côté de la plage. Les chambres sont propres, confortables et calmes. Le spa / thalasso est vraiment top : moderne, relaxant et idéal pour se détendre. Le personnel est très accueillant et professionnel, ce qui rend le séjour encore plus agréable. Petit déjeuner complet et bon rapport qualité/prix. Je recommande sans hésiter pour un week-end détente !

Fantastic service from the kind lady at the reception. She delivered far more than one could expect.

Chambre impeccable mais attention : elle était avec baignoire (et non douche); je recommande aux personnes ayant des problèmes pour monter dans une baignoire de bien spécifier leur besoin lors de la réservation. Accueil super, tout le monde parle très bien francais. Installations au top, un grand bassin ou on peut nager et de nombreux équipements de massage hydro. Un très agréable séjour

Qq petits imprevus, mais le personnel a été a l'écoute et attentionné. La vue partielle offre le chant des vagues, au pied d'une colline. Le diner au restaurant excellent. La thalasso ses 6 bassins, avant un massage de Cécilia.

Spa agréable, personnel parfait, petit déjeuner simple mais complet, une bouteille de bulle offerte. Le seul souci c’est que nous avions un jour sur la porte de la chambre et toute la nuit nous avions la lumière du couloir…

J’ai passé un très bon séjour au Sebastian Hôtel Spa Thalasso. L’accueil a été chaleureux et attentionné, ce qui a rendu l’expérience très agréable. La chambre était propre et bien rangée, même si quelques petits détails pourraient être améliorés, comme la propreté des vitres et de la baignoire. L’espace spa est agréable, même si l’eau de mer était un peu fraîche à mon goût. L’établissement gagnerait aussi à apporter quelques touches de rénovation pour être parfait. Dans l’ensemble, je recommande cet hôtel et j’y reviendrai avec plaisir.

Hotel was nice with ocean view rooms. spa amenities were amazing. hotel is situated in its own little community in between mountains but beachfront.

Ha estado todo genial. El spa me pareció muy completo. El desayuno muy bien para la categoría del hotel. Está un poco alejado de todo, pero la playa en la puerta y hay un par de bares alrededor. Hay parking zona azul disponible en los alrededores y resulta muy conveniente para dejar el coche toda la noche.

The pools were wonderful. The staff was very friendly.

Buen hotel, incluía el spa y albercas y eso es un plus. El personal amable, y se sentía muy limpio. Solo queda muy lejos de san Sebastián
